10/20/21 - 10/21/21I would like to give Fairway Auto Center my full attention for just a moment. The past two days have been extremely hard. I found myself needing a new car unexpectedly and found out I would be needing to start all over. EACH and every person apart of this team made it possible when I thought the process couldnt be possible. They took their time with me and worked with me making sure I was comfortable in my purchase. They even bet the original interest rate and payment at the very end and surprised me. I had to return a car to another dealer that wouldnt make it many more days they offered to follow me and drive me back in my new car purchased. I cannot give Fairway Auto Center enough credit in this matter. They are spectacular and just down to earth people. I will forever be back. worked in the car business for 4.5 years and never felt as welcomed and understood in those 4.5 years as I did the past two day. PLEASE LET FAIRWAY HANDLE ALL OF YOURE NEEDS!!!!
I put my SUV up for sale on Craigslist and Diana from Fairway auto reached out to me. Ive never sold anything to a dealership so I was really nervous I might be getting played... after the process started it was so simple that I felt even more skeptical than when I started... but I guess thats just how easy Fairway Auto makes it for their customers. They were kind, polite, and quick! And they came to me so I didnt have to drive up. Everything went smooth. The only real hurdle was me being worried... so if your looking to sell your vehicle, this is an honest company.

When I came in shopping for a Tacoma, the salesman who met me, Jake, didnt look like a typical car salesman shark. He showed me what they had in stock. After test driving, Jake asked if I wanted to buy it. I told him I would think about it. Jake nonchalantly asked me to call him if I was interested. What a shock. He never asked for a phone number. 30 minutes later I was back in the office. Their price was lower than their competitors. When I got the numbers on the proposal there were no nonsense added fees. Jake had the paperwork finished in 15 minutes. What more can I say? A great price and exemplary service. I will recommend Fairway. Thank you, Jake!
My wife uses Fairway for her 2002 Chevy services,has been going there for 6 + years. Clay kept her informed on her wheel hub replacement a few months ago and got that fixed just Monday she needed oil change and inspection she also has been without AC for 2 years. Clay told her what they would do and its blowing cold. She talked about the customer service from clay, bobby & Diane. Great team ! Just moved back home a few months ago, and was beginning to think that the Texas I grew up in and loved had vanished over time. Fairway proved that it still exists. A great group of folks with a fantastic attitude and customer service. The service center is clean and the worker were great. Got my oil changed, all filters changed, routine transmission and differential service. They took care of it all. I wont take my vehicles to anyone outside of the dealership and Fairway Auto Center.

However, I did not know how I would obtain a new vehicle. I lost my job last year due to the pandemic and had just reentered the workforce. The staff here went way above and WAY beyond. I happened to get a flat really close to this dealership, so I went ahead and pulled in and left my car there till the next day.I have low profile tires, so I expect a ridiculous price anyway, but when I went in to see how much it would be, it was way below what I expected for the tire alone, but their price included service.BUT WAIT THERES MORE.Again, I dont expect any shop to just happen to have my tire, but Diana called around and found the one I needed and promised to deliver it the next day.They EVEN had one of their Service technicians give me a ride home.SO THEN.The next day it was taking a while to get the tire from the other shop... instead of breaking the news to me that they couldnt get my tire done... DIANA PERSONALLY DROVE OVER TO THE SHOP AND PICKED UP THE TIRE SO THAT I WOULD HAVE IT.Who even does that.When I asked why she did it, she said it was because she made a promise.Im still taken aback by the generosity and personal care.(Thank you so much to everyone at Fairway, especially Diana!)

As a semi-experienced car purchaser, Ill admit that I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that was geographically distant from my residence. However, after my purchasing experience with Lee and his team, all of my fears were put to bed. The folks over at Fairway made the purchasing process exceedingly simple. From answering a barrage of questions, to providing assistance as we went through the finances, even creating a video so that my wife and I could see the car without having to make an 8-hour trek with our entire family. This car buying experience was simply one of the most pain- and worry-free I have ever had. I cannot recommend this dealership enough for those who are looking to simplify the car-buying experience. After a tumultuous snow storm, I went to crank my car up to find I had a flat tire. I went to two gas stations to get air neither of them had air stations as I was sitting in my car trying to figure out what I was going to do. at that time I saw the sign in front of Fairway Ford saying we fix flats. Lee was shoveling and clearing snow from the drive way so I drove over and told him my dilemma he was so nice. He said even though they were closed but for me to leave my car with them and they would fix my flat on Monday. He had a young man to drive me where I needed to go and then drive me home. I was amazed at the customer service that was provided at my time of need. I will be using the Ford Fairway Auto Center for all of my auto needs from this day forward.

Fairway Auto Center…what can I say…Great place with great people who really care for the customer.I mean we drove 5.5hrs down from Stillwater, OK (11hrs round trip) to do business with these fine people; they were more than worth the drive we will buy from them again for sure.This started when I searched for the Year/Make/Model I wanted and found several throughout the country, but focused on the Great Plains region. I narrowed my search to the specific color and ended with 4 dealers to choose from. I called them all and asked a few rudimentary questions and found most the Sales Associates/Managers I spoke with lacking.Then I called Fairway Auto Center, I first spoke to Jake the Sales Manager who was more than helpful and spoke to me like I was the only customer he had. Turns out they were so busy he was helping out and promptly got me pictures and a condition report on the vehicle. He got me with Lee in Sales who never came off as pushy and worked hard to get me all the answers to all of my questions. I spoke with Lee who emailed me all the information I was looking for prior to my decision to buy and even got me the information on the extended warranty they offer. Contactless exchange)2016 Blue Scion-tCI was looking for a reliable used vehicle and came across Fairway Auto online, very helpful staff, easy to work with, and friendly.Unfortunately not all used vehicles are at 100% although I did my research and found the vehicle I wanted the A/C condenser had a leak which cost 700$ in repairs, I do NOT fault Fairway auto for this, its common for people to trade in a vehicle with underlying issues.The A/C may have just been recharged by the owner prior to the appraisal and gradually leaked over time falling into my hands.Fortunately Fairway auto has awesomewarranty that covered the cost of fixing the A/C at no cost to me!I would highly recommend buying from this dealership just dont forget to add the warranty!It will save you lots of money in the long run in any necessary repairs to get any vehicle running mint.

