Such a bummer this place has great reviews and we were excited to try it. We were just driving through and do not live in the area. The teenager who took our order asked us 3 times what we had ordered when he wrote it on the cup. He had his fingers inside the cups. The order was not complicated at all maybe the employee was new which is understandable we were very patient. Our 4 drinks took 15-20 minutes and there was no one else in the store. The drinks are flavorless and the boba was hard. Such a disappointment

My husband really wanted to find some dessert when we were in Twin Falls. It seemed like it had been to long since we had had donuts, so this customizable donut shop seemed like a good idea.Covid-19: you can order and pay online with ChowNow. When I went in to pick them up, it took about 10 extra minutes for them to be ready. Not the end of the world. The employee wasnt wearing a mask. I waited outside until they were ready.We got two gourmet donuts. The first one was a bismark with caramel frosting, blueberry filling, cheesecake bites topping, and cream cheese drizzle. It was good, but I wasnt the biggest fan of the blueberry filling.The second one was a raised bar with maple frosting, marshmallow filling, animal cookie topping, and white chocolate drizzle. This one was amazing. I loved everything about it. The marshmallow filling was great. The animal cookies were such a delicious topping. The maple frosting was a great compliment.If you like donuts, I think this is a more unique place to try. The prices are also very reasonable at $2 for the most customizable donut.

They open pretty late in the morning for a shop that serves doughnuts but honestly wasnt very impressed with the doughnuts themselves. They looked great but didnt taste that good.

From out of town and saw only two Boba tea places here. This one had great reviews so I figured Id check it out. This place turned out to be so disappointing. Firstly, they were out of many flavors and the ones they did have didnt seem so great. Afterwards, when I received my drinks I only then realized I should of just bought two big smart waters instead because that tea was so watered down Im wondering if they just added food coloring and bobas and called it good

My family has been going here for years and years. We love this place because you get exactly as much or as little as you want. They always have at least one non-dairy option too. They make donuts now, and theyre awesome!

Middle of the road FroYo experience. Store was a tad disheveled and the employees were focused more on their phones than the customers at times. This also may be due to the time in the evening at which we came.

Kiwi Loco has the prettiest and most artistic doughnuts in Twin Falls!I especially like swinging by to see if they have a box of day old doughnuts. I like fresh doughnuts much better, but like the price of day-old doughnuts better. :)It is worth noting that employees dont wear masks. I wish the would, but I also value the right of the owners to make that decision for their establishment.

The only place you will want to go for good quality frozen yogurt in the magic valley. Sure, orange leaf has more variety, but the yogurt at Kiwi Loco tastes like actual yogurt with actual live cultures, something orange leaf never has. The flavors are always rotating, and this location has a kids corner than my kids adore. This is our main desert place to visit.

This was our first time and my 8 year old loved it. A nice variety to choose from and the color changing spoons were a great addition.

Even before I finish my bowl I find myself craving it again. And with new flavors all the time I have reason to visit it often just to taste them all. I even noticed that the non-fat and sugar free flavors taste as good as the premium ones. What I really like is that I can serve myself as much (or as little) as I want and the toppings selection just makes the experience divine.

The location was well decorated, clean, open, lots of seating, generally gave an inviting feel; however, thats about the only positive thing I can say. There werent a lot of options in flavors, and the yogurt itself was average at best. The reason for the two stars has more to do with the service. Or the lack there of. This was my first time visiting the location and I would have liked to sample a few of the flavors. The employee saw us and hid in the back until were were ready to pay. Didnt greet us, didnt ask anything. Only words that came out of her mouth was the total. Ill stick with a store I know Ill get some service.

Waited in line for 15-20 minutes and when I got to the counter to pay I complained about the consistency of my melted yogurt to the cashier. He told me my attitude was trash and he didnt have to serve me. I suppose twelve dollars for gazpacho yogurt is acceptable to him. Will not be going here again.

Be careful-- youll get addicted! I LOVE going here, even though Im lactose intolerant. With that being said, they always have a sorbet for those who suffer from the condition, and theyre always delicious! Im absolutely obsessed.

I really like how you can get as much or as little of the yogurt as you want. Its pay by the weight, no real sizes to pick from. And any toppings you want.Not as many flavors as some of the other places, but still a good selection.
