Traveling through... I called and asked if they had time to help me with a light on my car that went out. Shawn balanced waiting on customers and changing my taillight. It may seem small but HOW helpful & thoughtful!!! I couldnt do it... nore do I have the tools on me. I appreciate you guys! When I pass through several times a year I will make sure this is where I stop for oil, lights, etc! 🤗

Just crashed my new BMW motorcycle north of Twin Falls, hit a new to me, Idaho phenomenon, the dreaded Potato Slick, caused by a large dump of nice looking Russet potatoes. Realized that as I was trying to maintain control, I lost, went down, messed up my bike. Potatoes on the pavement are slick!!The folks at Auto Zone had the tools I needed to straighten up my handlebars, let .e use the rest room......just to make sure, everything was fine. And am now on my way again!!Thanks crew, youre awesome!!!!

I went here for a truck exterior door handle I was visiting family and I was leaving I believe that day it was either the juck yard or autozone I really thought it was going to be a junkyard I need it that day but to my surprise they had both types of handles in stocks that the model of truck came with five stars for this autozone

Two 20 year olds from New York. They screwed us, lied to us, gave us a fake made in China part and told us it would fix the car. Took it to a real automotive repair and got the real part and it cost less than the fake one. Didn’t expect some old man to do that to us.

The parts person in there was very helpful but we couldnt find the right lamp for my big truck at A-1 Heavy Haul and Towing

I was in emergent need of a car battery and the auto shops were closing. Not only was this place open but tested and installed a new battery, something I couldnt do on my own. I have never been disappointed with the service or prices at this place. Thanks to Cameron for the great job he did with the install and to the assistant manager for helping make sure I was taken care of!

They had the windshield wipers in stock; and the champion sales gal came out in the rain installed them!

If you guys are gonna carry transponder keys I suggest you do your job and get a key machine and cut your own keys and program them for the customers. If you dont have a key machine or a programmer you can leave it to the professionals that have the tools to get the job done right the first time.

The manager was rude and the the parts were faulty. Door lock knobs with no threads to screw on the door lock

These guys are awesome! They will connect their device to your automobile and give you a printout of the diagnostic results even if you have no reason to buy anything from them. If you need a part they have it and even help you understand how to use it. Awesome service!

Just needed a new wiper blade and the employee helped me pick it out, install, sign up for rewards and pay in about 5 mins or less. So quick and helpful! I really appreciate prompt and polite service and that’s exactly what I recieved!

They are far more polite and helpful than the guys at napa they got us a belt that fit due to design changes in other parts the called for replacement was too short

Usually it isnt as busy as this visit was.There was only two employees but, as usual, my needs were swiftly taken care of. I buy most of my automotive requirements from AutoZone. Never had a problem.

The guys in here are always helpful even if you dont know much about what youre looking for or even about your own vehicle. Theyre always willing to tote heavy items out to your car. In general a great place to shop for automotive items

We walked in with car issues and were trying to get a diagnostic report done for a check engine light that had come on while traveling to Boise from Salt Lake City. An employee immediately came out and took the diagnostic report. He ran the codes in the computer and recommended a possible part to purchase in order to fix the issue. Fast, kind and helpful. I was grateful.

The store had what I was looking for. They are not always the best store for older vehicles however, they had it today.Customer service is usually good.

Not very informed or knowledgeable. They never seem to know what they have in their store and just ask each other. If it’s not easy to find or under a vehicle parts search on their computer, they won’t find it.If you know what you want and can find it yourself, they have average prices and decent hours.

Bought a 44 dollar door handle for my extended cab pickup and it didnt even last 2 months and they wont even warranty it so watch what you buy but dont get screwed in price either

It was a great visit! I only wish they carried a higher mileage ATF the highest they have is 75,000 miles. It will have to do. All in all awesome service!

Ben helped me diagnose my pick up. He was friendly and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need but instead told me how the best way to fix it.

The guy who helped me out here was super nice and did you guys know how cool this place is?!! Its SOO cool in there.

Went in to get some parts to fix my buddies car. This has been several years, but even still, Ill never go back. When I went in I told the employee what I needed, he looked it up on the computer and when he pulled it up I told him it wasnt the right part. He went and grabbed it anyways, when we pulled it out of the box I told him again that it wasnt the right part. He then told me that unless its OEM it wasnt going to be the same. I told him still that even aftermarket would still be the same as OEM. He told me that its what the computer pulled so its the right part. I then brought in the part I pulled and it was obvious that they were different. He still was insistent I was wrong. I then left, went to OReillys and when I told them my situation they pulled everything up. They were showing the wrong part as well, but after looking at my pulled part they found that because thre vehicle I was working on had 2 models released the same year that they had slightly different parts. They found ne the right part, without arguing with me and basically telling me I was wrong. Never again will I go to Auto Zone.

You just have to stay on top of any parts house anymore to make sure you get the right part. go online on autozone.com and find the part you need and then go to The Parts House or they will give you the wrong part.

The gentleman gave me personal experience, as well as knowledge, and advice on my vehicle instead of taking it to a shop and forking over extra money! I called ahead of time and he had everything ready before I got there as we were on a road trip trying to get out of town!

I was not a very pleased customer! When I walked in one was on the phone and one was just Milling around. I walked up to them and ask for help. The young one stood at the counter and pointed which direction I should go instead of taking me there and then he yelled across the store directions. Then I had to ask for assistance at my car. By that time older one had gotten off the phone and helped with no problem. I dont know maybe the younger kid was new but you should never yell across the store you should actually take the customer to the point they need.

Had a rough experience at orielly immediately prior, but the guy who helped me here at autozone didn’t think twice about trying everything in the store to fit my need. Ended up not having the parts I needed but very satisfied with the effort and knowledge of the staff.

Best place to buy parts in town, as long as you know what you want and dont ask them to diagnose you vehicle.

Of the few places we have in town AutoZone is the best priced and theyll actually get the right part the first time and to me thats priceless

I bought the wrong filter and attempted to exchange it. Both the associate and the manager on duty refused to even consider my transaction without a receipt... not even an exchange or store credit.

They need to train their customer service better on parts knowledge and refunding.
