I have nothing but great words for this dealer and there awesome staff. Been trying to get my hands on a new 2021 escalade for over 3 months. Tried all the mayor online sites and even went to 4 Cadillac dealers but no luck. Not only the rest of the dealers have a higher mark up on the escalades but did not bothered to contact me back . Gregory which is a sales person at Tustin Cadillac was on it and kept me updated with any new inventory via text msg and emails. And that my friend is great service. Not only that but was of such great help guiding me into qualifying for the car . Of all vehicles i bought from other Dealers, hands down this has been my best experienced so far. Sales persons, financed managers keep up the great work, no wonder you guys sell like crazy. Thanks to them, today i drove off with the vehicle i wanted. Who ever is reading this and are like me that take reviews serious, Tustin Cadillac is the best! You wont be disappointed. Definitely Recommending to friends and family.

I had already purchased my pre-owned car in Tustin Cadillac 2 weeks ago. The car is awesome, and their services were good and made me feel comfortable.Coming from Santa Barbara down to the LA area, I wanted to purchase a Q50S. I searched on Autotrader and went for the test drive in many dealerships. Tustin Cadillac was the last dealership I went to, and I finally fulfilled my goal there. Before coming to Tustin Cadillac, I was not satisfied with other dealers either by their bad attitude or inaccurate descriptions. With a sense of disappointment, I made a quick appointment with Tustin Cadillac. The sales Greg greeted me and my friend with a warm smile, and after he drove the car out for our inspection, we were surprised that the car looked much newer than in the pictures! I then checked the interior and the mechanics and was satisfied. We even asked to lift the car to check the chassis, and Greg was still very patient to fulfill our inquiry.The descriptions were accurate, and the conditions of the car were even better than the descriptions! Hence, after the test drive, I made business with them, not to mention that I was satisfied with the process of signing the contract.Overall, they are professional, efficient, and patient to the customer. I highly recommend this dealership and appreciate Greg for answering my questions.
I drop my car in for an oil change on 5/14 at 8:30am with Ruben. Upon my return my cars check engine light came on. During the visual inspection I requested them to check out a small sound coming from belts. As the car returned it died and wouldn’t start. I was told I need an alternator but was unclear why the would have died in their possession. I spoke to a manager and was dismissed when addressing the circumstances. I was forced to fix repairs at the shop and given a loaner. On 5/18 when I returned for pick up my cars sunroof was tampered with and broken. It wouldn’t not open or respond to the switch at all. I’ve had no issues before leaving the vehicle on 5/14. I was told I have to get my car diagnosed because they weren’t at fault. I ask for the general managers information to file a complaint but was denied. This is experience was very disheartening as I anticipated to be provided great service and now have to make unnecessary costly repairs.
Finally…A pleasure to buy a car! The sales and finance team were excellent and very attentive to what I was looking for. I’m looking forward to a long term relationship with Tustin Cadillac!

We purchased a new Escalade here and the sales team were very professional and made the process very easy for us. They were fair with the pricing and took literally half a day to walk us through all the controls as it is quite a fancy ride! I would definitely recommend them.
Called to try and make a deal on a lexus in there inventory.( I live in Nevada ) Requested to have the vehicle wholesaled to a nevada dealer at ASKING PRICE to utilize a Nevada trade in tax credit. Jimmy the GSM said no, that he had 10 leads on the vehicle and to call back Monday(essentially saying nah well work others first lol).No attempt to earn my business otherwise, no attempt to give me a value on my trade, to do the deal locally, nothing. Seems this dealer would rather roll the dice on the 10 other leads potentially buying, than work with me whose buying today! Your loss Tustin Cadillac!

