The entire staff was amazing. They were friendly, courteous and didnt seem to be faking their kindness, the waiting area had fresh doughnuts and coffee, which was made regularly to ensure it was fresh. My only concern was they werent wearing masks. I understand it isnt mandatory it just would have been comforting since the waiting area did fill up quickly. I would like to say thank you to the team there for such great experience

Billy Armstrong in service listened intently while I explained the problem with my truck. They took it in, diagnosed it and I picked it up while parts were in transit. When the parts came in they called. I took it to them and they replaced the faulty parts under warranty. I dont know what more I could have asked. For once I was happy with an auto dealership. Very disappointed in the service staff. I have never been lied to and mislead this much before. So far the work that was done is fine, kudos to the mechanics. But, the service advisors need lessons on being honest and telling the truth. I mean how many times are going to keep lying to me over a 23 day period that my truck was being worked on and I can CLEARLY see from the app my truck hadnt moved. Just be honest and forthright. That is not too much to ask.

Apparently you can get here 30 minutes early and not park in front of the garage doors and then get shafted when you try to get in line. Service was okay but not respect for their first come first serve rule, was way better when you had to have an appointment to get in.

Kirby Kimberly provided sales service in the purchase of a new F 150 that was ordered. The process was very efficient with no surprises. 3rd Ford truck over the years and the engineering improvements to the vehicle are noticeably better than the last truck which I was satisfied with. Salesman was typical for what you think of with car salesmen. He was not respectful of my comments to my husband about ride and comfort of 4WD versus 2WD. Several times my comments were corrected based upon his opinion or just trying to make a sale. He was informative as long as not challenged. Ultimately, I purchased elsewhere.

They changed my father in law for service without notification of that charge. Talked with Sean the service manager and he quickly credited the monies back. Car dealerships usually treat customers bad, but this dealership is fair and always nice and professional.

I took my 2010 Ford F-250 in today, June 14, 2021, due to my fuel gauge reading E on a full tank. Scott told me that due to not having any of my vehicles history there, they could not work on my truck. He also stated that because my truck was over 10 years old, they wouldnt work on it. I thought this was a Ford dealership. I am very disappointed. I was recommended to take my truck to another local mechanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I wont ever go back to Tyler Ford. Very unfortunate.

I had an awesome experience buying from Dennis Matta with Tyler Ford. I am extremely impatient (its a work in progress) and Dennis was kind and attentive with me every step of the way! The actual paperwork went extremely smoothly and even better than I expected. Brian (cannot remember his last name, sorry Brian!) helped us with this part and he was patient as we went back and forth on our financing and down payment options. He even ran the numbers multiple times so we could get exactly the payment we were looking for. Would leave more stars if I could!

The service department rotated the tires on my moms vehicle and they did not put the lug nut key back and later on she got a nail in her tire and we couldnt do anything and this happened on the weekend when they were closed. She has to wait for them to open and get them to rotated the tires again and we had to ask for the lug nut key back. Needless to say we learned lesson. If you dont wanna waste your time and argue with ignorant people then dont go there

If I could leave zero stars I would. Tried buying a truck from Tyler Ford. We did not agree on a deal (which is totally understandable and not the reason for this review). I walked away. Next day I get a text from Dennis (sales guy) asking if I still wanted to walk away to which I explained why we would be walking away. His response was absolutely uncalled for and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor on the next truck you purchase and make sure your wife is there since obviously she is the decision maker and that will save you and everyone else a lot of time and effort You have a blessed day as well! Excuse me for consulting with my wife who was 2 hours away before making a $60,000 purchase.

When I previously had my F250s oil changed, I was told that there were two recalls on the truck and that Tyler Ford would call me when the recalls were available. They never called. This time when I took the truck in for its second oil change, they service man did not check if there were recalls and was surprised at the time to pay when I told him that there were the two recalls. I would think that every car/truck that comes in that place should be checked for recalls. The title of service advisor should be changed to order taker.

Evidently Tyler Ford doesnt want to sell vehicles we showed up to make a deal and they were trying to offer 9% interest rate they say is the going rate went to classic Toyota got a truck that cost more money than the one we were looking for at Tyler Ford got the payment that I wanted and interest rate of 2.25 The truck we were looking at they were asking 61,000 for online they have for 58 seems to me like a scam they wanted me to agree to a payment before they even took it to the managers to see what the rate would be with my credit score makes absolutely no sense how can you agree to a payment if you dont know what the correct interest rates going to be seems like theyre playing games with numbers that way they can make better revenue off the sale of the vehicle

Tyler Ford was awesome thru my entire buying experience! I purchased a brand new 2020 F250 Platinum that had a lift kit with Fuel wheels and Nitto tires already installed. It is a stunning truck! I worked with Dennis Matta (the salesman) who was truly fantastic thru the sale and also a huge help getting this truck shipped from Texas to my home here in Virginia. Dennis went above and beyond post-sale to meet the delivery company and shoot before video of the truck to document that there was zero damage prior to shipping. It arrived safe and sound, and Dennis was also following up to make sure I was happy with everything on my end. The finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with..............I highly recommend Tyler Ford!!!!

