The cookies are AMAZING! I have recently started exploring the drink menu and am finding good stuff there too. The pretzels are also really yummy. The twisted sugar cookie is scrumptious and my favorite. The service here is excellent.

I am an addict. I seriously am here way more often than I should but I just cant stop. I love nothing more than a tasty drink full of crunchy ice and that is what this place does better than anywhere. Love the Master and Shimmy drinks. Add the twisted sugar cookie, it is delish!

Great drinks not coffee drinks, they have Coke and Pepsi products which they add different flavors to and you get cool drinks. Like the Reggie which is Coke (diet or regular) or Pepsi with raspberry and fresh lime. They also have cookies regular and Gluten free and soft pretzels. Their drinks are more affordable than coffee drinks Sips n Sweet Treats has become mine and my daughters favorite place for drinks.

I love Sips. They have a delicious selection of cookies and drinks. They even have gluten free cookies and I (being gluten free) can not taste the difference between a normal cookie and that one. They have a drive through and you can go inside. I love this place every time I go its still so good! I really recommend this place!

The blush is Flavorless it tastes like watered down power ade, all of the drinks I have tried there have way too much club soda, add more flavors to your drinks. Step it up sips.

Our family loves our evening stops at SIPS! Sometimes when we drive by while running errands around town, my littlest will say “I want Sips!” I’d just laugh because that’s means we must go too often! We take all our out of town friends and family there! The sweets and drinks are delicious and the staff and atmosphere are fantastic! Five stars!!!!

This is a great place for a mixed soda or a cookie. This is the best. I would definitely recommend it. This building is in a great location, easy to find. I must say that the layout of the drive-thru is not very convenient. You actually have to pull up the street next to the building in order to get in. If you pull in the parking lot you will be sad to find out that you have to pull back out and go around. Other than that fully worth it.

Free wifi and delicious treats. It just needs more outlets. I had to plug in my laptop and it runs across the bathroom doorways. This is an easy fix for a change to a five star rating.

I ordered right after a few of my friends. My friends recieved what they ordered in decent time however they must have forgotten mine. I waited 10-15 minutes went to the counter and watched the two employees chat and laugh with one another for two minutes before they came to the counter to help me. I decided I rather just ask for my money back and leave instead of chancing Ill have to wait another 10 minutes while the staff messes around. Im sure everything tastes great! Too bad I didnt get to enjoy it because of the poor service.
