The service department is awesome here! They rented me a car from enterprise at no expense to me since they didn’t have any loaner cars on the lot available. They are honest and truly try to do everything they can to help. They had my car done under warranty in less than 2 days! If I could do more than 5 stars I so would. Thanks for everything!!
This is by far the dealership to go to. Chris and Colby work to get you the kind of deal you tell everyone about. I live 5 hrs away and have bought multiple vehicles from them and am always well pleased. I wish I lived closer to take advantage of there service dept for my oil changes. If you read this and really want a car deal, call these guys-honestly they’re just not like other sales guys.
Great experience at Peletier. Franklin, our sales guy, was courteous and candid and pointed me in the right direction when they didn’t have the car that I wanted on the lot. He asked all the questions he needed to and didn’t push back when I said no to something. He made the process smooth and kept on top of it.Chris(?) the finance guy went the extra mile to get an approval on what I was able to offer. I would recommend them to friends and family.
I have used several other Chevy dealership service centers when living in other states, but this was my first time using Peltier Chevrolet. It was very easy to make an appointment, but the communication was lacking. I dropped my car off at 8:00am on Thursday and did not hear from them until 4pm on Friday. There was no communication stating that theyd have my car overnight, which left me stranded without a vehicle for two days. Further, they told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and let me drive off with it Saturday morning. That evening, while driving on I-20, my car turned off at least 10 times while driving. It was a very scary experience that left me very shaken up. I had to leave my vehicle in Fort Worth as there was no way it was drivable back to Tyler. Even worse, my boyfriend was able to make it to an AutoZone in Fort Worth and have a quick diagnostics done. We found out there was like 8 THINGS WRONG WITH MY CAR! None of which Peltier fixed or looked at. I am very disappointed by my visit here and will not be back. Letting me drive off in a car that was not drivable that was in their possession for two days is very irresponsible. I am very lucky and blessed that nothing happened to me as I was driving on I-20 and my car kept turning off, but I was put in a situation I should have never been in.

I went to Peltier to get a new battery for my car as one does. I made an appointment the day before for 8:15am on a Saturday. Now I’m grateful they were open so I wouldn’t have to keep jumping my car! I got there on time for my appointment and then was told it would take less than an hour to get a new battery put in. An hour goes by and a guy comes up to me and says the battery will be here in 15 minutes we didn’t have your battery in stock. Proceeded to wait another hour. Finally when it’s ready I’m a little grumpy and asked the young lady at the cashier desk if it normally takes this long and she said “well that’s what usually happens when you choose to book on a Saturday”. So it’s my fault my battery died the day before and now I have to wait this long? Insanely frustrating and I’ll never go back. Save your money and time and get a battery from Gateway Auto. Ridiculous to wait 2 hours for a new BATTERY!!!
The people here have gone above and beyond help w this latest purchase. Had a hard time finding a vehicle and they were able to order it have it built and shipped well before the promise date. I live in the northeast and they have made dealing with a dealer in TX and having to have paper work shipped along w the vehicle a pleasurable experience. I would suggest anyone call Ben as he is a straight shooter and no BS as well as the Finance dept and the internet manager. Class act dealer I suggest if you need a Chevrolet give them a call.

I had just about given up hope of getting a new(er) car until a friend recommended Frank Trantham. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I took my car in at 7:30 and left around one with the issue not fixed nor found. Our advisor (Alex)was kind and explained that they would have to keep the car but unfortunately they didnt have any loaners at the time. He said once they had a loaner available he would call me in to bring my car. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and kept us informed about the updates of the car. He made me feel valued as a customer.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer on 6/29/2021. Tom was my salesman. Without going into alot of details let me just say that I was very pleased with the whole transaction from the time I drove up till I left. Hands down great customer. I was really disappointed with my recent experience with Peltier Chevrolet. I went online and found the vehicle that I wanted, submitted an offer online and scheduled a test drive for the following morning. I drove two hours to the dealership only to find out the owner of the dealership decided he wanted the vehicle for himself. Nobody bothered to call the day I submitted the information or the next morning before my test drive. With the shortage a vehicles and the empty car lots why would any owner take a vehicle out of his inventory and a sale away from his people. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Whatever happened to you people and customers coming first. Oh, I almost forgot, the Suburban is still up on their site several days later.
I was referred by Billy Oates. I was introduced to Franklin, right away I was blown away with his ability to help me but a new car. Very nice man let me test drive 3 cars, right away a chosen the one I wanted. He did everything in his power of kindness and helping me to accomplish my car. Im very very happy with it. Staff was very courteous and kind...the only thing that I think can be improved on is the time of the visit. I had an appointment at 8:00am and it took 2 hours to perform the service. I only had a tire rotation, oil change and Multi-Point Inspection done. Time frame of the service was the only negative...everything else was great!!
Thank you for taking care of my vehicle during its Oil Change! Just highly encourage service advisors to inspect to expect! Mistakes do happen, and they must happen for us to learn! I was sent someone else alignment and it was disturbing and I knew right away that it could not be true about my vehicle, but was told how accurate their machines were. Later on in the evening service advisor saw the mistake and kindly messaged me about it and to let me know my vehicle was ready. His mistake and honesty has won my business. I found a truck I liked, truck still needed detailed, because it had just been traded in, came in the next day towards closing truck was out front, detailed, I inspected, rims were not cleaned good, inside still had dirt on head liner and sun visor, told detailed was new, so was told to bring it back to get cleaned, if they can’t clean it right the first time what makes them think there going to do it right the second time, they must not have a quality control, and might think about hiring one, so before someone takes delivery of a vehicle it can be checked out before customer receives there vehicle also I was supposed to receive my paper work by email, they never sent it don’t feel I would do business with them again
Called for a key replacement and was giving 3 different prices. When I went to pay the price was still different. They had no clue what to charge me.
Recall job. They ordered the needed parts, made my appointment and fixed my truck at the appointed day. No issues. All good.