Great truck and easing financing process. Salesman was dishonest however, telling us that the Ford X plan didn’t apply to F250 Super Duty so we’d stay and buy there. But that was misinformation; it does cover F250, they just don’t accept it. After purchase, we realized the truth. Sales manager was no help, just said “well, you got a good truck”. Didn’t dispute the lie.

Spent 4 hours there and got the preapproval some what like that. We then went to finance we agreed on 0 down and 3.9%. When we got into finance they said that there was a mistake and they put in the computer that we agreed on 3k down. Ok so change it to the original deal for 0 down. They said no we cant change it. Sounds like bull to me. I do not recommend them at all.

Service department Horrible experience, very rude never called to finish the job. Could hear all associates talking about me in their corner because I couldn’t make their ideal schedule. Sorry I work weekends and had to take off from work to get my car there. If you did not buy your car from Tyler Ford don’t worry about coming here they don’t have time for you. They won’t check to make sure the job is finished. They just want you out of there. I won’t be back but that’s what they wanted.Reply #1 yeah y’all have my record ‘16 fusion early this week. Just search the last name. Really don’t have the time to deal with someone I was a burden too. Just wanted my steering fixed was all..Reply #2: I told them that if a small ding on the drivers side can cause a bent rod on the passenger side steering then we need to go through my issuance because I have an open claim for that incident. I never got a response. I also said if it’s something that I should go through insurance vs warranty than I need to set an appointment for the body work and steering to be checked out to all be done at once. But once again no response cause I seemed like a burden I assume because that’s the impression I had the whole time. Also my warranty probably does cover it but I asked if I should go through my issuance I didn’t say warranty didn’t cover it. Once again, no response. A response to my question and a plan to get it fixed would have been nice. But it’s fine I understand your job is to make y’all seem as good as possible but that wasn’t my experience. I plan on finding a shop that wants to helpReply 3: please stop taking my post down. Either way my warranty or insurance would cover it y’all wouldn’t help me figure out who to go with. That’s not worthy of removing my post.

We had a F-350 King Ranch, about 14 years ago, purchased from Tyler Ford, but it became difficult to get in for service, so we switched to Dodge products. After multiple RAMs over a decade, we were thinking about switching back, and stopped by (this was 4 - 5 years ago). The one person who working on the side with the larger trucks, told us that the person we needed to speak to, was at lunch, and we needed to come back. He didnt offer to take our contact information, zero customer service.We are now looking at Fords again, and when my husband called this morning, the person he talked to was very disinterested, even though we are looking at high end, high dollar trucks. I dont know what it takes to get good customer service from people at this dealership, but my husband has just given up, after purchasing multiple vehicles from them in the past. ETA - Thank you for your reply, if you didnt see a lack of helpful attitude, there is nothing we can do, but not bother you anymore. Best wishes.

I saw an ad from here for the new 2021 f150 and I couldn’t believe the price on the lariat model. $75k. Surely it must’ve had some after market stuff added by the dealer for that price? Nope. First off our salesman Mike is wonderful, he went above & beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. However the service is greatly lacking. My commercial van has been in twice, both times left at least a week, only one issue has been fixed & even it took a second service trip to have it fixed properly. The 1st issue was foam in the a/c from the manufacturer and they have tried to pawn us off the bill on that repair both times until our salesman steps in. My backup camera has thrown an error since day one but apparently they can never get the error even though just today it has given it every single time I reverse. I have a 1 year old car that has electrical issues that Ford pretty much says doesnt exist even though I have show pictures and a video. My car will be going to Gladewater for service from now on.

