It was labor day and everywhere else was closed... I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me and really needed this done. Probably the best customer service Ive experienced getting an oil change ever. The rugged guy taking my car back was incredibly friendly and knowledge when I asked questions about the maintenance light that had come on. He was upfront and honest about how long it would take. The girl at the counter kept going back and checking to see how much longer they would be without me even asking. Walmart wouldnt have been my first choice for an oil change but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I would definitely recommend them for a standard oil change.

Ordered tires from them. I went to have them installed. They said they couldn’t do it because my car needs a 4 point lift when raising the car. I’m like okay ? They say call Jerome Walmart they can do it. I after I talk to Jerome tire center which was very helpful, I find out the Twin Falls tire center is notorious for sending tire installations that are harder to Jerome. Twin Falls does have a 4 point lift but chose not to help me. They can sell me the tires just can not give me service. The store manager Tracy Hansen has been made aware of his tire center doing this continually but doesn’t seem to care. Shame on me for trying Walmart

During our trip across country, on a Sunday, we had a flat tire. This auto center was amazing in their attitudes, helpfulness, and professionalism. Bret (3336) obviously takes great pride in his job, as he was incredibly cordial, personable, and knowledgeable. An overall wonderful experience!

Website claims the auto center closes at 7:00. Called them at 5:00 to check for availability to no pickup. Showed up at 5:30 and was told the shop closes at 6:00 because they need an hour for cleanup so they cannot do any more tire changes. Perhaps the stated online hours should reflect your operating business hours, and otherwise you should certainly be ready to accept phone calls. Not to mention, I can change my own tires in less thirty minutes but you need that extra time on top of the hour you’ve already allotted yourself? It’s clear to me that the mechanic in charge felt that the customer was less important than ending his shift far ahead of time in this instance.

Check in was 8 no one came out until after 830. They didnt get the left back valve stem on well and had to come back. Everyone acts like they dont know what they are doing and everyone is slow

Went in to twin falls Walmart at about 830am Sunday morning, was told it would be about an hour to accomplish changing 4 tires that I brought in, smooth transaction on time, good job, thank you! Pro tip = early morning is best.

I called two days ago to schedule an appointment to install tires. The man I talked too was super nice, offered me multiple times for today. He confirmed MULTIPLE times for this appointment. But when my boyfriend arrived today, it seemed to be nonexistent. I called, explaining the situation but no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Im more upset the fact that I spoke to an employee for nearly three minutes only to look like a fool.

They have really upped their service. The person who greeted us outdoors was friendly and helpful. They finished our oil change in a timely manner for a great price. They make it easy when you can do your shopping at the same time. But seriously, took it from just getting an affordable oil change to getting great customer service and an oil change. Thanks.

Fast and fair.

The pit crew oil change is cheep. $19.96 + tax. Other than that they are slow and they dont know that much. Its Walmart. They have us all by the short and curlys. I can say they are better than them rip-offs at other lube places. Wish I could say who the other lube place was but I dont think I can say Jiffy Lube in this review. Anyways I would recommend Walmart to anyone who doesnt mind walking around their store for awhile. You can find some good deals there sometimes.

Did a quick and affordable oil change. But forgot to grease the u joints on the driveline. Went back and asked them and they did it at no extra cost.

After buying tires at location they first off did not fill the air to minimum specifications of at least 35psi, the tires showed 25 on the interior side reading, the tires are rated for 51 psi obviously it was a huge inconvenience to have properly inflated tires, after all it only effects wear, safety, and mileage. After the employee argued with me instead of filling the tires I left. To bad to good deal on tires but piss poor service.

When I finally got some help, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very clear. Detailing exactly what they would be dking to my vehicle. They changed 2 tires for a heck of a deal. Quick and easy.

My cashier was awesome. After I waited for 3 people to buy baby items. This is an AUTOMOTIVE department, yet the crappy managers let people check out here even if theyre not buying anything AUTOMOTIVE. The public sucks, managers shouldnt. Anyway, once my amazing cashier was done being forced to play baby check out, she rocked me straight through and sent me with my spare flat tire and invoice to the automotive bay. She said one of the tire techs would notice me with an invoice and take care of me from there. Then we laughed and laughed... so I went to the tire bay with my flat spare and invoice. I stood there as 8 people looked at me and ignored me. About 15 mins later one guy actually came up and told me something, couldnt really understand as he didnt speak English well. But whatever he said, by the time I lit my smoke, there was a person asking for my invoice. But hey, we come here for price, not service..

