Brought my Ram truck into the body shop for repair work after a semi backed into it. I had a full trailer load headed to the East Coast and was desperate to get my truck repaired, as fast as possible, with quality work- so I could get my loads delivered and not lose $. This shop was effective in getting the repairs done, painted and back out in one week. They worked with my commercial insurance and got the job done! The experience here was great. Lupe from GMC was my salesperson. She drove me over to Hyundai to help me find a car when GMC didnt have what I was looking for. I was enroute to a family medical emergency when the engine blew in my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with 85,413mi. I was towed in to Rob Green Hyundai where I first met Kirby Butler, Service Manager. I was more frantic about getting a rental car so that I could continue my trip. I was concerned about my car too but I figured it was going very expensive & I needed to focus on getting to WA. Within minutes Kirby comes back to inform me that there is a very good chance that repairs could be covered under warranty. From that moment I knew that Mr. Butler is a good guy that I can trust. Ive dealt with service managers that would take advantage of certain people.Kirby quickly understood my situation and provided me the number for Enterprise since the dealership had no cars. I think I was only there for an hour or so before I was back on the road. Kirby kept me informed via phone and text. When my car was done Kirby let me know so I could pick it up on my return trip. Kirby Butler is a true professional and is the perfect person to be representing your service department, your dealership and Hyundai. Kirby is just the guy you want to meet in a bad situation and in minutes he has turned it into a much less serious situation. Kirby Butler is the guy that all other dealerships are still looking for. My car was done in a timely manner over Memorial Day Weekend, Kirby kept me informed the whole time. Very impressive to be kept informed the way Kirby did. When I arrived 35 days later, Kirby not only remembered my name, he also recalled my situation, destination but also my relative whom was having the medical emergency. That too is very impressive. I cant say enough about Mr.Butler, he is honest and trustworthy, Super Guy. Car runs great again.
We drove into Rob Green GMC because we saw a 2019 Jeep on the lot. As we pulled in, Kyle waved to us and we felt welcome. He came over and answered questions as we asked him about test driving 3 different vehicles. Kyle asked Katrina to come over and answer some of our questions that he was unsure about answering. We test drove 3 cars and felt like we had all the time we needed. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We thought about the 3 cars over night and test drove again the next day. There was never any pressure. Once we decided on the Jeep, Ray, the finance person was so welcoming, helpful, answered my many questions and did not make me feel rushed. I had so many questions through the entire process and was given answers with a smile. The day after we purchased the vehicle, Katrina called me to check and see how we like the vehicle. She was so helpful with questions, once again, and let me know to call her with any questions. It was such a great experience. Thanks to all of the Rob Green staff fir making this a positive experience for us.

So, annual review of a paint job I paid in cash for is now failing do to poor workmanship. Mike. The former body shop manager told me my written guarantee and estimate is in the system and gave only a cash receipt. A year later now, the new boss is refusing to guarantee or stand behind the company ROB GREEN workmanship.So. DONT COME HERE AND IF YOU DO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GET WRITTEN ESTAMATE !!!!!!!!!!I KNEW IT WASNT RIGHT AND THAT IT SEEMED WRONG but I thought, Rob Green, big dealership there stand behind there work. Nope. They wont.

Shane was amazing to work with. He put a lot of time and effort to get me a great deal on a Tucson. I was able to work with him directly over the phone and via text, and he was super helpful the whole way. Made the whole process very quick. I was really happy I didnt have to sit in a dealership for 5+ hours being pressured by the typical sales people.

