I always go to this Ralphs store to buy some groceries. I purchased several items today in the morning at this store. When I came back home, I found one item was missing. I investigated all the Ralphs shopping bags and my car trunk but I couldnt find it. I already checked the shopping cart before I returned it.I called the customer service of the store but I had to wait for a long time to receive their answer. They finally told me I had to come back to the store to grab a missing item. But it is time wasting, so I wouldnt do that.It is strange that one item was missing. I bought two packs of raspberry but one of the two same packs was gone. I dont want to suspect the cashier, Saeidah. There is no reason why the item was missing.Besides, the response of the customer service center was disappointing.

This store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked! However, you will wait in line because they never seem to have enough check-stands open. I am not sure if it is due to staffing, allocation of staff, or what, but it seems to be a chronic problem at this location. Lines will go back into the frozen section and back-up is rarely called, you just have to wait. There seem to be a lot of employees inside the store, but the priority appears to be doing anything than checking out customers. Its a shame because otherwise this is a great store.

I have never been in a grocery store with such organized and beautiful produce. I cant wait to find back to this store and cook with their vegetables.They also had an amazing Asian food selection!

Ok this store is a little tight on space but the employees are friendly more or less.However, it’s almost 2022 and Ralph’s is the only grocery store that doesn’t accept Apple Pay. (All Ralph’s, not just this location). Even Food 4 Less accepts Apple Pay. I don’t even carry my wallet anymore. You guys are losing business by not accepting Apple Pay.

Excellent service. Convenient parking, even during peak hours. This particular Ralph’s has a great deli and the most amazing cheese counter. I know many Ralph’s locations have good cheese. Not sure if their selection is necessarily better or if it’s just the awesome cheese staff. But this is our go-to place for excellent cheese in the area. It beats out ALL of the other markets in the area.Even on busy days, the line moves quickly. There are ample self-serve check out kiosks, so it’s easy to get in and out, even when they’re busy. The Starbucks inside is okay despite limited selections (eg no blonde espresso). But overall, this store it excellent.

I went looking for a cake at the bakery. There was a large selection of cakes and other baked goods perfect for a birthday celebration.

Corle was rude and sassy. Rolled her eyes while taking to me and shakes her head as she walks away. She clearly could use a lesson in stress management

This is one of my favorite Ralphs. Big store, well stocked, and most of the employees are helpful. Very nice store in a nice area.

Very unprofessional and rude staff working in that place. They literally kicked me out from the store because I did not have a mask, yelling that they were gonna call the police. I felt like I stole something or Im a dangerous criminal. I was a valued customer for Ralphs stores about 7 years and spent there $600-700 every month. That month was my last in that store. I strongly do not suggest to visit.

Always clean, friendly staff, great selections, and great pricing, especially when items are on sale.

The management of this store are ones of the most under-appreciated people I met during the pandemic. I’m a retailer. The am shift managers on the floor are phenomenal and always on standby to help. They even take your grocery to your car if you can’t do it yourself

The deli counter was great - helpful. Honestly would give more stars, but Im more angry for the lasting negative impression from the self-checkout line.Cashier helper at the self-checkout area was not so helpful.First, the tendency to gravitate to a shorter line is obvious for customers, right? If the self-checkout is available, why wouldnt you go there? It doesnt say its an express line of 15 items or less. Second, the scan/bag detection is overly sensitive and disruptive to the process, as it contiuously pauses to check that you have correctly placed the item in the bag, and if it doesnt then it calls the cashier helper to swipe their bag and check that youre not stealing. Third, dont make us feel bad for making such a large purchase at the self-checkout and tell me that this line is for people with a few items. Im shopping and this area was available. Maybe post signs if that was the case, or maybe have more registers open with lines that make sense.Sorry to inconvenience you, cashier, that your machine keeps calling you over to swipe your badge because thats such a hard task for you. It would go much quicker if your machines werent constantly detecting/saying that we didnt put the item in the bag, even though we did put it in the bag. And then it asks if we purchased any bags, though theres clearly no bags at the register, we used our own. So it called the helper again. Lame.Dont make me feel bad for spending money at your store.

This is for Max G review...uhhhhhh I dont know if you heard we are in the middle of a global pandemic called COVID 19 and it spreads through human generated droplets in the air......so the state and CDC has mandated mask but maybe if you crawled out from under that rock you are under you would know:-/....just saying......good thing you wont be coming back to Ralphs...yay!!

Received email giving me free curbside pickup of grocery order online. Thought I’d save me time & try it. Nice young man brought out my order & loaded it. I get home and am missing 6 items, one of which is 4 boxes of cereal! How could they miss so many things?! He never checked the items with me. Now I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with a corporate person who went through what I was missing, he to credit items. Then held for so long I hung up. Now I’m having company today and I had to spend time on the phone AND now I need to go to the store!! Also my husband didn’t have any cereal for breakfast. So much for saving time. Very frustrating!