I have bought 2 vehicles from here and all I wanted was an oil change. Not hardly any one here and hardly any mechanics on duty. I was told they dont have time for me. Not its going to be a little bit or its going to be 30 minutes or an hour. We dont have time for you today. No problem I will be glad to take my business elsewhere.

The only place I go for car care. Terry and Clay are very knowledgeable and listen to you respectively as you tell them about your issue. Went in for oil change and they found a nail in one of my tire. Thankful that they give a thorough going over. Oil change, new wipers, tire fixed and rotated tires!!! All at a great price and an enjoyable visit. These guys are great !!! Would give them 10 stars !!
I called in to see if they happened to have a vehicle I have been looking for, the salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know that they didnt have an Odyssey on the lot but asked if I had ever considered a Sienna (which I was). We made arrangements to test drive and the car was ready for me when I got there. They began evaluating my trade in right away and encouraged me to drive it across town to my mechanic (EQ Autoworks) to have them check it out. It checked out and drove great so we started crunching numbers. They matched an offer from another dealer for my trade-in, saving me time and money! Jake worked it out so that all the numbers worked well within my budget. Overall, a fantastic and quick process! Im loving my new-to-me Sienna!

They truly understand and are expertly skilled in the practice of customer service. Its rapidly becoming a lost art and others would fair well to emulate their example. They treat you fairly, with consideration for you, your time, your concerns, and your pocketbook. Every time I have needed any service, they have dealt with all my vehicle needs or my questions and/or concerns efficiently with as little inconvenience to me as possible. They have gone out of their way to see that Im happy and satisfied with their service. Theyre committed to my complete satisfaction and thats so refreshing these days. I would highly recommend any aspect of the Fairway experience to anyone who needs help with a vehicle, whether buying one or needing repairs or just vehicle maintenance.
I purchased a 2012 Land Rover LR4 from this dealership and had an excellent experience. The salesman and sales manager were very quick and responsive communicators throughout the process and even after the sale. I live 250 miles away from the dealership so I had to put all my trust in them to deliver a vehicle that Id never seen in person and take their word for it that it was as clean as the ad showed. They sent me pictures and video of every square inch of the vehicle and held nothing back...full disclosure. I dont normally buy cars this way but I felt that these guys were shooting me straight and gave me confidence in the purchase. They arranged drivers to drive the vehicle to my doorstep. The vehicle was in excellent condition just as they described. This dealership is well managed with people who care. As long as Lee remains the manager I would expect nothing but quality.
Got some nice looking truck at the moment that runs and sounds good. However, I am not positive about the cars. reason for the four starsI was tired when I wrote this. Just wanted to say I didnt know about the cars because I was only interested in the truck and didnt test any cars. Still awesome selection of inventory appreciate the staff here. We were on a roadtrip to Orlando and my air conditioning compressor broke in the 110° Texas heat. I was referred by two separate people to Fairway. Not only were they very accommodating in working us in immediately but they were able to complete the job within a couple of hours and get us back on the road. I just cant thank them enough for saving our roadtrip! You guys are Rockstars!!!

Test drove a car and the check engine light turned on. Sales tried telling me it wasnt a big deal even though it said the catalytic converter was bad. Never called me back as promised.
I would just like to say these guys are amazing they actually make u feel like they care. I never really had a Honda until I got it from them by far the best I have ever owned. The maintenance team are amazing polite professional, and know what there doing.
Made a trip to look at vehicles with boyfriends daughter. We knew what we had in mind, money, type of car, etc. She test drive one car and was not what she was looking for and salesman how much we were wanting to spend; I told him a figure ! Thank goodness it was lower than what we really wanted to spend and he suggested a car in our price range. He showed car fax, test drive! She loved car! Lets not forget the pushy salesman. Warning signs went up ; but she loved car! Well daddy purchased car; without warranty; need I say they pushed warranty harder than selling car. We chose not to purchase warranty at time.Less than 72 hrs after paying cash for car, and need I say would not come off price one bit, 18 year old daughter has car trouble. Catalytic converter trouble! $500 repair without insurance. I got to go back and purchase warranty that I will say was over priced. $ 50 deductible, Now if we can get it to shop. My advice is trust your gut even if that teenager says they love it; pass it up. A better will come along. A warranty is always worth it. Hope this helps someone else.

I bought a car here recently. Tim was a very friendly guy who was very down-to-earth and never pushy. The car was ready to go when we arrived. He handed me the keys and said I could take it for a drive. When we got back he told us to take it for the long weekend to see if it worked with our garage/lifestyle/etc. He even put gas in it for us. I was surprised how trusting they were considering we live over an hour away.We took the car to an independent mechanic who verified Fairway Autos own mechanical inspection was honest and accurate. The car simply needed some new tires and a cabin air filter. Everything else was in great shape.When we returned the financing was very simple. They get quotes from multiple banks (Chase, etc) and give you the best rate offered. They were even willing to flush the transmission for me as part of the sale (because I want to make sure it is well maintained, not because it was needed). This is usually around $150. They also did a synthetic oil change and put a full tank of gas in it.So far the car has been great. All-in-all it was a positive experience. I will add any updates here in the future.
