Ive learned that smaller dealers that havent gone mega-dealer mode sometimes have solid service departments. And this dealer is one of those. Plus they also support riders traveling in their bikes! In my case a problem with a 2020 Africa Twin that eluded a mega dealer in Las Vegas was diagnosed in less than 39 minutes and put me on the road less than 3 hours later by borrowing a fuel pump from a showroom bike.Even gave me a loaner bike to go eat lunch!Great service and involved me every step of the way.
