I called early in the morning and the phone call was returned immediately. I was told the approximate time he would be at my house. He came at the time and I wasnt there my fault not his. He called me and I told him I would be there in approximately 10 minutes he graciously said he had some errands to run and he would come back. Within 15 minutes he was there and told me the crack was such that it could not be repaired. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company more than youll know. After spending approximately 30 minutes at my house I asked what the bill would be because when youre in business for yourself time is money and I didnt expect him to come out for free. Was told no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who desires their services and will definitely use in the future as needed no calling anyone else for me thanks again for your help

I called Rock Damage Windshield Repair in the morning to repair the windshield on our my wifes car and they came to her work and repaired it the same day. Definitely a rarity these days to get a business that does what they say they are going to do on the day and time they say they are going to do it. My fiancé called around to find a place that repaired rock chips and she luckily found Kenneth with Rock Damage of Tyler Texas. He promptly came to our home all the way in lake Palestine the same day to inspect it and was actually ready to do it at that moment but unfortunately I was not able to do it at that moment because of work obligations. He didn’t make us feel pressured and didn’t seem to mind and gave us all the information to make it easier on us when we called the insurance company. I called to have a crack in my windshield repaired around 8am. They traveled to my house in Flint, Texas with in an hour and a half only to find out the glass did not crack to the surface so it could not be repaired. I had no idea it couldnt be fixed and felt bad they came all the way out to my house. He gave advice and left a card. Will definitely be recommending their service and use them in the future.

I had about a 12 inch crack from the left end of the windshield right in front of the drivers eye due to a hit by a road chip. Kenneth from Rock Damage visited my house and fixed the crack in my car in about 30 minutes. He was thoroughly professional and his fees very reasonable (compared to the cost of replacing the windshield). Moreover, his work is warrantied for a year. I will recommend giving them a call before replacing the windshield.
