Taylah was an excellent sales associate and clearly a huge asset to the store! She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about products and was very patient with me as I tried every bed asked several questions. Her energy was vibrant and she was genuinely happy to help me. She made my experience at sleep number pleasurable and I can’t wait to return to purchase our mattress!! If you’re looking for a mattress here, I definitely recommend working with Taylah. She will not disappoint.

THE CHICK-FIL-A OF ALL MATTRESS STORES. I absolutely love going in to a sleep number store, mostly because every time I walk out I know that all of the employees have done their best to accommodate the customers needs. Last weekend we visited the store in Tuscaloosa. The employees were extremely attentive and informative. There was never a question that went unanswered. They listened to our needs and did the absolute best they could to come up with a solution. They were extremely polite as well. Shout out to Taylah and Josh at Tuscaloosa Sleep Number, you guys are awesome!!

Sales Associates werent very personable. After spending that kind of money you would expect a bit more enthusiasm and excitement. Making us rethink our purchase and we havent even received our sleep number bed yet!
