Service guy was really nice and professional but after he made trip to my house in Henderson to fix my windshield, I was informed he couldnt do the job because of the tires on my truck and the fact that it was lifted. I understand policy but maybe they should have asked about vehicle modifications during appointment process. Time was wasted for us both.

The BEST food! I always get the tortilla soup. This time I also had the Pina colada cheese cake. I have tried tortilla soup all over the state of Texas, and this is still the best. The cheesecake was excellent! Staff is always attractive.

I was here 2 weeks ago to bring my car in for glass replacement. The process was smooth. Booking appointment online was very convenient as you can choose any time slot which is always updated. The payment process was an easy estimate due to using insurance. Friendly atmosphere. The manager is very knowledgeable and most helpful with any problems or questions. I would most likely visit again.

They came out to replace the glass. When I washed it there was a leak in the top that drenched the electronics. But they did fix the windshield and are willing to replace the electronics. Good customer service from this location

The staff, oh my goodness, they are like family after today. I had to go there to replace my windshield and on the phone they told me 45 minutes. What is the big deal, well, I live in the middle of no where and dropped my family off for a little shopping before I came over. When I say little, my wife hates shopping so 45 minutes is already too much and when I got to Safelite, they told me it would actually take 2 hours. They put 2 techs on it to help me out and 1 was a Marine that got out awhile ago and I am a Marine of 22 years. Oh my goodness, the manager, she was nice as well for helping me out. I will come back anyday. Thank you

Went here since I went through an insurance claim and they are partnered together, and they are a name I know about. Quick and great service. Arrived early and they were able to start on it soon after arriving before my appointment officially started. Estimated time was 2.5 to 3 hours and they finished everything in just under 2 hours. Getting me out of there quicker than I expected, including the starting early part.

Stopped but cause I had a scratch on my windshield. 2016 jeep JKU Rubicon. Just got in 5/15. Was worried that the scratch would turn into a crack then a crack across the windshield. Agent came out. Discussed it a bit. We both came to the same conclusion. They would have to grind into the windshield to be able to epoxy. We almost said it at the same time, let it go for now she could of said fix it now or beware but she didnt. Honest. Straight forward. 5 stars for a reason.

Safelight pulled up on my property to fix a car of someone else who pulled up said property. No one knock or asked if it was ok, glass left in driveway, and both thought it was funny when told to leave. They finished work which took forever, chatted more. Then safelight pulled off and other driver pulled across the street to finish church function. Highly unprofessional

My experience with them was terrible. Advertising say they can fix a 6 inch ping. When I finally got my appointment date...they could only fix a quarter size, I had a 2 inch ping. Had to drive 45 min. one way to be told I had wasted my time!

Had a couple of issues. But they were resolved by mgr. The man that came out to do the installation was most excellent at dialogue and explaining the entire process to me.He was very kind and very professional he showed up when he said he would it took about the exact amount of time he said he would and he did everything he promised he would do.There was one small issue and he gave me his business card and I notified him of the issue he notified the manager the manager contacted me and the problem was resolved in 15 or less minutes so I gave them five stars because there are not 10 stars above.Ive had windshields and glass replaced in the past on home and auto and this is by far the best of the best I highly recommend them.Chief

Had repairs done on our business box truck here due to vandalism. I easily set an appointment online after answering multiple questions and decided to drop off truck to this location for repairs instead of having them to come to the truck. They repaired truck in 1 day. Even better, we used an online coupon for $40 off. Repair totaled around $150 for a windshield replacement! Worth paying out of pocket to avoid increase in insurance rates. Staff was very helpful. They even cleaned out shattered glass from the cabin.

Originally had my windshield replaced in December at the Plano location. Moved out to east Texas at the end of the year and started having a molding leak issue. Scheduled an appointment in Tyler and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation, store manager and techs were great. Highly recommend this location.

Once we needed to use the windshield wiper s a week after the windshield was install we realised the motor was not connected properly and the plastic between the hood and the windshield was broken I have tried contacting them many times and I have Email with no response

Tony did an awesome job of fixing the chip in my windshield. I couldnt even see where it was until I got right up on it! It went from a spider legged quarter sized chip to what looks like a teeny water spot on the glass. I am so pleased with his work.

Very high priced. I used a different business without paying my insurance deductible and it was almost $200 less. I used Marshall Collision Center in Marshall Texas. They were great.

