Had my vehicle worked on from an accident. They worked with me as far as my scheduling with work and school and had my car fixed right on time! My car looked brand new when it was returned to me! Super nice staff and they are true to their paint/body guarantee policy!

Great company with a great open line for communication about your car’s status and updates about its estimated time of completion. They don’t oversell nor undersell and everyone is super friendly. Definitely use Tidwell for all your car needs and I know I will.

My truck was in very bad shape when I left it in their hands. When I returned to pick it up it literally looked like a brand new vehicle! I was very impressed and satisfied with everything. Great service, kind staff. Give them a try you won’t regret it!

Sorry that my review is 5 months late I completely forgot to post a review and I just now remembered. Best Body Shop in town I brought my car here after an 80 year old woman rear-ended me while driving through Northport they had my car all fixed up like nothing happened the owner is real nice and the employees were real friendly I am real happy with the work Tidwell did to my car the only reason why I gave the review four stars is because the owner allows his dog to run around the business when I first walked in the dog runs up to me and started jumping all over my legs and put scratches on my legs but other than that its a great body shop and I highly recommend it👍

I dont normally like to blast businesses for bad service. I understand that there are people at home that need to be fed. However, I cant help but to let others know of my inconveniences with this company. It all started two and a half weeks ago when my car was taken to this shop. I had my car brought into the shop to get some body work done while I was away in New York for a month for work. Fast forward to me getting back, I find out that my car not only has been sitting at their place for two and half weeks, but they havent touched it. They give me a story of why they cant, but why am I finding out two and half weeks later. There was no notice or anything, I could have had my car taken somewhere else during that time since I wasnt using it (my brother or a friend could help). Now my car is in the same condition I left it and now I dont have time to not have my car. 0 out 5 for this business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ANY LEVEL. I am sure the people are nice, but that is no excuse for the negligence in service received. Its strange to me, I came to this place based on all the honest reviews online. They were all good, unfortunately I slipped through the cracks and did not receive this same stellar service that everyone else seems to have gotten.

I would definitely recommend Tidwell Paint & Body to anyone needing repairs in Tuscaloosa! These people genuinely care and do an awesome job. They really helped me out of a sticky situation. You wont find better service anywhere in Tuscaloosa in my opinion.

Had my car towed to this shop after being hit by a blown out tire off a semi. Had a lot of front end damage and damage down the passenger side. Even though I had a custom paint job they were able to completely make my car look new again and the paint matched perfectly. It took longer for the insurance check to come through then it took them to order parts and get my car all back in one piece. I am so blessed to have found such a professional shop who have people that care about doing such a great job.

I brought my BMW into this shop and was extremely pleased how professional everyone. They kept me informed on when the parts would be in and when my car would be ready. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants quality work in a timely manner. They worked extremely fast with my adjuster and even he commented on how well they communicated on the progress of my car.

The people here could not have been nicer. My brand new car had several dings from all the roadwork on the highways around Tuscaloosa. I was so upset to find them on my car, I went into the shop and was immediately met by the people there and assured that all would be well. They weret kidding. They took care of my car (and my panic about the dings). You would never know there was any marks on the car now. They made some great recommendations, too, for ways to take care of my vehicle. I really appreciated that. I dont need to look any further if/when I need body work. These are my car guys from here on out.

I have never had a more enjoyable experience with a Body Shop ever! Everyone at Tidwells is courteous and concerned abut YOU, not just your money! Further, the job they do is superb! Jason Tidwell is a perfectionist and accepts NOTHING LESS in his work! My car is BEAUTIFUL! It looks better than it did when I bought it! Attention to detail is on the O.C.D. side and I LOVE that! Believe me when I tell you that the dealership I purchased this car from, their work is AWFUL and I am still fighting with them over fixing their own mess! More than likely, Jason will be redoing a DEALERSHIP BODY SHOPS MESS!!!!
