This is my first time buying an adult bike and Bryce was astoundingly helpful. He found the bike perfect for my needs and small stature, and helped me pick out all the right accessories when my bike was ready to purchase. Customer service is top notch. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even when they are busy, they find a way to make you feel welcome. My friend was looking for a particular model and they were out of stock, but the service guy was kind enough to look up what other stores might have it. There were a lot of local choices before I settled on this unique mom and pop Trek store in Tustin. There are a lot of bike shops that alienate their customers because of the current bike they own, the type of riding they do or experience level which is a big turn off. Not once have I ever experienced any of these negative vibes at this shop. As a matter of fact Jeff and his team have always been very accommodating and helped me customize my new bike.. Keep up the great work Guys!

These guys are top notch. Came in because I was having some shifting issues with the front derailleur and one of the shop guys dialed it right on the spot. Then I mentioned I am also looking for a new helmet due to a recent crash and a new saddle and Jeff cannot be more helpful for both. Really looking forward to getting back on the saddle and putting in some miles after a long layoff between kids and new job. So glad to have a Trek store nearby again, will be a repeat customer for sure.

I bought my Domane road bike at a Trek authorized dealer because its a bit close to my home. The service and wait times werent great so I decided to visit Trek Tustin. Immediately, the experience was completely different. The staff was much more knowledgeable, conversational and professional.Theres a big difference between a shop that sells bikes and a bike shop. Trek Tustin definitely has the bike shop vibe! Ill be back!

Great people who work very hard at providing cyclists with great service.

These guys are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. In particular, I worked with Sam, and immediately, over the phone, he was answering my questions and helping me with buying a bicycle and fixing my current bicycle. I came in and by chance was greeted by Sam. He helped me with getting a bicycle (once they come in with the shortage from the pandemic) and then we got to talking about my current bike. They tuned it up within a few days. When I came to pick it up, just before closing, the guys there were so friendly and one of them explained everything they did. I felt I was in good hands. Great selection of bicycle items. Ive been to other shops, but now this is the one I will always go to. I was instantly sold on their customer service.

Amazing staff. Both the owner and the mechanic remember me even though I havent been there in months. The mechanic took the time to diagnose my issue and thoroughly explained it to me too. He even did a test ride to make sure I was happy before I left. I highly recommend this store.

I drove from out of town to pick up a ~$6.5k bike this store had ready (Domane SL7). While they were friendly, I’m not impressed with whoever assembled the bike: 1) the cockpit wire job is a mess, with the wires coming out from the tape on the top of the bar, nor symmetrical on left/right; 2) grip tape job is poor with clearly not enough tension applied when it was wrapped as the seams have spread apart and I can see between the tape; 3) front disc brake howling right off the bat from first ride - didn’t notice when drove around on the lot at the store…. Things like the grip tape might not seem like a big deal, and while I YouTubed it and fixed it myself, I’m new to cycling and given the price tag I’m inclined to think it’s reasonable to expect not to have to deal with something like this so soon after buying the bike. I know they would have made it right if I went back into the store, but as I’m from out of town this isn’t an option.

Ive been looking to buy a new bike so I decided to check this place out since they are a Trek retailer. I spoke with Jeff about the Procaliber 9.7 and expressed my concerns about the size and geometry. Despite not having one in stock, he allowed me to try a different bike with similar geometry just so he can see my body position and recommend me a size. Despite all the research I did, he (and the rest of the staff) were amazingly helpful to help me make the right decision. I was so impressed with the helpful and friendly service, I specifically go to them for my services and special orders. I love coming here and would highly recommend this place if youre looking for a great bike with great service

Great Service and Value. Bryce worked with me and helped find affordable, effective solutions for my needs with my 98 Trek OCLV. Got it out on a ride the next day, and everything was great. Bike was ready right on time too.

First time bought a bike since I was a kid. Did a lot of online research before deciding on what I needed and wanted. It is 6 months into the COVID-19 pandemic bikes have flown off the racks and not in stock anywhere. I had called multiple places for different brands to get my hands on almost any hybrid in a reasonable price point., which I found to be impossible. I gave Trek Tustin a call and they picked up the phone immediately to my surprise. ( I had called Specialized store in Costa Mesa 3 different times and never a response. Even went there in person and walk out as line too long and not good service.) I had many questions and the staff answered my questions with patience and knowledgeable. I decided what I wanted, I told them I needed two bikes, one for myself and other for my wife to ride with my son. They looked up there inventory on the spot and was able to set me up with the exact bike Including color I wanted in 10 days! Everyone was telling me 8 months out including Trek Pasadena. The other bike was two months out more which was very reasonable during this time. I placed a deposit over the phone without having to go in. Picked up my bike and riding it and my wife and whole neighborhood was impressed with the bike. The manager is super nice and professional. Highly recommend this store! Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

The Trek store in Tustin is awesome. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Came in looking a better saddle and had one in mind already and they found it explained it right away and the benefits and possible alternatives. Experience there was great and would definitely would be coming back often. Highly recommend this location!

This bike shop is awesome!! Everyone is very friendly, but I had a particularly good experience with Nathan. I had recently bought a new bike from a shop up in LA (hard to find bikes right now, so you have to go where they are) and after only one ride I had the bad luck of getting 2 flat tires! I brought it in and he did the repair on the spot right before they closed. He even taught me a little about how they look for leaks and replace the tubes. To go from peak excitement to ride a brand new bike, to getting TWO flat tires was a bummer, but Nathan got me back up to speed and saved the day. His customer service is the kind that gives you hope about humanity, especially in the face of customer service skills declining recently in other industries. Thank you Nathan and thank you Trek Bicycle Tustin! Happy to support my local bike shop! Give that man a raise! Haha!

Product are top of the line. The service I received at Trek Tustin is second to none. Noah was more than helpful with pretty much everything and he has great personal and customer service skills. I fell over with my new bike recently due to being new to clipless pedals (I know it’s embarrassing) but the guys there really helped me out and told me there were no issues with the bike but they took it anyways to replace the handlebar tape that was damaged and also to do a full inspection to make sure there are no issues. No doubt the best service I have ever received from a bike shop.

I went today on 12/28/2020 to buy a new bike. Brice helped me out for at least 25 minutes and answered all of my questions and concerns. The bike I wanted (Fx model) was out of stock but he still explained everything very nicely. He explained the differences between the Fx1 and Fx2 and I decided to get the Fx2. His knowledge and professionalism really surprised me I rarely see customer service this great. Highly recommended.

I have had a phenomenal experience with everyone at Trek Tustin so far, especially Bryce Rogalski, who has worked on my Speed Concept. He put it together and talked me through everything about the bike. 2 days after him building it I crashed with someone riding in the wrong bike lane. Im now back to square one trying to piece together all the new parts needed for the repairs. He has been super helpful and very quick with all his responses to my phone calls and emails and at this point I wouldnt consider going to any other bike store except here.
