Fabulous treats and sodas, great staff and an addiction worth having. We stop in way too often and always try to get something different. On top of that they have that delicious pellet ice that they sell by the 10 lb bag. For 2 dollars you cant beat that deal. They have a great drive through for convenience too. The price point is really affordable for their treats and I will be coming here forever.

I love going to sips! Their drinks are amazing!! However I’m going to give this location 4 instead of 5 stars because at least 3 times that I’ve gone there my drink was made wrong. I always get diet dr. pepper but have continuously received regular. I have drank diet for at least the past 10 years and can instantly taste when it’s regular soda. Besides the fact that I paid for something that I can’t really enjoy, what really frustrates me is that my brother is a diabetic and this mistake could literally kill him. From now on I’m going to make sure to try it before I leave and ask if it’s actually diet.

First time with my daughter as a special treat. Only two other customers.We bought two drinks and left a generous tip. Drinks came out super fast. Hot drinks that were cold and powder mix still at the bottom. Felt really disappointed since the staff member clearly didnt care enough for whatever reason or if the other two people in the store were more worth her time. Definitely never going to the Cheney location ever again.

Update: the response from the owner is extremely disappointing, I was willing to change my review if they held some accountability but no, oh theres no mask mandate, youre a private business, many private businesses in Idaho have opted to require mask, we visited for 1 week and this was the first experience we had with a business not doing everything they could to keep their employees safe.Unfortunately my nostalgic stop by the soda shop was abruptly ended when the Employees decided to allow 8 people in the store without mask, such a simple Law to enforce to keep citizens safe. Follow the restrictions set by the Idaho Health Department, it was done to save lives, the blatant disregard for safety is disgusting!

One of our favorite places to get a treat! The twisted lemon and cotton candy cookies are our family’s favorite cookies and the Evil Kenevil dirty soda is sooo good. Their rewards program is great-it doesn’t take too much to get free stuff! Haven’t sat inside much due to covid but it is a really cute and fun atmosphere with picture ops.

They have a grip load of drinks to choose from. My favorite is the Lulu. They are very popular especially for families with lots of kids.

Love it! They have so many options, including butterbeer!!! The customer service is great and the place itslef is so cute, like it was pulled from pinterest for a cute date!

I get that SIPs is a local business trying to survive in these chaotic times, which is why I like supporting them. Their cookies are usually good and the service is fine. However, their nickle and diming is frustrating. Ordering eight cookies for nearly twenty dollars and they charge you for a box to take them home in. Then they charge fifty cents for a cup of tap water. I dont get charged at other restaurants for a container for my good. Just an irritating business practice.

We love sips! Its a great little treat for everyone. Their hours of operation are convenient and now, with 2 locations, they can service those cravings no matter where youre at in town:) the one on Blue Lakes use to be our favorite, but the service on Addison is far better! Great choices to choose from, no matter drink or cookie! They offer gift cards as well that make great presents for anyone- any age!!

Great little sweets and treats shop. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. They are a local business that works with my daughters school as well. Make sure to support these folks I definitely recommend stopping in!

This place is absolutely lovely. The desert selection is immense, with a huge selection of different soft drinks. I would definitely suggest going here if youre in the area. And especially if youre not. All around, definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Ok I already reviewed the other Sips in Twin Falls but this place is just too good! There cookies are absolutely amazing and their sodas are perfectly fizzy! This place is wonderful and I definitely recommend it!

Three of the four cookies were great. The fourth cookie...well...the blond baker needs to wear a hair net. There was a blonde hair baked into our chocolate chip cookie.At least it was the least flavorful cookie. I WOULD BE UPSET IF IT WAS THE DIRTY SUGAR COOKIE. PS. MY WIFE SAYS SHE STILL LOVEs YOU! Three stars for three good cookies.

Best soda shop in twin falls grab a dangerously addictive sugar cookie. We hit the drive through and are in and out in no time. But my kids do love going in to sit at “their table”. So glad this place is in twin falls.

If you love cookies and specialty drinks- YOU MUST GO HERE! Oh my goodness. Their cookies are so good and they have so many options. Plus you can order ahead with a lot of cookies for those special events like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. You will not be disappointed in Sips.

My wife and I LOVE Sips! Seriously any time we feel like we need a treat or a great drink, then we head on over there! We love that we can go in, and hang out, or grab it on the go by swinging though the drive through! They really have the best cookies! I always want the Nutella peanut butter ones! As far as drink my wife always gets the Love Shack and my favorite is the Hogarth Special!

Ive fallen in love all over again with peanut butter cookies. So impressive, that I wont balk at the price. Although I must point out that there should be a more clear and noticeable mention of the sugar cookies and the different types of frosting thats put on them. For example, my girlfriend is highly allergic to coconuts. This could be a disaster for someone unaware that Sips offers both a vanilla frosting and coconut frosting that are strikingly alike in appearance and texture. Just a friendly suggestion you might want to take a closer look at for future precautions. Sincerely, Mr Gib.