Always get a mixed bag when going to Walmart, and their tire center is no exception. Ive had some very positive experiences here, and Ive had terrible ones as well. The staff is what makes or breaks your visit. Some managers are on the ball and make you feel valued. And then some of the employees make you feel like you are totally bothering them. Its a gamble on what you are going to get, and I wish that werent the case. I feel hesitant to have them drive my car into the service bay, since the last time I had tires mounted up at the Jerome location. I witnessed them hot rod my SUV in the back parking lot, and I was livid. And their manager wasnt quick to resolve the situation. So yeah...its a gamble for sure.

Went for a new battery. When my car was done, my drivers door wouldnt open cuz my door handle linkage was broke. They took down my complaint and insurance claims called me. They said there was no proof they had damaged it and refused to fix it. If i could give no stars, I would. There was positive proof it was working when I left it since I opened it on camera to leave my keys for them.

Was told to wait outside. Waited 10 minutes while employees ignored and stood around. Then they couldnt even install a battery for me.

Great place to get oil, great tires for low prices, new battery for your vehicle for a low price. Customer service is great and they will help you find any and all things considered automotive in a decent amount of time.

Walmart used to be one of my absolute favorite places to go for many different reasons until I began experiencing what I call everybody wants to be the boss nobody wants to be the employee everybody thinks everybody stealing when in reality Im the farthest thing from a thief and then as far as their automotive shop theres always a wait theres always somebody there that doesnt understand what you want theres always somebody there that doesnt know how to ring it up theres always somebody there that just makes the trip unbearable in fact I could go on and on and on and on about some recent experience but I wont just know that none of the shops whether its Walmart or Les Schwab or any of them seem to do a good job anymore hell it be better just to go melt some wax yourself and make some rubber tires and throw them on yourself and if they fall off youll be responsible because you are anyway regardless of who have a great night

I would like to say good things however, I dont have anything with this trip.Stopped in to see about a set of tires and then I found out the current wait time. Since they do not make appointments I left to go to a different tire provider.This unfortunately is not the first time receiving poor service. I was also previously on telephone hold for 18min waiting on a price quote for a battery. It would have helped if they would have hung up the phone while I waited. Apparently gossip chatter was more important that customer service.

I had the worst experience ever several weeks ago I got a new tire put on due to getting a screw in my tire. Russ the auto care manager is the one who out on my new tire he put too large of a weight on and it was causing a thumping noise we circled back up to the bay and had him check it he said the noise was there when we brought it in and it was not and we would be fine. Lucky we went to commercial tire they were very knowledgeable and informed us the weight was hitting a line and couldve caused damage. They fixed it for free. Today I went back in 4/1/19 due to a it getting a small hole to get my free flat repair they told me 25 minutes ended up a 3 hr problem just to fix it worst place ever wont be going back there even though I have a warranty on my tire.

Great same day service for a flat that needed a whole new tire. Cost nothing out of pocket because of their warranty.

Terrible one staff member tells you one thing and then another one will say something different. Tried to bring tires to be installed and was told they could be put on one day and then next day a different employee said no they cant. A BIG waste of your time and no care of what you say. I would not recommend them at all.

Good tires better than Les Swabe tires at least the people at Wal Mart know how to aline tires. They are slow but at least they know what their doing.

Best place to get tires cheap online and then get the tires put on there for about$15.

We are so extremely grateful for the guys at Walmart tire center in Twin Falls! We ran over a nail on Thanksgiving day and they did not hesitate to help out and make sure we got it taken care of! We were in and out within 20 minutes!

They carry tires for a cheaper price than majority of places there a lil slow at the counter but its worth the wait to save some money they can do alot of the general things that need done like oil changes and tires new keys not chipped keys other than that part they tend to do a good job are always nice even if they seem grumpy they do what is needed while you get your shopping done I prefer them over all these other expensive places

Many times you have to wait at the counter a while, before someone comes for assistance. Inquired about a tire service, but the associate didnt get it no matter how I explained it, so Ill just go to an actual tire shop.

The worst experience. They took 1hr 20 minutes to install 2 tires. The tires were not the ones I asked for. One of the tires was installed on the wrong wheel. After telling them twice that I didnt want their Road Hazard coverage they still tried to charge me an extra $20.00 for it.

Waited in line for 15-20 mins and the guy just attended all the other cars. Taking my money elsewhere!👎