I was shopping different stores for escalade for couple of months and wasnt getting much proper help and straight answers on prices etc.Mr Peter Ngo the General Mgr of store sent me a email asking if i have been helped and if i had any questions. I was not only impressed him reaching out to me, he also put his sales mgr to assist me which was done in timely matter. Roy lester then reached out and provided me with proper unit and pricing. He assigned a sales person Gregor gonzales to prepare and delever the unit to me. Their finance mgr had access to all banks and made my day with her excellent communication.Wow wow wowIf you care about process and communication then this is your store. One of a kind. Even weeks after I had my car serviced and went back over an issue, they easily took care of it without any issue. My experience with the Service Dept was great! Buyer be aware. If they tell you something make sure you get it in writing as they don’t honor their prices and give you lame excuses. I’m better off driving the additional distance and going somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried speaking with a manager since my encounter and have only been emailed once by an automated message. Absolutely terrible communication at the service department. Will NEVER give you a loaner car. Always say “we don’t have any available”. You better have another ride to work or whatever you may need a car for while it’s in service. My car was recently in and out of the service department for two weeks straight for an AIRBAG SENSOR. When I finally picked it up after being told it was “all good and ready to go” I was greeted with “we did not fix it, we could not get the part for you”. They specifically told me that they got the part and to bring it in to have it installed. Will no longer bring my business here.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted by Rueben. Asked twice to confirm that the dealership knew I was waiting onsite. 3 hours went by and NO one followed up with me while employee after employee walked past me in the waiting area. As I sat and listened to the gentlemen at the parts department continuously burp out loud, with no regards to manners I went outside the get some air. After I realized my truck had been sitting in the back I approached another employee and asked if there was an update. He asked who had initially helped me, I said “Rueben” to which he replied “go figure”, “people’s kids these days”and laughed. Obviously, my truck had been ready for over an hour!! Worst customer service, lack of professionalism and poor basic manners. Will never use this dealership again! Good luck!

Terrible terrible customer service. Starting off called at 8:30am when the business opened only to be told by the receptionist that no one was there yet. Interesting. Next dealt with Taylor the sales manager, told him about the vehicle I was looking at we went through the process of how to purchase, financing etc. He even sent me an email with paperwork to fill out for the dealership. Then spoke to Faye who PROMISED me the car had a Sold sticker and it would be waiting for me Friday. Telling me not to rush down on Friday because she wont be in until 10am... making it pretty clear she planned on seeing me Friday. Later that evening Taylor calls to say unfortunately they sold the car; when I let him know Faye already put a sold sticker so there must be a mistake his response was oh yeah I hate making these phone calls but its been sold. We actually dont hold used cars. This is complete news to me/ I wonder why he did not even he mentioned that earlier to give me a sense of urgency. When I ask to speak to someone else he forwards my call back to Faye! There literally is no sense of customer service at this dealership- honestly its shameful this is a prestigious car dealership. I would recommend anyone to just go to Carmax . Less shady people.
This dealership was super close to my dr so I made an appointment online and went after. Danielle helped me and she is so amazing! She made sure everything was addressed and that I was happy. Todd gave me a loaner car and he was just as amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

My experience here, like many other Cadillac dealerships, had been pleasant. The service center staff were kind and attentive. It is a little bit more expensive than other Cadillac dealerships Ive been to, but Im confident that is just due to regional price differences. The auto mall, where it is, is also kind of interesting if you are a car person. Overall I definitely recommend the service center it if you want quality service.
Bought a new CT4 this weekend. However be careful when you trade in. They dont tell you the trade in was so much and just add to the finance of the car. I just saw it when I started signing papers. Also Cadillac does not offer maintenance any more, you have to buy it.

Im a disabled veteran, I purchased a car from this dealership February 2020, when the car was delivered, it was missing the navigation fin. I sent pictures to the General manager and he told me that he would get it fixed. So I went to a dealership here(where I live) and got a quote and sent it back to the manager at Tiscan Cadillac and now hes not answering my calls nor texts. I honestly think this is not the way to do business. Hopefully this post will reach someone in a higher position to help me.But right now Im not satisfied with the customer service I was provided.

The bar for Luxury car dealers in Southern California is pretty high. I was looking for a car with a specific interior color and a couple key options. Tustin is the closest Cadillac dealership and I shopped them first. Ralph (sales) demonstrated several cars to me and more than earned the sale. Unfortunately they didnt have the right car. After searching several Cadillac dealerships it was clear they were all pretty good but I couldnt find the right car and bought something else. It didnt take long to realize I should have bought a Cadillac so I called Ralph and headed back to the dealership. Again the service was excellent and I bought a Cadillac. The entire transaction was transparent, fair, and honest. Renee and Arnie were very helpful and all the paperwork was correct the first time! After experiencing excellent customer service at several luxury car dealerships Tustin Cadillac showed me they are the best.
My appointment was wonderful and Kevin makes sure to answer all my questions. My only complaint was with the appointment setter online. I wish it had told me at least a range on pricing because I had no idea how much it would cost and when it sent my final reminder it said with any agent. Emails I had received up until then said Kevins name on them and the last one didnt. I also took advantage of the shuttle and it great. Thank again.

