Went here on a busy Monday morning to get a trailer tire replaced, everyone we talked to was friendly, professional, and fast. Not even 10 minutes, and someone is handing us a new balanced trailer tire. Great quality tires are sold here.

Took my truck here to get tires mounted and balance. Waited for 2 hours. Because not all of us have someone who can pick us up during buissnes hours. They didnt balance at all truck shakes like crazy. Took back to them and they wanted me to wait again for something they screwed up in t he first place

Too expensive jus to have 4 atv tires mounted on wheels that no balance was done.shame on me for not asking a price and on them for not telling me how much it was going to be.

Went in cause my back tire had a slow leak they looked at it found a nail. Repaired for FREE, very unexpectedly but very kind of them. THANK YOU 👍When I need any tires etc this is where Ill go!!!

Without going into extreme detail, this place was able to tell me what was wrong with my front end alignment in 10 minutes where as the Ford dealership took four months to figure this out and still didn’t figure it out...ended up replacing a $4500 rear end and billing it to insurance when all it was is an upper ball joint that is bent and the alignment cam needs to be replaced. Any standard service and car repair company should know this. This was all after a wreck to the front end, however I was very descriptive when it was in the shop. After waiting over four months and still getting a brand new truck back that still does not drive straight I was pretty upset and quite honestly making me wish I never bought a Ford or this truck. I really had no idea what I was going to do next. Billings was able to give me the peace of mind so that when I go back to Ford on Monday I have something in my back pocket. This truck only has 7000 miles on it, a Brand new F250 lariat. Billings tire not only did not charge me for diagnosing it but gave me the paperwork to show Ford exactly what they missed. If it were up to me I think Billings should get paid by Ford because Ford clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing or the guys in their service department are lacking even the most simplest of training. I would definitely recommend Billings tire to anybody and a friend. Even though I’m not from Tyler Texas anybody who’s going through there and needs some work done definitely take it to Billings. Great place, good work, fair price

Billings Tire has very friendly people, but the services I received are the reason for the one star rating. Issue #1 is that they told me they were installing caster camber plates for $220 onto my car because it was lowered. I understood that this is a common part needed to adjust alignment on aftermarket suspension setups so I gave them the OK. They finished the job and I got back into my car and when I drove off I noticed issue #2. The steering wheel was not aligned correctly. I took the car back and had them fix the issue, they were very nice about it and attempted to do the job but it was still not perfectly straight like they said it was. I went back twice more and they never seemed to get it right. That’s when I decided to go to another alignment shop to have their mess looked at. It turned out that there were no caster camber plates installed, and the car wasn’t aligned correctly. So I basically paid $220 for parts that weren’t installed and didn’t receive the service I paid for. I won’t be going back to Billings Tire.

I had an issue with my vehicle. The owner took the time to speak with me. He is an amazing person very friendly and understanding. I would recommend Billings tire to anyone.

They are very welcomeing to everyone that came into this place. I liked that I was informed about the cost of the repairs and wanted to know if I wanted all done that day. That was very thoughtful and considerate of the customers like me.

I really love this place for all kinds of car service. Their prices arent always the best, but their service is the best! They have a great selection and are always happy to do whatever they can to help you get rolling again. I dont ever feel pressured to pay more or get a service I dont need. These people are great! Called to get an alignment on my truck. They told me they could get to me in 30 minutes. Once I arrived, the got me straight into a shop bay and were finished in 30 minutes. Very friendly people, and very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

Great shop, honest people. I came in this afternoon looking for a tire alignment, but left with something better. The gentleman behind the counter (sorry, forgot his name) walked outside with me to see what I thought was causing the vehicle to vibrate as it drives. He informed me that he didnt think that I needed alignment due to the wear patterns in tires and that he didnt want to charge med for a service I did not need. He then offered to look at the vehicle and tell me what repairs were needed. When I returned he simply handed me the keys and told me it was free. Suffice it to say, theyve earned a new customer.

They are very polite and there to help you when u need it. Most importantly they will take car of not only you but your vehicle as well. I would recommend anyone the food there for there own experience.

Went here for the 3rd time to have my truck aligned after installing upper control arms only to be told it is “to low” even though it has been done twice previously at the same location with no change in vehicle ride height. He then offered to put me in line, but I refused. Didn’t want to pay the price of having all 4 done on a solid axle truck anyways. Will never return to or recommend this business to anyone

Billings is the only place I will take a car. If they cant fix it (rare), they will tell you who can and wont charge you just for looking under the hood. Every time I go to Billings, they increase my belief that they are honest, fair, and great at their jobs. These people prove that hard work and integrity is still the best business model.

We had an oil change and tire rotation very quick service. Everyone was extremely nice.

They fixed my water pump gasket leak and 2 broken bolts on my 2006 Buick Lucerne. They then blended my gm dex-cool orange coolant with a multi blend green synthetic when Im suppose to run only gm dex-cool in my car. I have ran this since day one in this car and when I asked them to replace it with the right coolant, they refused and wanted to charge me to fix their mistake after the amount of 353 dollars was paid to fix it. I now have a check engine light on and a faulty thermostat that I bought 3 days ago brand new. It states in my owner manual to run gm dex-cool only! But yet, they still refused to replace it unless I paid them to flush it... Im sorry to think that the customer is always right and to wonder how they have had such good reviews when this is how they treat their customers who have already paid for work done and to get it done right. Now I have more problems and will have more problems if I dont change the coolant myself . If I were the next customers, I would make sure they do a 100% and no less before paying and leaving the shop with your vehicle . My name is Heath Cochran and Im satisfied with the mechanic work but very disappointed in how they treat a returning customer to fix a mistake that they made.

I made an appointment to get my vehicle aligned; but when I arrived on time, they told me they could not get me in for an hour which would have made me late for work. I was told that they had just taken in two other alignment jobs and didnt have room for mine. I asked if the two that they had just started had appointments, and they did not. I will not be coming back here again. Horrible customer service!

Phone service was friendly but the man at the desk by the shop was too rude to even get up and come to the counter to speak to me. Conversation with him was not helpful and I found his attitude disrespectful. Three generations of my family have done business since back when they were over on Erwin but I will most certainly not be going back.

I was just there and they were completely amazing I was scared because my car was acting up and they took care of it in about 15 minutes!!!! Definitely coming back everytime in the future!!!
