I am so sad, but this is probably the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I understand that sometimes people have a bad/off day and my coffee wont be perfect every time. However, I have given this location multiple chances. Every single time I visit my order is wrong or the quality is lacking. That doesnt bother me too much, honestly. I was a partner for many many years and probably made my fair share of drinks poorly. The drinks I can look past, but everyone goes to Starbucks for the connection. I am never greeted at this location. The partners never interact or try to connect with anyone in the lobby. My drinks are never called out in the lobby. I always have to watch and ask for my drink. Then, of course, am met with unnecessary attitude. I once was yelled at by a coffee master (who I am also assuming is a shift) for trying to pay it forward in the drive-thru. I always leave with such a bad taste in my mouth.It is such a shame that there is so much hostility at this location. If the partners on the floor are projecting it onto customers, I can only assume it is coming from higher-ups as well.

Cannot recommend this location enough! Staff is always friendly and will ALWAYS make your order right. This is by far the best Starbucks location in Twin Falls!

Only went through the drive thru, but it was comforting to have Starbucks while out of town.

They recently updated the store and it looks nice. Staff seemed nice. Ordered three snacks and three drinks and all came out okay. I go there often because it’s way less busy than the one near the mall.

Starbucks almost always without fail gives me my drink almost completely full of ice which gives me a fraction of the drink I actually ordered. Im sorry, would you like some drink with your ice? Makes one feel a bit slighted. Also if I ask for light ice, its hit and miss how much ice is out in the drink, same issue. Then I can order a drink and they dont scrape the foam off and the foam can reduce my actual drink 1/4. So difficult.

I know these guys are usually super busy but at least acknowledge everyone who comes into the store and make sure the Uber orders are bagged

Seem to most always have great service

No employee could explain to my husband the difference between the white chocolate mocha and the toasted white chocolate mocha. They put classic syrup in my cold brew which I didnt realize until back on the freeway. $4+ that I couldnt drink down the toilet. 😡

Coffee is always consistent and Ive always enjoyed chatting with the the baristas here, but if youre in a hurry stear clear of the Filer and Blue Lakes location. The drive through / parking lot situation is a big mess. Its a recipe for frustration. I ordered ahead and waited about 20 min to get through the line.Better off to order ahead and walk into the Bridgeview location. At least you can park there.

So rude! No hello. No thank you! So slow.

Service was slow so, I grabbed a drink holder from the customer side (close to the edge) of the counter and the brewestia snapped at me saying Sir! Well get that for you, we dont want customers assembling the drink carriers. I apologized, and asked why. She said, because if its not done right that the drinks would fall out. I said well if youre hiring, Id be willing to take whatever drink carriers assembly training that you offer right now to clear you from any liability. She just rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. I smiled and said fine, I give you a $2 tip if you train me personally. I got no response....

They are a bit slow and some of the staff are short and curt

I have a huge issue with this store. Today I went in and there were signs saying masks were required. I am not going to argue that point and I entered with a mask on out of respect for their requirement. As I was waiting in line, a lady came in and the employee behind the counter shouts out, “Mam, do you have a mask?” She replied, “No!” He then proceeds to tell her that he doesn’t have an extra mask and she cannot come in without a mask. She turned around and left. Meanwhile there was a family of four that was sitting at a table. None of them had a mask on. There was another lady sitting at her computer that had her mask off and hanging from her ear. And another family of three entered into the door without masks. Yes, I left and won’t return. This was so wrong.

I come to this Starbucks frequently because its the closest to my house, but its terrible. The hours are always changing, and the majority of the time, my order is wrong. I dont usually order anything complicated, but they cant ever seem to get it right. Plus, theyre always out of several different pastries and sandwiches.

You know I always really liked Starbucks and went pretty much every day. But their drinks have not been good at all for the past couple months now and I have tried different Starbucks locations, the only one I enjoy is located in the Twin Falls target. I’m assuming because they’re always packed the quality has really went down. I’m always stuck in line for a long time and by the time I get my drink it’s pretty much halfway melted, I asked for extra shot or extra caramel and it never taste like it actually has it in there but yeah I pay extra for the shot. I don’t want to pay six almost 7 dollars a drink and it not taste the way I expect.

Oddly enough this particular store seems to have an issue with nitro cold brew machine breaking down weekly, employees are not schooled properly on their menu or how their machines work. As a former partner(sbux employee) this Starbucks location is severely lacking.

Its pretty ok, nothing too special, nothing to bland. If youre looking for a morning sip Id reccomend :)

I just went though the drive Thur. My husband and I needed some coffee to pick us up because we have been up with our one year old since 3am. Jackie C I believe is her name, she attended us at the window. It was awesome how she just took a few sec to ask us how our day was going. She was very nice, I really appreciate this from her. I hope Starbucks recognizes that they have an awesome employee working for them. Thank you so much Jackie C.

Fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices. Starbucks has food options. They have a small but nice little area for drinking your coffee. They also have a variety of packaged coffee and a small variety of gift shop available.

I went through the drive thru on Blue Lakes and was pleasantly greeted by Matthew. This is the second time he has been at the window when I’ve come through and both times he was so nice and friendly. I was having a rough day and Matthew totally turned that around for me. It’s funny what a simple compliment and friendly conversation can do to a persons day. You just don’t get service like that very often. Thank you Matthew you’re doing an incredible job!! Someone give this boy a raise and keep him around!😃 Also I very much enjoyed my coffee, so thank you to the talented baristas.

Good coffee. But the wait is ridiculous. Open your restaurant. Your drive thru is very inefficient. 45 minutes for a dark roast coffee. All I want is drip coffee. 45 minutes????? REALLY???? Maybe you can do something to expedite service. Maybe think out side the box aittle bit????

Anyone who pays $6 for a cup of hot sugar milk is insane. Youre taking away from your childrens education everytime you waste money on pleasure items that release endorphins for 5 seconds. I get it if you want to treat yourself here and there. But people line up every day to throw money away. GET A COFFEE POT.

Came in at round 7:50 am on a Saturday morning... asked for the holiday blend.. they were out and he would make it for me but will take about 8 minutes or he can offer me a pour over..that will take about the same amount of time... how can a coffee shop run out of coffee..there was no large lines..only one other man in the shop.. drive thru line was not busy.. while he was very nice... you should be aware of when your products need to be made... this location ..was not impressed... I dont have time to wait..how did you not know you were running low..

Checked OnLine before driving into town to order my coffee and got there and there was a sheet of notebook paper tape to the door with a note written in sharpie that said sorry were closed.

The coffee was good, the staff on the other hand... no greeting or care was given. Staff laughing and whispering in view of any customer is going to make them feel judged, so try to change that.

Im pretty particular about filtered water. So I check each store to find out if they have filtered water and they all do according to the company. The problem is they dont always keep them maintained. That was a problem in this store their water filter wasnt maintained in the water did taste quite City. So I got a chemical burn on my lip Im over sensitive to city water. I would check a different franchise location for coffee. This one would be a nice win if it kept up on their water filter but they did not.

I go for the Hot Chocolate. Its about the only placee where you can get his cocoa made with milk instead of water. Yes, it does make a big difference.

Only gave one star because it made me choose a star.. The service I received today was THE WORST EVER at this location. The lady that helped us is not a good representation for this company and this location needs an overhaul!!! Seriously what happened to the team here!? They use to be phenomenal.. My daughter and I left empty handed and drove down to the new location and they were AMAZING!!! Will NEVER go back to this one again

The parking lot of this Starbucks is difficult to maneuver if you want to park. Drive through no problem.

I was absolutely shocked and excited.. when I heard Starbucks does PupCups whip cream cup for your dogs!! Our Sweet puppy LOVED it! And her birthday was last week, so we sang Happy bday to her! Myself- Im not a coffee drinker, but I love fruit drinks, Italian sodas,... and so I just tried their Blended Strawberry Lemonade frap... Delicious. Thanks Starbucks, now I see why it is such a popular place for everyone, coffee drinker or not 😊👍

Omg.. I ordered a Ultra Mocha with peppermint. I swear this is the only place that sticks to their menu and wont alter the drinks. It had to be a Frappaccino. No coffee in it. Just a mood high jacking dose of sugar. This drink is something Id pour over a desert. :/

This is a HORRIBLE Starbucks. Go to the one by the mall for good food and coffee. The employees here are never the same, and arent a good example of what Starbucks employees are. Wrong coffees, undercooked breakfast sandwiches, stale breads and cakes. The wait inside and out is crazy long, to receive sub-par food and drinks. Had to stop coming here, because its too much to pay for the food and drinks received. I am a gold card member and love Starbucks ANYWHERE, but here.

Im not a coffee person but the drink that I had was good. WiFi was very slow, which is the only reason I went in.

Im usually very skeptical of coffee drive thrus (order is usually inaccurate), but one day because the tiny parking lot was full I had to try the drive though. The baristas were friendly, efficient and made my drink perfectly. I have went back since and have received consistent great service. I have always received great service and coffee when sitting inside as well.

A typical Starbucks, decent coffee and a reasonable place for a break. Its about five miles off Interstate 84, be aware of that if you are just passing through.

Has drive through, entrance, and parking ( even for those with wheelchairs) a good place to grab coffee, espresso and frappes. Has seating inside while you wait for your coffee. And has free wifi for those who are doing work on phone, laptop or any device that needs wifi to get to the internet.