Everything was a smooth process, when we first walked in the door. We felt no pressure at all. They did everything in their power to meet our needs. The Service Department is top notch! They are always very friendly and professional. I recently went for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection on my truck. I only waited maybe an hour, now this was without an appointment and they did have a few others in front of me, but for just driving up it was very quick. They provide a video that they record while inspecting your vehicle to let you know everything they went over as well explaining the importance of each component. With the receipt printout is also an analysis of your vehicles parts and current conditions. Their team was amazing, its the small things that like, going above and beyond that make lifetime customers. I will definitely be using Peltier Chevrolets Service Department for all my future needs.

Overall rating for resolving my vehicle maintenance issue was great. I had major issues concerning how I was treated when communicating with my service advisor. My car was there for two weeks and I received two phone calls, both of which I had to initiate in order to get updates on the status of my vehicle. I know when I have received great customer service. Improvements in customer care and service for my assigned service advisor are needed. When communicating with me he was short, snappy, and not very cordial at all. I never saw the man smile.
Awful service, rude staff long and low quality work.Plus I had everything scheduled to receive a shuttle it came 40 minutes late which makes me why I even did all that effort to book everything online and in advance. It gets more interesting on the return ride which they asked me to come with an uber since my oil service was not that profitable to them to provide me a shuttle service!!! Absolutely horrible!

My brand new truck now has a “tick” sound that 2 other people have noticed after having my truck serviced here. 1st oil change 7,500 miles on a $65k truck.It also has different color wheels on it. Dropped it off with black wheels and I picked it up with silver wheels.My vehicles won’t be back to this dealership. The incompetence of car dealership service centers are why I will continue to work on my own vehicles.

We were looking for a smaller truck and were looking online and found a 2018 Frontier for a very reasonable price with low miles. We submitted an inquiry about the vehicle and went ahead and submitted a credit app for it, even though we hadnt seen or driven it yet. David Allen was quick to respond to us about our needs. He contacted us first thing on Monday morning to let us know that he had received the credit app and would be taking it over to finance for processing and would let us know something within the hour, which he did. We were having issues making arrangements to go to Tyler to look at the vehicle and test drive due to our work schedules. David and his sweet wife, brought the vehicle to us in Lufkin along with the required paperwork to purchase. My husband was a bit hesitant to purchase, but after sitting in the truck, he was ready to purchase. We appreciate Davids patience in helping us with this purchase.

The service member Keith helped us during our repair and was very nice to work with. However, when we received out truck back the speaker system and cell phone booster had been stolen. The speaker box amp and cell phone booster were missing and cut wires were left hanging. We did not bring this up to the dealership as we knew we would be told they they had nothing to do with that. It was very sickening that this happened but a lesson learned to go over any of our vehicles with a repair technician before even leaving the dealership next time.
Marlena from the service department is amazing! I take my vehicle to Peltier Chevrolet for all my service and maintenance needs, and she is super helpful each time. She always greets me with a smile, and exceeds my expectations. Today I called mid-afternoon in desperate need for her to squeeze me in because my A/C was not cooling AND we are driving to Florida tonight. Not only was she able to squeeze me in on a very busy Friday, but she was able to fix the problem so we could get ok the road asap. I am extremely thankful that there are good people in this world who are willing to go the extra mile to take care of others. Thank you, Marlena!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have had an issue with our stabilitrack and ABS for a YEAR now and have been waiting on a loaner vehicle to get our Traverse fixed. After 6 months of asking about one, I was told we cant even be on the waiting list until we get a diagnostic. We brought our car in and were told nothing was wrong. We continued to get alerts in our car and emails from onstar telling us to get serviced within a week. My husband finally got in touch with Kramer who told us he would have us in a loaner within a week. That was a month ago and we have heard nothing. He tried calling yesterday and left voice-mails for two different people with no return phone calls. I have been told this issue could be dangerous and cause problems with the brakes and I have let them know that this is the only vehicle I drive my 3 children around in and I myself am 6 months pregnant. They do not care about their customers at all. At this point, we just want to get our vehicle fixed to trade it in at a different dealership to never have to deal with this again. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!

Ben Dickerson was my salesman. I gave Been a call and told him to let me know if he get any of the Chevrolet Blazers in. I told Ben that I was not in a hurry and within a few days he gave me a call back and said that he had me one. My only off day is Sunday, he said thats no problem I can do your application right over the phone and within 30 minutes we had deal done. Everything was done in a professional manner with the finance manager and the other staff members.

They are playing a bait is switch game with Autotrader website. The price on autotrader give MSRP, but when you call on the vehicle they are adding 5 more because of market.

Tanner (sales) was just wonderful. He was down to earth and helped us compare vehicles to one a classic. He was very honest and forth coming. He went the extra mile. Sadly, we didn’t purchase a vehicle from Peltier, because who he had to work with played games with my trade in value, allowed me to leave, and then offered what I wanted for my vehicle. It is frustrating that Peltier does that. Don’t play games with the customer, if you were going to offer that in the first place then offer it. I would have been a repeat customer since I had purchased a HighCountry pickup in the past from them. Again, if you are going to purchase one from here go to Tanner! It wasn’t his fault.

I called the Service Department on Friday morning due to a noise my car was making. I wanted to get it checked out before I drove 700 miles back to Colorado with my 5 kids. Peltier was able to get me in the next morning at 7:30, and by 10 they were calling me and telling me what was going on with my car! Great, fast customer service!
