Dont waste your time, they are far from luxury. I got better service at Nissian and it was half the price. They would not call me back with updates, I always had to call them. The service manager was suppose to call me at 9am, no phone call from anyone. They told me they did not have loaner cars and will not give me a ride home. Terrible customer service, drive a little farther for a better dealer

I was taking my car to Ford but they were too busy and they didnt have the tire I needed until weeks away infinity staff is so kind their lounges so comfortable and they never fail

I have leased 4 vehicles from AutoNation Infiniti and have always been happy with the experience......I just had an equally good experience with their service department. Both Trevor Moore (check in) and Frank Gutierrez (check out) were kind and professional. They replaced 4 tires with alignment and cleared 2 recalls. The work was completed on-time and the amount was exactly what we agreed on. I was very happy with the service that I received.

These guys are a joke. The guy that sold us the car never gave us our second key fob, said he would find it and call us or mail it. Never called or mailed. Then when I called to try and get it they said there was nothing in writing about a second key fob so there was nothing they could do. IF THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING GET IT IN WRITING! or they will try and screw you. Super shady.

Brought my car in for a complimentary oil change which wasnt in the system but luckily the finance manager who gave to me at the time of signing was working at the time. At first he said an oil change, I thought it was a free gas tank fill after waiting for some time it was approved for the oil change. We got the service done, or so i thought. I got home and checked the oil levels and to my surprise they were lower than they should be also the oil was black. I dont live close to the dealership if not i would have gone back. I dont recommend coming here for servicing nor trust when they say free/complimentary oil change.

So far so good. Had my first service appointment at this dealership this morning and everything has gone smoothly.Bonus: they are installing a media center with TV in the waiting area.

It was awful

My wife and i have two older I35s, and have received terrific service from AutoNation Infiniti Tustin for the past several years. Frank has always done his best to explain our cars needs thoroughly, has been readily accessible for our calls, tried to give us price breaks whenever possible, and has had our car in perfect running order (and appearance) when it was returned to us. The mechanics have been first-rate in diagnosing and correcting whatever issues weve had, and everyone on staff has been kind and courteous when weve come in--professional and friendly at the same time. We also have greatly appreciated their free shuttle service, and free uber when shuttle was not available. Most importantly, we have great confidence in the work done for us, and couldnt be more pleased with our experience at AutoNation Infiniti (Tustin)!

Worst place to trade in your car.

Purchased a certified vehicle. Within few days, I had oil, coolant, low tire pressure light went on. This dealership did not and could not fix the all the problem while under warranty. Very dishonest staff.
