Thie is the only servicing dealer for hustler in Tyler...the ONLY way to get help from these people is to actually go in, forget calling they wont answer. So I go in, theyre rude, act like they dont care all while the phone is ringing. PATHETIC customer service. Ill drive the eztra 2hour round trip to go to Athens or Canton

I found these folks helpful and willing to spend time with me to help me make a good decision. I had an issue with a piece of equipment after one day usuage. They checked it and agreed and offered me a brand new replacement. Feel they treat customers well

Very unhelpful, obviously racist, and clearly jerks. Worst service I have ever received anywhere. They obviously hate theyre customers or at the very least their black customers. While was waiting I saw their white and Mexican customers being treated with respect but I was spoken to very rudely and wasnt given any real help whatsoever. This is the year 2019, its a shame people like this still exist.

If you are looking for a chainsaw.... Dont buy echo... I have bad experience with the timber wolf... Buyed one 2 years ago and just used 3 times and the motor blow up...

No different than hicks repair...they never have routine parts in stock. I have tried these guys for years because they are so close to me...never once have they had a part I needed. Sad.
