Always easy and available parking. It is usually not crowded here. Restrooms are clean and they even have deviders at the sink (I had not seen that before, this was a first time at any place for me)They always have plenty of check outs open. All is neat and organized. And with costco you know you always get great prices

I really enjoy going to my Tustin Costco, I had called on the phone first to ask if they had a particular product. They told me yes, so when I got the Costco I could not find the product, so I asked one of their employees where it might be? And the employee went above just letting me know that they did have the product, and he went all over the store to find it for me explanation point

This was my first Costco when I moved to Irvine/Tustin two decades ago. The manager, Ron, had some of the friendliness team members and the nicest people. And yes, the employees knew me too. Gotta say, I love shopping at Costco and this was my store even though it lacks a gas bar, rotisserie chicken and some of the more extensive deli fixings compared to the other stores what it lacked in merchandise, it made up for in community. This store was active in the local community, going so far as to be an entrant in the Tustin Chili Cook Off. It’s a great little store and convenient.

This place is great and there are always some deals. Staff are nice and humble but sometimes customer are not. I have seen multiple time people cut off the line and not even look at you or say sorry.

Normally i prefer this Costco to others but as i went into day with my family we did our normal grocery run paid for our stuff and as soon as we got into the line to go out the door the door check person started touching our stuff looking under the card board box it honestly felt like we were profiled because she did not do this to the others who were before us that had more stuff

I dont know what I do without Costco! This is my home Costco and I shop here 99% of the time. I do wish that this Costco had gas oh, but it has everything else you could possibly need and then some.

Always a packed parking lot! The food court is always busy. A nice selection throughout the store but not always the best prices. Check grocery store prices before you make a mistake and buy items in bulk at regular retail prices. They do tend to keep an eye on the cashier lines and they open more when busy. Not all do. Helpful staff. Nice jewelry, but they don’t have the higher end watches in store like they once did. I’m sure that is due to recent smash and grab robberies. The have them on their App still though. Great $10 pizza. Perfect for families with kids or parties. Flower bouquets are usually a good deal for special occasions if you can go without a vase. FYI: Bathrooms are in the front of the warehouse. Pics are from multiple visits.

The Costco I usually shop at was out of what I needed. So I decided to drive 30 mins out of my way to this Costco ....I really like this location, so easy to park and shop! And I found just what I was looking for.

The staff is great. The customers are horrible. This place is an absolute test of my patience. Most customers are aggressive and rude with no respect for turn-based common sense.Costco would be wise to come up with a solution to the shopping cart traffic jam nightmare that exists inside of this building.

But if you looking for rosteseir chicken they dont have them at this costco

Nice place. I left a box of water on the bottom of shopping cart and found out that after I goto home. When I return back, it was not there anymore. They gladly got me new one. And their staff was very kind and helpful.

This is my favorite Costco. Is not as crowded. Everything is fresh, they offer many varieties and gas station ⛽️ is not busy at all👌 love the food 🍱 court too. We shopped a lot from this place during the pandemic and staff are great 👍🏼

Good store, but self checkout not suet for big/heavy items(you have to move item 3 times: from card to paymen device, to scale, and back to cart). Unexpected procedure for store targeted on big sales.

They sell used frying pans as new. Pictures attached. I took frozen salmon bag from the freezer and the bag was opened. Seems like total lack of management here.

This is convenient Costco for me than the one on Technology. The problem of course are the fat slobs who clog up the aisles with their window shopping.

To be honest, I didnt go in. Waited with the kids in the car. Parking lot had nice shade. People who go in are coming out alive and well.

Very nice and helpful stuff and very cool selection and variety of items in this Costco that I couldnt find in other Costcos. In particular they have some baked goods that I have never seen in other Costcos. Highly recommend

Went in to buy some stuff and right as I walk in the girl asks rudely if I had a membership but didn’t ask anyone ahead of me or before me. If I didn’t have a membership why would I be shopping there. just because I may not look like I can shop there or not doesn’t mean I can’t. Especially when she only asked me. Not cool.

It doesn’t seem neatly organized like for eg different brand yogurt can be found is different isles or adult drinks are in scattered sections so it is little confusing. Maybe it’ll be better once I get used to it. Also it’s a little small so fewer choices

Today there was a cashier that helped me and he wasnt friendly, he kept talking to his coworker so he was soo distracted he missed to scan one of my items... when I was leaving the store with my husband there was a lady that counts the items and she was making a big deal that one item was not scanned, it wasnt even my fault the cashier that didnt even greet me forgot to scan one of my items! This lady made it seem like I was stealing something... idk if it was because I am Hispanic but honestly, it was so embarrassing the way she was treating me... she called her supervisor and she didnt even want me to take my shopping cart with me as the supervisor walked me to a register to scan my item... this was my first time coming to this location and I dont think I am ever going to come to this location again... please train your cashiers to greet every customer and to focus more on the items they are scanning..

Salmon fillet from Costco (Kirkland) contains added color! And there isnt any information about what kind of color is used? In Norway or Sweden we are not allowed to add color to salmon.

This is by far the most organized Costco Ive been to. I always shop organic and the management here has the simple yet wonderful idea if putting all organic fruit and produce next to each other. The same goes for many other food items. Always saves me from wasting time and all the hassle of moving around with a heavy cart looking for what I need. I hope they start doing the same at other warehouses. Thank you!

First time here came with a friend to pick up a cake and pizzas for a party super busy long lines at checkout but they move quickly. Well lit tons of items thinking of joining.

On the smaller size for a Costco so they dont have all the items I shop for. Parking isnt the greatest when busy. Carts in the parking lot become hazardous to park at times. Please have courtesy and use cart corrals people.

