Service was great, arrived at scheduled appointment time. They got right on it, while I waited inside had a,cup of coffee. Then waited until car service was completed. Given a full report about service and what was found an fixed. Looking forward to next service.

As a woman getting a car serviced I always appreciate when service staff are polite and respectful and dont treat me with condescension and everyone Ive interacted with here has been really helpful and polite. Their prices have been very reasonable and they are not constantly trying to add on additional service charges that I didnt request which I appreciate. Im usually able to get an appt. relatively quickly too.

They never have a decent time slot whenever I need to use their service center. 🙁

Service has declined somewhat in the last year. Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation and to have the dreaded low tire pressure light turned off. After getting down the road a bit, I noticed the low pressure light was still glaring at me so I checked all the services that they say they checked on my sheet of paper they gave me on checking out. Supposedly, they checked all tires. I turned around and went back. They checked the tire pressures in the tires on the ground and were perplexed that the light wasn’t going out. I asked them if they checked the spare. They said “no”. Now tell me, why do I have to tell them their job and did they actually look at and physically do everything they said on my list?? Maybe not…