I was thoroughly informed as to timeline and expense in regards to my cars repair. The car was ready when I was told it would be and the expense was less than estimated (Who doesnt like that?!) Each member I encountered was friendly and courteous.

I called to setup a pre purchase inspection for a car I found. I got transferred 3 times then the guy told me hed call me back right away. Some time goes by with no call, so I callback and theyre screening my calls... Unbelievable. Calling from my girlfriends number and they picked up right away.What kind of business is this? Insane.
One of the service advisors was pretty rude and clearly did not want to deal with me. Parts department was good though. Perhaps Cadillac should work on their attitudes.

The staff at the dealership were very knowledgeable. They presented the offer price accurately and did not pressure us in any way. They were patient. We had to drive 350 miles from Mammoth Lakes to Tustin to complete the purchase the same day. They waited for us. They gave us a complete orientation to the cars equipment and stayed passed the normal closing to complete the final paperwork. The car was prepped and the information was already in the computer to generate the purchase contract, etc. We were impressed! We have bought many cars from different dealerships. This was our best experience.

I asked for new tires be put on the vehicle when it was in for service. Tustin Cadillac put on a different brand/model of tires on the front of my car without even asking me. Then they returned the car without my expensive (V Branded) valve stem covers. For a high end dealer I am not impressed. The chances of my wife or myself buying another Cadillac has been ruined by the dealer service model.
I make the drive from riverside and enjoy the toll roads and have a fun time cruising out to Tustin to get the proper service one should expect when owning a Cadillac. Being offered a brand new loaner car every time makes the experience fun and new every time. I appreciate Ernie, Rob and Jeff for their efforts and attention to detail each time I am there for service. Thanks again!

First let me say That I have not purchased a car from this dealership but Richard as a salesman had better product knowledge then another Cadillac dealership in the area and although we couldnt reach a deal I was blown away by the level of courtesy and professionalism I was shown by him and Arnie the sales manager. It was a what can we do to Help you attitude. As opposed to grind you into a car you kind of like that you find at most dealerships. I received what I thought was an automated email from the general store manager I responded with a courtesy thank you and saying how pleased I was with the service and he reached out to me on a Sunday afternoon to go over my experience and how it was. That personal communication is very hard to find these days. Thank you for providing that level of professionalism and customer service even though I didnt purchase one of your vehicles.

Mesmerized by the lack of customer service!I felt like dealing with a bully sales guy (George) from a shady used car dealership.I am looking for a new car and I want a specific model (a basic one without all the gadgets that I dont need).After spending reasonable time looking vehicles with different trims, colors and more expensive of the one I want. George, back in the show room basically said we dont sell that version its either the luxury version or go somewhere else and walked away!What a cheap sales tactic, he didnt even offer to look any other dealer to get the business.Beyond belief!!!

For the times weve brought our SRX into Tustin Cadillac, I can say it has been poor service, maybe we got spoiled when we had the BMWs from Crevier. When the car comes back from Crevier, it is washed and vacuumed, plus they offer you bottled water, but not Tustin Cadillac. Yes, Tustin Cadillac provided a loaner car while our SRX was in the shop, but so does every high end dealership. $500 in parts/service and get our car back without a wash, time to consider going back to BMW when we trade in
Got me in right away - they had my tire replacement in stock (blew out a new tire :( ) But they had it and replaced it quickly plus washed my car getting me back on the road.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service that was once there. It was the reason for driving 240 miles round trip for service. I can tell you we will not be doing that anymore. Prices for repair quoted unreasonably high and failure to correct a leak not present until vehicle was serviced by you. Goodbye

The Sirius XM radio lost all of the stations. The XM tech support told me to bring the car into the dealer to have the radio hard reset. The service people at Tustin Cadillac did this quickly and it fixed the problem. Excellent service!