I am so saddened by extremely poor customer service today. My friend was checking out a few grocery items and brought the Annual rebate check so that he can pay for the membership with this check - he had a specific reason to pay with the rebate check for the membership instead of his own money. He mentioned this to the person at the cash register, however the cashier did not check with my friend and just proceeded to use the rebate check as a payment for my friends groceries. My friend was trying to explain to him that that’s not what he wanted to see happen so the cashier called the manager, they both proceeded to speak Tagaloc in front of my friend and I, which in my opinion is the rudest thing you can ever do to a customer - to speak your own language in front of the customer!!!No one offered to make it right they just spoke their own language and stared at us.Such a weird experience and here in Tustin/Irvine area where I thought we are all pretty polite and know better then use your own language while dealing with a customer.

Costco is so good. If you spend any time looking up their management policies, and their ethical standards, you know they are by far the largest ethical company in America.Food is good, service is good, prices are good.They upsold me to a gold card but it only made sense to do so, so Im not complaining.Optometrist saw me for a walk-in which was a nice bonus!

Busy. Does not clean self checkout counters before new customer checks out. Also dont have portable scanner that you can take to scan heavy purchases like rice bag.

This is a nice Costco to shop at. But my review is for the greeter at the entrance, who always wears a Hawaiian shirt, black hair and black glasses, he is very rude. He is very selective about who he greets.

They close way too early on weekends. For a store that charges membership fees closing at 6pm on weekends blows.

This is the absolute best Costco to buy a phone... the 2 young guys, Hami and his friend, were INCREDIBLE helping my girlfriend who had a problem with her brand new phone. They were patient, understanding, and looking to make sure she ended up a happy customer. Thanks guys!

It is a good Costco, but smaller than others. You may run into issues when it comes to finding certain items, and the layout is slightly confusing. Customers may have a hard time finding the dairy section located in the far back left corner. Otherwise, its a well operated store!

An amazing service been coming here ever since I moved in to Tustin . Staff are very nice and pin point what every product is located and alternative’s . As a business man I always buy in bulk and always seem to find cheap prices.

Costco needs to stop working with Innovel Solutions. I ordered a tv which was supposed to arrive in two days. After two days, they inform me that itll arrive in another week. After a week, they state that my tv will arrive in another week. Finally, after two weeks, I call and they told me they lost my package. I then canceled my order and ordered from best buy, where they shipped my tv in two days. This Costco location is great, but if you need to order an item which is not in stock and must be shipped, do not even bother, as it will never arrive

Costco is no longer stocking Pepsi products. They keep providing less and less of brand names I like and put in kirkland brands. My family likes Pepsi not coke products. Oh well I spend to much at costco anyway. Time to shop around for a better store that has the selection and brands we like.

This place can get crowded on weekends but not too busy after 6 on weekdays. STAFF over here are very helpful.

This is a big store for larger products for restruants and home. Its best to shop Monday to Friday while everyone is at work. Weekends gets to crowded and uncomfortable. The staff very helpful and polite.

Went to the tire center. Work was fine. The order desk is very slow. Its not the employees fault. The system requires them to go to the shop for almost anything and that really shows them down. For example, they call you to say your car is ready for pickup. You arrive at the office and discover that theres a long line that moves very slowly. After 45 minutes in line you final arrive at the counter and say that you are there to pick up your car. Somehow your care key is still back in the shop so the counter person has to walk back to the shop to get them. He disappears through the shop door and does not return for a long time. Finally he walks back thru the tire storage to the counter and gives you the key. The employee has no choice, this is the bad system hes been given.The work was well done so I guess its worth the wait.

Came in to look at an engagement ring and a manager named Flora was really unprofessional, she turned her back and left twice without even asking if I need anything else. Such a bad customer service, she even asked out loud if I came together with another customer that was also window shopping next to me...Unbelievable!!!Gladly there was this nice man Brian who really tried his best to help and answered my further questions!

I don’t shop at Costco but always been a member, my partner does all the shopping and lucky me today I decided to go there for passport photo, I had to wait for 20 minutes to pick up the picture so I end up going to vitamin section, when I got to the register the lady was so rude, look I get it you might hate your job but you don’t get to have attitude with a customer, I’m the account holder, today I Couldnt find my card but I had my partner card on me, she rudely rolled her eyes and said I can’t help you because I need to have my own card, she wasn’t even listening to me and kinda saying ok leave, I made her to call someone, two different people came and they took my ID and came back with my account number, they saw The account is under my name, they tried putting my account number and her register was declining, the second guy told her try again and she said “I’m tried” I already tried twice, like are you kidding me?!!! Tired of what? Scanning two bottle of zinc for me? Just because I am standing for my right and you just don’t want to help me? You didn’t scan 100 items for me and you only punched few numbers? Don’t you get pay to do that? What’s the attitude for? I couldn’t stand her and all those people were waiting in the line, I just told them hold my stuff I’ll be back, I went to the membership department and got my card in less than 8 minutes, I told them about what happened and they told me she could just manually put my account number and process my purchase, like I KNOW! Of course she could, she was just tired, why don’t you just retire already if your that tired?When I went back she wasn’t there anymore, she knew!!! Funny how she took off, so unprofessional, is that how they treat people here every day? Why paying these people? For what? I can take my business somewhere else, if I pay for the membership and walk in there after two years and this is how they’re going treat me then no thanks, I’ll keep my money to myself and take my business somewhere els, I will definitely be making few calls including their corporate office and make sure they will find her and teach her some costumer service so she won’t stand there every day and treat people like the way she treated me.

Just ran in to try one of their hot dogs. Never had them before. Very filling. Bun was too soft & doughy for my liking & unfortunately, the only condiments they were providing was catsup & mustard but Im pretty certain that was because of covid 19.
