Very honest repair. They kept all of the old parts and explained what was wrong with each one. I had major suspension problems with my 2013 ranger. Worn down from the hog wallows at my deer lease. Pricing was very fair and the turn around was excellent. He even called me each time they found another problem for approval to fix. I would highly recommend them

An absolute 5.0 for Smith Monster Off Road. Had the fan on our Kawasaki 3010 Mule replaced in Longview. Shortly, the overheating recurred and the fan would not come on. Could have burned up the Mule. Smith Monster Off Road simply removed air from the water lines and the cooling system works perfectly. Have also taken our purchased used 98 Honda Foreman 4x4 ES to SMOR and they have worked out most of the problems with it. Most recently, Mr. Smith personally guided me by phone to resolve a problem with the Honda not starting. I have used several other high priced repair shops for the Mule and Honda, but Smith Monster Off Road is the most personable, patient, most reliable, and least expensive ATV repair shop Ive used.
