The worest bushing u buy it..It has been defected after 5days!I get replacement package and also it get defected after 3dayd!I just pay the installation twice for nothing and waste of timeNote that the first shipment take 28 days to arrived!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered bushings from them 2 months ago. A month later, They lied about a tracking number..Then Jonathan Piha said he would refund me 2 weeks ago, still haven’t got my $100 back. Emailed them many of times and no reply. The most horrible online order service I’ve ever received!! How can I sue these guys??

I ordered a VW Golf sunshade in early August and theyve lied three times over the course of a month that the shade would be shipping the next day. This place is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Still waiting on a refund and have brought a claim with PayPal.

This is the most ridiculous runaround Ive seen in a very long time.2 weeks and nobody can answer my 3 emails asking when my parts plan to ship.Save yourself some heartache, go elsewhere.

Unfortunately this business is a scam, my experience has been a waste of my time and money Jonathan Piha keeps saying they haven’t my item yet and no tracking number, it’s been a month long crazy !! Stay away from these time wasters

I was referred to Jonathan Piha of Armstrong Distributors by INTRO-TECT Automotive, after I experienced a poor customer service situation with another provider. I am based in Spain so difficult sometimes to get specific quality US made parts but in Jonathans case he understood that I was a genuine buyer and handled my order very quickly over a few emails after which we exchanged invoices and payments. Very happy with the customer service.

Extremely poor customer service and sloppy product warranty.I’m stuck with a disabled vehicle for more than a month now, that is because they’ve ignored my messages really hard after I claimed for a warranty on their product.To make matters worse, they’ve miraculously replied to one of my messages and told me that a replacement kit is on its way. I‘ve waited for WEEKS and NOTHING showed up in the mail. What a bummer, right? You be the judge. I’m just sharing my experience...my bad experience.

Refund processed after claim/post made. Removed post in lieu of refund processed. This is appreciated, simply shouldnt have had to go thru this to have refunded. Thanks.
