They were great! My family planned a road trip last minute (literally!) and I couldn’t go to my dealer so I went to them. I asked them to do just the oil change and nothing more. They respected that and got my car done no more than 20 mins. They were awesome and professional! I would highly recommend going here ! Especially in the early morning during the week.

I booked an appointment to take my beamer in for service. Very reliable, super clean, not to overpriced like the dealer, I did dropped off my car and got out of their hair so I dont want to rush them to do the work.

While driving down the freeway I received a warning I was loosing tire pressure in one tire, FAST. I coasted to the nearest exit and into the first service station I saw which happened to be EuroTech. They helped me immediately. They found the puncture, patched the tire and had me back on the road in under a half an hour. What could have been a really bad experience turned into a pleasant surprise and made my day. Thanks for the terrific service.

I was in a pinch with a slow leak on my tire that the big box store wouldnt repair. I called EuroTech at the end of the day and Andy was great! Explained what could be done and that as long I was there before closing that he could help me out. When I arrived, he immediately started working on my tire and had me on the road in about 15 minutes. I got to speak with the owner while I waited who was also very professional, helpful and nice. Next time I have a car issue, I will definitely start here!

These two guys work as or equivalent of a dealership. I own 2 SUV a land rover and a Luxes; Im extremely happy with their service. I dont know anything about cars, but Andy does help me understand. I know he gets annoyed of my million questions that I ask but he manages to tolerate me. Thanks a million Euro Tech!

I would not lose this mechanic at all when I found him. My daughter and I go service our Hondas there. I drop off my call, call an uber, and I just wait for his call to pick up my car. The mechanic does help woman understand how car works and keep them maintenance. The dealership is a ripoff and NOBODY questions the dealership or negotiate the price!!! From now on, Euro tech is my Honda dealership. Women you know where to go

Took my 2010 Honda CR-V to this place because I had a check engine light that kept coming on and dealing with the dealership is always a hassle. I was greeted by the owner of the company and he checked my car and within minutes told me what the issue was. Never tried to upsell me and tell me this and that like most shops do to squeeze you for every penny. He resolved the issue quickly and I will definitely recommend people to Eurotec for their care and professionalism.

I took my 2014 BMW to the Crevier BMW they want $3500( not covered under the warranty), walked out upset . I remembered my friend telling me about Euro Tech Auto Care in Tustin, Henry the owner was there took my car back to BMW gave them the part number and the recall note on the car, after long argument with BMW Henry was able to have BMW replace the part at no cost, and he took my car to BMW and delivered to my house. THAT IS HONEST AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called one guy close to closing time to ask if I could get an oil leak checked out and he said yes come on in. Then couldn’t find the place so I called back and asked where it was and the person on the phone now had no clue who I was and said that he cannot look at because they are too busy, and because my vehicle was too big and that he was the only person there. Then just hung up on me. I’m not sure what goes on at this shop but I’m glad I didn’t go.

I was traveling on red Hill that my check engine light came on I pull into the Shell gas station and I asked the mechanic for help his name was Andy he did the diagnostic on my car and told me not to worry you just left your gas cap off nothing serious I was so glad and relief, the service was very professional I will definitely go back and I will recommend that business .