My car recently had a moment and broke down, I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership, Tyler Ford. It took a couple of days for it to be looked at (which is fine) but our Service representative James never gave us a time line upfront which led me to call about three times a day just to see if it had been looked at. He would tell me he would go check to see if it had been looked at and then never call me back which resulted in me calling 3 times a day waiting for a answer. After it was looked at and determine it was a recall, we feel like we were strung along with your car could possibly be ready by the end of the day several days in a row by James. We always use Long Horn Ford and have never had a issue with communication at all. This terrible review is a result of the lack of communication by our service representative. I left a review last week and they called my husband asking for us to remove it and I did as soon as we were back in town, but upon receiving my car this morning it was left in terrible condition which cost me more to have their lack of concern fixed. I didnt really expect a apology when I picked up our car but at least an explanation for the miscommunication. This is why so many go the extra mile to drive to Long Horn Ford.EDIT!! The response was it was detailed and filled with fuel which is completely fabricated. None of that was completed and I had to take it elsewhere to have the plastic part under the steering wheel put back on. That piece was sitting in my seat when I picked up the car after the repair.

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. In May 2018, I purchased a F150 from this dealership. In NOV 2018, my electronic issues began with this vehicle, and remain an issue today. This truck has been in the service center around 5 times. At 36k miles once the warranty ran out, the dealership stated they no longer would service the long standing issues without a service fee. This is not a new issue, but the same electronic issues that have plagued this vehicle since Day 1. Do not be complacent with issues, press the issue or have them take it back. This has been the worst automotive service experience I have ever dealt with.

I believe in letting people know about my awesome customer service and services experiences. I called yesterday and talked to Jessica who was very nice on the phone and scheduled to bring my car in. I brought my car in today Jessica actually is who helped me too. Drop off was easy and quick. They have a wonderful waiting area with a beverage counter with soda, coffee, they even had doughnuts. Which I am sure I would have enjoyed if I was waiting. Jessica kept me posted on my car through out the day. Everyone working there looked happy and like they actually enjoy their job. I scheduled an appointment for a recall issue with my vehicle. My service advisor was James and he got me checked in quickly. He did a routine inspection of my car and noticed a couple of issues. Everything was resolved and my car was ready before 5pm. Thats great service!

I should have written this a year ago when it happened, but I was reminded today when I got a letter from their service department saying our relationship is important to us asking me to come back. I was there for a metallic noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. I was told I needed a complete rear brakes overhaul including pads, rotors, and calipers. My car was still under an extended warranty so I assumed that the calipers would be covered. I was told that they werent. I called ford extended warranty directly and was told that they were covered. I also called another dealer and they also agreed they should be covered. I asked the advisor to go ahead and submit the warranty and when it was declined, I would call ford and see if they would override it. I was told they couldnt do that at first, then they said they would but never really got back to me. I got a funny feeling at this point and decided to take my car elsewhere, for which Tyler Ford charged me some money even though they hadnt done anything. I took it to another shop and was told the noise was coming from inside the tire (for which they didnt charge me a dime). I then took it to the tire place where I had bought the tires and the pressure sensor monitor had come lose, they repaired it for free. At minimum, I got a really bad diagnostic. I feel like they were trying to sell me service my car didnt need and wouldnt even let me use my warranty for it. I am still using the car with the brakes they told me needed replaced almost a year later. Im sorry but the feeling about the relationship being important is not mutual. I will take my car somewhere else.In regards to your response, replacing the brakes would not have fixed the issue the car was bought in for as the tire pressure monitor would have still been lose inside the tire. My other mechanic disagreed with your diagnostic that the breaks were shot and I havent had any issue with them, noise went away once the monitor was reattached. I was never told when the inspector would see my car and that is part of the reason I decided to take my car elsewhere.

I took my 2018 Ford Ecosport in because the information display screen went out. The service department was very nice and helpful. I was however, disappointed that they did not take the opportunity to check the tires that were low on air due to the light being on. I am a widow and cannot do these kinds of things so going the extra mile would have helped me tremendously.

Do not... I REPEAT.... DO NOT use their service department. We purchased my husbands truck brand new in 2014 and bought an extended warranty. Every time we’ve taken it here they would not cover the issue. For example- the passenger door handle stopped working. It was not broken off, simply would not open the door from the inside— NOT COVERED— $350 to fix. The tail gate lock started making a loud noise when locking (like a machine gun)— NOT COVERED— AND they tried to charge us $200 to “take it off and put it back on which didn’t fix the issue” but I asked for them to take that off since they couldn’t fix the problem so they graciously dropped it to $75 for a diagnostic fee (I completely understand that and am not discounting that they should be paid for their time, but just keep reading.) . They said the tailgate lock was an aftermarket product. Not true. We bought it brand new with the lock on it. We recently sold it to a friend who lives in Frankston. There was an issue with the AC leaking. They fixed that AND the “not covered” tailgate lock for ONE $100 deductible on the same extended warranty that we were able to transfer to him.Just don’t do it. We’ve wasted over $1000 on 2-3 problems by listening to their dishonest business. Drive the 45 minutes to Frankston to a more reputable dealer.