Casey and Jon from Rob Green Hyundai were great to deal with. We dealt primarily over email/phone/text while working out a deal and they were able to beat out the other dealers we were working with around the area. They were both easy to reach whenever we had questions, and made the whole process a breeze. They even went above and beyond coming in on their time off for us to take delivery since we were coming from out of town. (+1 extra star).The only issue we has was that the car did not get a full walk around before we showed up and had some scratches/scrapes on the back, most likely from delivery. Even though we had agreed to purchase the car days before we actually took delivery, these were not fixed before we arrived (-1). Jon and Casey were apologetic for it though and agreed to send out a paint pen to clean up one of the scratches on the bumper that went all the way to the base plastic. In the end, we werent going to turn around and walk based on a single scratch after driving all morning to pick it up. Recommend you specifically request they give the car a good walk around during normal hours so any small issues can be handled by their shop during normal working hours. Or, pick up the car early on a normal work day so their shop can fix it before you leave the lot.We ended up getting the 2021 Hyundai Palisade Limited, which was a huge upgrade from our 2011 CR-V. It really is amazing how many features they packed in to this vehicle. Adaptive cruise control, active lane keeping, upgraded leather, heads up display (hud), and a very large nav/radio display were all great reasons to go with a limited over the SEL.Overall we are very happy and think the scratch issue was a one off that would have been corrected if we could have stayed in town. Would buy from Rob Green again through Casey and Jon.

I rarely meet honest sales people and its nice to have met some of those people here. Fast service, honest people, and bougie cars. No need to go anywhere else.

Schedule appointment 2 pm when I got there they said they would be able to look at till later that evening remind them that they set up a appointment at 2 after they tried to cancel my appointment the day before because it wasnt for the recall.verry gruppy poor customer service they are slow they dont start working on your car right away. Couldnt fine the problem on the awd and the rpm fluctuating + wont fix the recall because they dont have parts for the recall (for the safety of the breaks and possible fire in engine??)I would not go there if it was for the convenience of its in town I am at the point where I am willing to start taking my car other places out side of town! Where they are professional and dont set in the waiting room waiting tv

I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and so my wife called in the morning about the vehicle on the ad and the salesman at the time was willing to help and got our information so that they can get back to us on the vehicle on the paper. Once the salesman got back to us via text we were going back and forth on the details of the vehicle and found it very inappropriate how the salesman handled the information of the vehicle. Later on we came down to negotiate on what they had on the lot and the salesmen were just give me the runaround with options on vehicles when Im just there to look for a good deal. I dont understand why they dont just want to sell a car and make profit that day instead of losing a customer over thousands of dollars in options that I didnt want to begin with.

Don’t buy cars from Rob Green because while the initial salesmen who helped me was nice and helpful, the car sales manager likes to raise his voice and disrespect customers and try to place the blame on them for buying a used car. He literally yelled at my dad and I’m soooo sorry not everyone is made of money and can afford a brand new car!!

This car dealership are a bunch of thefts that are only looking to screw you over. I got screwed over thinking that i could refinance my car in 6 months or a year to get lower interest rate because thats what i was told. Never going to buy another car from Rob Green again!!!!!!
We only go there to get the car serviced. And then they try to push other services on you. Anyways....always go into a car dealership knowing salesmen are crooks, always out for the higher dollar. They want their commission. Any vehicle is not worth the money they are asking. And for the lady that bought a new car and it broke down, they should have paid her tow bill and taken the car back.

I have bought probably five or six vehicles from this dealership. I just purchased a new one in January a Hyundai Tucson 2016, I I am from Twin Falls, and was in Boise for a week and I had a problem with my new vehicle I called bronco motors with it being the nearest dealership and they couldnt see me because they were too busy. They said as long as my malfunction light doesnt blink there shouldnt be any problem driving back to twin. Well they were wrong not only was my car delivered factory damaged I had to pay $275 to have it towed back to Twin Falls. All I wanted was for Rob Green dealership to be responsible for the tow since it was factory damaged and brand-new. Make a long story short, they said they wrote a letter to Hyundai and of course Hyundai said they didnt do refunds, and you would think Rob Green himself if he knew about this wouldve said just cut her a check shes a good customer she has bought at least six vehicles from us. I they did not write a letter to Hyundai I found this out from Hyundai Corporation. I feel if I were a man I would not of been treated this way . Everything was swept under the rug and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and I was stuck with the $275 bill for the tow on a brand new car. If I couldve given him back the vehicle I would have done it in a New York minute this is the last vehicle I will ever purchase from Rob Green and Hyundai I ask for Rob Greens phone number personally, they said it was in Arizona but he wasnt around and they couldnt give me his number nor would they call him I am ashamed at how they handle this for such a small amount and to lose a customer over it shame on you
