Purchased some bolts for my RZR from this company. $16 in shipping, never received item. Company will not respond to emails, or issue refund. If I could rate 0 stars or negative 5 I would. This company is worthless. I highly recommend not spending money with these people and find a company that actually does right by you.

My husband ordered from them and 2 weeks later they tell him they don’t have it. It’s on backorder. He tells them he wants to cancel the order and they say there’s a 20% restocking fee!! They don’t even have the product!! What do they need to restock???!!! Asked to speak the manager and they say he’ll have to call you back...... never heard from him. This is a terrible way to do business.

What’s awesome is when you pay for 2 day shipping and it takes them 4-5 days to get the part in...

TCP is by far THE BEST shop you can possibly use. Timely service, quality work, and great people make up this shop. They are the only folks I would trust with anything offroad related to any of my side by sides or ATVs. Absolute top knotch place.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT USE! They had our atv for over 5 months......little to no communication. Charged us for things we did not approve....broke parts while doing a repair and then charged us for that as well. Horrendous. WAY over priced....
