My experience was perfect at the mid town mattress firm in Tuscaloosa Alabama. The store manager Quinton was amazing. He gave us expert advice on the correct mattress and honored a price advertised. He was kind, courteous, and helpful for a great buying experience. I highly recommend this store.

Customer service and help inside of the store was amazing. Alex had a lot of info and helped with questions and details. The warehouse was our issue. First they gave us the wrong mattress, then setup delivery to get it exchanged and they never showed up. After I called the next day they said they called me and I cancelled the delivery, which never happened. I never received a call. Then had to setup another delivery for 2 days later. Finally received the correct mattress. Alex the sales rep was very apologetic but being given the wrong mattress and then having the drivers make up a lie by myself is not the right way to do business.

Buying a mattress has never been so easy. I wish car buying was this easy. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. The store layout and process is easy to understand. Was in desperate need of a mattress set and Emma went far and beyond from what I felt is asked of her. When I was unsure of what I was looking for, Emma instead of other mattress shop’s employees that would have just over sold the product, she carefully took her time with me and asked “how do I use fall asleep?” And when the product at the time wasn’t available, she made sure to go beyond helping me by ordering the product. After she made the sale, she didn’t just force me to leave. She patiently showed me another bed that a customer earlier was talking about and intrigued me about the history and specs on the bed. She also told me about the great quality in the pillows and sheets. This Mattress firm made life extremely difficult for me this weekend. I start my first job Monday and was supposed to have my mattress and base delivered today. I have been waiting 3 hours for my delivery to find out that they only have my base on the truck. Really disappointed in my experience

I had a problem with the Mattress Firm website. I was very frustrated because when you call the phone number, you are unable to speak to a real person. All you can do is live chat which was not helpful. I called the store in Midtown Village and talked to the manager in charge. I told her the problem I was having with the website. She allowed me to come to the store and she solved the problem. The managers name is Dixie. If the Mattress Firm business had any sense at all, Dixie would be running their business. We recently purchased mattress sets at the Tuscaloosa store. Our customer service representative, Emma, was very nice and helpful! She explained the differences in the mattress and was very pleasant! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the delivery process is absurd. I will be receiving the different parts of the mattress sets on different days that will be spread out to August 2020! I understand that the pandemic has an effect on delivery; however, receiving a box spring one day and the top mattress weeks later is a bit ridiculous!

So, I went into Mattress Firm looking for a new Mattress. One that would benefit me and my partners need for more comfortable sleep. I just recently purchased some, he said is too firm. So here I am. First, I do feel like my salesman was nice and professional. To say the least, he was doing his job. I just feel like I was pressured into my purchased. Not that he twisted my arm. But, I feel he wasnt hearing me as to what I wanted. After the purchased of Mattress as is because, i was supposedly getting a better deal. I went on to read online the reviews etc. Lets say, I should have done that before signing the papers. For future reference, Ill do my research before speaking to a salesman. I advise all to do the same. Do not get swindle into something youre not 100% sure!! No matter how nice the salesperson is. Theyre doing their job. Which benefits them not you. I wish sales ppl would be more honest and think of the customer and not just the sale!! Just do your RESEARCH!!!

Great place to get a mattress. Wasim was very helpful. The only bad thing I will say is that I spent 2600.00 and got a free adjustable base but I see in their ad that if you spend $800 you get pillows and mattress protector too. I feel I should have gotten all 3 thing free with the amount I paid. Got my mattress yesterday, upon opening the adjustable base it had a large chunk knocked off a corner . I know this is from the truck driver who delivers, not on the store. The box was coming apart, so apparently was roughed up. I was also told that bed frames are made to just pop these adjustable bases right on in, Um, no that didnt happen, we finally had to cut notches in the corner of the base at the foot board for it to fit. And ours is a California King and has the wood beam running down middle of frame so we had to notch that part of base too. Was not as simple as putting legs on and unfolding it as I was told. Even with all that trouble the mattress is very nice.

2 weeks ago-Great experience shopping here. Went to this location with my wife to buy a box spring and ended up taking advantage of the sale and bought a new king mattress. Wasim was extremely helpful, but also just as knowledgeable of the products. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase, but after having every product we inquired about explained in such detail, we felt like it would be a good time to make a purchase.

Bought an adjustable king base, the price was the lowest in town and I opted for the financing with no credit check and payoff frame that had no interest. But there is an initial small application fee which was expected.I was satisfied of the delivery time, and delivery guys.

Wanted to purchase a mattress for our daughter who was going to move into an apartment for college in T-town. We live 13 hours away in Illinois, so to avoid trying to buy a mattress at her college during the crazy week everyone moves in, we purchased a mattress at our local store for pickup at the T-town store over a month earlier. We even stopped in the local store a week before to make sure everything was set for our pickup at the T-town store on the day she moved in. When we went to pickup the mattress to this store, it was not there. The manager blamed our local store and was not interested in helping resolve the matter since he did not make the sale at his store. Extremely poor customer service. In the end we had to drive 1 hour each way to the warehouse to get the mattress.