Sips is a fun place to get wires and tasty drink the ey have all kind of great interesting flavors and assortments of drinks, my personal favorite is mad love. Plus the also have an assortment of cookies and treats. Come try it out for your self. You never know you might get hooked :)

SIPS is an awesome company. SIPS offered to join in with others to help my son and his bride to recover from a traumatic experience with their original marriage plans in Sept 2016. SIPS became aware of their situation on social media and offered their services when my son and daughter-in-law to wanted to try to make their marriage vows again. SIPS completed their commitment 30 Nov 2016 and made it great recovery day for my son and his new wife to look forward to a great future together.

The cookies and soda were yummy. However it was so hot in there and smelled like a boys bathroom. This was my first time there so I dont know if that is normal or if they were having an issue.

You have to be a mind-reader to order at this place, but once you figure it out its pretty good.

Hands down best cookies in town!

An interesting concept, and the only place like it anywhere nearby. Essentially a european-style cafe, except exclusively for cookies and sweet drinks. Perfect for a younger, or a family crowd. It is rare to find friendlier staff, and both the cookies and the drinks are well above average quality. The variety is also good. Some downsides include a slightly higher price than equivalent products elsewhere, but I suppose youre also paying for the atmosphere which is somewhat charming. The seats are very uncomfortable, and depending on the time of day it can get very crowded very quickly. I definitely recommend you give it a try and then decide for yourself.

They have the best customer service! We were just a couple of college students who got stranded while passing through twin falls and they were so nice to us! Our phones died and they let us borrow one of theirs so that we can call for help. Oh and the cookies were so good!!

A drive through and entrance accessible. They serve fountain drinks. My favorite is the nerd alert. Includes: all ingredients under name of the drink... And have soft delicious cookies.

These guys are very caring and compassionate people. My wife and I were supposed to get married in Sept. 2016, but on the day of our wedding we had a life changing event. My wifes mother had a heart attack just before the ceremony, and was rushed to the hospital where she passed on. Sips heard about our situation and very generously offered to donate drinks and cookies for our reception, whenever we rescheduled it. On Nov. 30, 2016, they drove all of the way from Twin Falls Idaho down to Lindon Utah. Even with the threat of a winter storm rolling in that night. The drinks were delicious and their sugar cookies were fantastic! Everyone loved it and thought it was so great what they did for us. We cannot thank you guys enough. We appreciate your help making our night special.

Very poor costumer service. Sat a drive through for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Whats the point of have a drive through if no one is going to operate it?

I witnessed a girl curling another girls hair in the kitchen witch is very unsanitary and unprofessional, along with that I had filled out 2 cards to get a free drink and was told that they had switched there cards and not give me my reward even tho I had proof of my purchase to get my drink, it was disappointing and the workers were rude to me about the issue even tho I was polite. Its sad for at one time I did like the place but the way they are acting is just untasteful

Fantastic cookies. Definitely a fast and delicious treat. Their drinks are OK but I was disappointed a few times with the Italian sodas (they weren’t made right). Although I wish they made a coconut cream pie cookie similar to the banana cream pie cookie a few months ago.

I love sips, but they really need to get their intercom system working. Something going in is way faster the sitting in the drive thru because of the intercom not working. Other then that it would be a 5 star.

Undercooked, too sweet & very disappointing

I really like the jalapeno pretzels and my favorite drink so far is off menu hot chocolate dont know if it has a name but I call it the shamrock. Its white chocolate and mint and is awesome! Worth a try.

First time being here! Loved it. Although, for having a kids section you guys dont have a changing table in the bathroom.. which is odd. Didnt know where my friend was going to change her son.

The one on blue lakes used to have amazing service. My siblings and I went in there today. And we stood there for a solid 5 minutes. My little brother literally had to knock on the counter really loud before a staff member came out from the back.

Drinks are great, cookies are great. One star off because if there is a line it typically takes forever to get through. Fixing the drive thru microphone would help speed this up...instead of waiting till you get to the window.

Hard to choose one cookie so we got 3 and shared. Coconut lime was the favorite. The drinks were yummy too. Even had sugar free.

The cookies are great but over priced. Tried the Butterbeer Shake, not sure how they can call it a shake as there was no ice cream in it. It was milk, flavoring, and a ton of ice chips finely blended together. It was very sweet but tasted like watered down milk, which it was. I tossed mine in the trash on my way out the door, not worth the price or the calories. The service was very slow too, but the clerks were very pleasant.

My very first time going today.. worst service i’ve ever had. i sat at the drive threw for about 5 mins waiting for my order to be started. no one said anything i kept saying hello & got nothing so i drove to the window and the employees were eating saw me then started laughing and going to the back for about 2 mins then came and was laughing saying sorry about that. & my cookes were harder than a rock.

I got a twisted sprite with boba, but their boba isn’t tapioca like boba should be, they were the bursting fruit spheres. I came here for the first time today and the drink was good but they shouldn’t say their add in is boba when it’s not!!

The sweets you can get here will blow your mind! Inexpensive too.