Store is beautiful but became quickly disappointed when in the deli section there were no Pillsbury cinnamon rolls ( I moved on as I know things run out) now I’m looking for any orange juice blend pineapple mango orange, mango orange. Dole has plenty of them. Well they had nothing. Now at check out clerk asked for Ralph’s card ( I didn’t know any stores did that anymore) it has been so long since I’ve been in a Ralph’s and didn’t have my wallet and I’m quite sure the Ralph’s card isn’t in it. Now payment, no Apple Pay? Luckily I had some cash because I haven’t been using much cash because of COVID. Twice I almost walked out, when they didn’t have any orange juice blends and when asked for Ralph’s card. Had the cashier not used a card he had I would of left. Bottom line Ralph’s isn’t easy and convenient nor do they have what I’m looking for.Back to Stater Brothers.

They let me buy the essentials for my elderly parents God bless Ralphs. It was orderly and professional the entire time with only about 15 people in the store at one time. You could only buy one of everything. San Clemente not the same rules which they should probably follow that was a Stater Brothers by my parents. Making my 90 year old dad get up in the morning to stand in a line how sad that is.

Great service, clean and youll find what you need pretty easily. Also, sometimes when Ive been there theyve had samples of stuff. I utterly love that.

I had such a great experience at Ralph’s on Jamboree and Irvine blvd. I always go there and everyone is always friendly.But this time was different. I was in the meat section looking for links my husband buys and I was gonna give up and this young man that works in the meat department asked if I needed help and he was so eager to help with such enthusiasm and a great smile. He knew what I needed he ran in the back and came out so happy he found what I was looking for.I came in a few weeks later 8/29/19 around 6:00 pm and got the same great service. Something about him really makes shopping easier and brings so much Joy. I found out his name is Alisha and brought this up to Manager. I want him to be recognized because you really don’t see this kind of service especially for being such a young man.Thank you so much for letting your light shine so bright and being such a hard worker.

Ralphs with Starbucks inside is a A++. I grab my espresso than shop really really fast, zooom! But really. Nice store. Get there early in the a.m. to get special pricing on select items. Courteous and helpful staff . Butchers are great. Will cut portions for you or clean fish. Clean, neat and organized. They are doing a good job.

If youre letting a limited amount of people in the store, as one comes out you should let one go in. Also answering a question with were here to keep you safe and in limiting the number of people inside the store no, this is not helpful.

This Ralphs does a good job of keeping items in stock, produce fresh, and they have a good variety in the store. In-store Starbucks and sushi counter are handy and theyre generally good about having people in departments like the bakery and deli. If you arrive within the first couple hours of opening, though, be prepared to step around people who are still stocking and a lack of fresh products in bakery even though breakfast foods like donuts and bagels should be expected.

The aisles are clearly organized and clean every time I go. The employees are always helpful. Ive been going here for 20 years and I love shopping here. Highly recommend it.

Olive man scolded me for eating one Olive..scoped the Olive in a large spoon.then removed said Olive and ate it ....was asked ..not to use fingers..use tiny cup.Both consumptions were similar..olive 👨 man was more concerned with the power to show his authority...my opinion is derived by.

Ralphs is a really awesome grocery market where you can buy all sorts of good stuff. You can buy anything you want in there also tables out front where you can eat your food for example there is one spot one dollars in chips do you have room cheap stuff. I bought a lot of stuff from ralphs in the past and it is the best and cheapest grocery store ever with the best deals! I recommend Ralphs for everyone

Im writing this review after about 12 - 15 visits in the last 3 months. They have very good selection at decent prices. Fruits are always fresh and competitively priced, specially if you have a Ralphs card.The staff overall is OK but I want to make special mention about Mathew in the bakery department. He is an amazing guy who literally believes that Customer is King. He is always willing to help you find what you want and doesnt give it up until you find something that you really like! We always look around for him whenever we go to buy something from the bakery.

Erika at the coffee bar was a delight. Her friendly yet professional attitude really stuck with me after I left the store.looking forward to seeing her smile on my next visit.Steve h.

Set up very poorly. Selection is okay.Prices are decent. The aisles are too small and too tall. The cashier was very nice, but the bagger was not and did not bag well.

Definitely one of the nicer Ralphs Ive been too in the area. The butcher shop is always on point, but the hot food area is a little slow at times.

Honestly, this specific Ralphs is my favorite supermarket of all time. There are a huge variety of produce, deli meats/cheeses, and anything else you are shopping for. They also have thee best sandwiches Ive ever had as all their sandwiches are made specifically with Boars Head deli products. Lastly, theres a Starbucks inside if you need a wakeup call. Overall, amazing place to go grocery shopping!

Favorite main stream grocery store. The produce selection is excellent and yet its less expensive than the competition, Albertsons, Stater Bros, at least for the produce. Smart & Final also has great produce at good prices but not main stream in terms of other food selection.

Ralphs has great deals and service. They recently changed were everything in their store was though. Besides that Every thing is good including the Starbucks

Staff was helpful when I tried to find something. They had the almond milk my family likes when Sprouts had run out of every brand of unsweetened almond milk they normally carry...Ralphs is a life saver!

Even though Albertsons recently purchased all the Safeway lines, this store still resonates class to me and is far superior to anything Albertsons has to offer. I hope this doesnt change as their wonderful deli selections as well as bakery will be truly missed.

Too many store brands, they keep getting rid of brands I like and replacing them with Kroger brand. Guess I will be driving to Albertsons or Pavillions.
