Joke of a shop had a estimate done on my truck that had frame damage owner was doing the estimate. I ask about the repairs vs replacement he stopped what he was doing and said he would have a quote ready for insurance when they needed it. I called and ask about it he would not speak with me was told by a guy at the shop they were busy and would be 3 months or longer before they could do a estimate. And this is to a customer that has had multiple cars and trucks repaired at his shop

Owner lied to me about what repair parts would be used on my car now i drive something with a $800 payment you can tell was wrecked

Billys Paint and Body is the #1 place to have your repairs performed in Tuscaloosa. They were thorough and fair. I couldnt tell that I had been in an accident. I had an issue with a new light installed and they replaced it without question. I would recommend this company to everyone.
