I had a crack in my windshield right through the driver’s side view. It got to a point within 3 weeks that it began to affect the safety of my driving. Because of supply chain issues, my specific windshield was on world-wide back order with no estimated wait time. Jennifer with Moose Auto Glass found a windshield identical to mine, only problem was it had a sensor on it that my van didn’t have. She got creative and was able to have her technician remove the sensor and disguise the place where it was. You can barely tell it was there and now I have a brand new windshield that met all original factory specifications within 24hrs! She even sent her mobile unit to my home in Bullard to have the glass replaced in my driveway! Didn’t even need to “find a ride”. Thank you to Jennifer and Stephen at Moose for going above and beyond to make sure my van was safe to drive every day. Also, we are safe to take our road trip to see family this month as well, which means the world to me.

Fantastic. Work was quick, it was done very well, was surprisingly cheap, and everyone in and out of the office was personable and professional. Had an almost impossible to find Mercedes rear windshield replaced - it was in and out within two hours for an extremely reasonable price. Dont bother calling around for prices - just call Moose and have it done. If they arent the absolute cheapest they will be very close, and I personally would rather pay a little more to support a local owned business who does phenomenal work.Hopefully I dont have to come back - but if I do, it will be Moose.

I had an accident last week from hitting a deer. After I hit the deer I ran into a sign post. My windshield was crushed completely in as well as the top of my car. Crow towing picked it up at the crash site and tried to tell me that my car was totalled. I dont have full coverage insurance so needed to be able to get it fixed. I had my car towed to Moose on Monday afternoon and they ordered me a windshield. They also hammered out the top of my vehicle. They called me by 8:30 the NEXT morning and told me my car was ready to pick up. I was stunned that it was ready so quickly. Im a Locksmith so I need my car to be able to work so I was ecstatic! Also all of their customer service is like day and night from Crow. They are the kindness and most helpful. When I arrived with my mother, both of our jaws dropped when we saw how wonderful the car looked. Except for me needed to put a front headlight in you couldnt even tell I had ever had an accident. A few months back they had also replaced my back window. This is the only place anyone needs to come to for any repairs. Thank you to all of you at Moose Auto Glass

Extremely friendly, treated me like I was part of their family. They were understanding of the circumstances and got my car in quickly so I could get back on the road in time to go to work. Their lobby was clean while I waited and they were very accommodating.

Best price in town finished the work same day and even upgraded my windshield to the GoPro mount windshield for the same price. The staff could not be more friendly.

I would absolutely recommend using this company for window tint. The staff members are professional and helpful. A courtesy vehicle took me to work while my windows were tinted, instead of having to use an Uber. My windows were tinted in under 2 hours. My appointment started on time. With the unfortunate event of having a rock hit my windshield, I went to Moose Auto Glass for the repair. Upon entering their facility, I am always greeted by the most friendly, welcoming people. They got my vehicle right in and did the repair quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.

I was broken in to and referred to go here by multiple people. I called them and asked about 300 questions because Im 19 and all this is new to me. they had NO problem answering all of my questions and exceeding my expectations.. they fit me in the day before thanksgiving and told me it would take only an hour. A stone hit my windshield and a 3 inch crack became 11 inches. In 55 years of driving, I have had nicks but never had a windshield replaced. Checked for quotes online and Googled for info. Edmund site warned about not using certified installers and safety problems of not using original manufacturer built windshields. Checking that certified installer site found Moose Auto Glass and a Dallas installer. Moose gave me a fair quote and said it would be about two hours. Brandon and Donna were very professional and friendly. While waiting, saw all customers were handled the same way. Clean, well-managed facility that has been in business for two generations. Excellent job with no sign of being a replaced windshield. Safety stickers, toll tags, all replaced. Highly recommend them for any glass work or other services they may do.

I cant say enough good things about this place. They are professional, do excellent work, courteous and go beyond the call to help out the customer. I recently took my in SUV to have the back glass replaced after it shattered when a concrete header at DFW parking garage touched it as I was parking. Thankfully only the glass was touched. However, my insurance didnt want to pay for glass breakage. Jennifer noticed I didnt have a claim number and volunteered to be my advocate with my insurer.