2015 Jeep Wrangler..Absolutely horrible after service experience. Getting an appointment went well, the next day the windshield developed a crack and split from the center of the windshield. I took the unit to the shop in Tyler right after it happened, manager came out said there was an impact point, my wife was sitting at a red light when it happened, I offered the camera footage to review but he declined said we would have to pay for another on, I asked for his supervisor to which he would not give me, just handed me a card and said to call them they can figure it out. I got upset and left. JAMES WEIDNER (Store manager) delivers horrible customer service and I would steer clear of him if you can, total embarrassment to how Safelite works as a business, I have used them in the past and never any issues, but this store manager is the total opposite of this companies beliefs and values. i would never recommend them to my worst enemy

I had an appointment set and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered complimentary drinks, and by the time I reached the desk my paper work was ready to sign. They went to work right away, finished the work faster than I thought and explained everything with expert knowledge and professionalism. I was blown away and wish all service companies would conduct business in this manner.

Excellent. Came in after a little stone hit my windshield. Noticed a spot and assumed it was the cause of that. Made an appointment, and they took a look at it. Turns out that little ding in the windshield was a previous one that was already fixed before. As it was a used car, I was unaware of that history.They touched up the spot of the old fix, as it had become more rough. Checked my wipers, cleaned the windshield and gave some advice. Cost of all that? Free, as it wasnt a full repair. Appreciate the honesty and service.

Safelite came out to my house to replace the cracked windshield on my wifes Tahoe. They gave a window of 12:00-6:00 and arrived around 1:00. The technician was complete by 2:00. I was amazed at how quickly this process went. I will definitely use them again.

Updated: Manager called me and arranged for me to take the car to my workplace. Came and picked up the car from my workplace. Waived the deductible and made sure glass was replaced. Apologized for the scheduling error. He handled the problem well. (END)First service call and they had the wrong glass. Second service call scheduled for the 8 AM to noon was pushed into the afternoon by the technician and then by 5:30 PM had not happened because he was running late. At that point we had to cancel because of our evening commitments. Third visit was scheduled for Monday morning with the promise we would be the first visit. We received a call at 8:30 AM indicating there were two other visits first. Not going to reschedule the day for the third time!Poor scheduling/coordination.

Called to get a quote on replacing the rear window seal, as it is damaged...was told twice that they dont just replace the seal and that I would have to pay hundreds to replace that back glass just to get a new seal put in. The back glass is not damaged,cracked, or chipped ...its in excellent shape, and the seal is not part of the glass. The seal cost 25$ ...These guys are crooks. They flat out tell you they are going to rip you off while smiling and feeding you full of BS.

I had them come out to my house to replace the back window on my sons truck. They busted out his back window trying to get the old window out which they said can happen. Thats fine but they left glass all inside the truck, in the bed of the truck, and in my front yard where they did the job. They also destroyed the paint on the truck not just in one spot but all around the window. To top it off they lost my sons keys to his truck (I thought he left them in the truck when done) which also had his house key on it. When I called about it they more or less just blamed me for it and said he gave them back and Im just out of luck. Worst service ever!!! UPDATE we just got our first rain since the window was replaced and it leaked!!!

I chose safelite because they were cheaper than anyone in town. They have had decent reviews so I figured I’d try them. I get there, they start on my truck and then bring me out to the shop. Thy proceed to tell me they won’t put another windshield in my truck until a small rust hole was fixed. This is supposedly a liability. This is apparently company policy which was not disclosed to me prior to them taking the windshield out. Now i have a truck with no windshield. They wouldn’t get a tow truck but we’re moee than happy for me to drive off with no windshield and hour and half back home. Tell me.. how is that not more of a liability than putting a windshield in. I will never use this company again and am considering legal recourse.

I had a great experience. My appointment was at 9:30 for a new windshield and I was out of there at 10:10. They cleaned my windows, vacuumed my floorboards, and did not leave any kind of mess on my steering wheel, seats, etc... I could not recommend highly enough.

Had a small chip repaired at 630 pm Friday evening, by 2 pm the next day it has spider-ed approx 6 inches. I called the tech and she said she could try to come repair it again, but this would not cover the cracks already there, but that I needed to call Safelite to schedule.Safelite customer service states they cannot repair on top of a repair that my only option is to replace the windshield and put the $65.00 I paid towards the cost. I requested a supervisor seeing as I am getting conflicting stories.I then get transferred to the store in Tyler and David tells me they CAN repair on top of another and will do so 3 days from now. However this doesnt fix the crack, or the spidering that wasnt there before they started.I also need to note that Safelite put this new windshield in less than 30 days ago, and I have them scheduled to repair another vehicle of mine Monday.Extremely unsatisfied.My brand new windshield looks worse after Safelite repaired it.
