Enjoyed the great variety of products they have. We love the Spicy Sweet Garlic Dill Pickles!! The only downside is that prices arent on a lot of things.

It was not crowded at all. There were only a few people in the store shopping so it was easy to get in and out and their customer service people are quick to assist you.

Ive loved this store for years and they just got a bunch of new employees that dont know anything about customer service. When you call, they dont even answer the phone youre immediately placed on hold, walking around the store, they are out of stock on a lot, and none of the employees seem to know where things should be. The Stihl shop has screwed up 3 different orders now for parts. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but, its a very clear pattern at this point. Time to find a new Stihl dealer and apparently going to Tractor Supply for feed from now on. Its sad what theyve become.

Called first, was told the item needed was available, drove all the way over there and the store did not have item. Employees need to be trained to give accurate information.

Came here a couple of years ago and it was a lot of fun. Not so good this time. People were nice but there were a lot of empty shelves. I did get some good jelly.

I was under the impression that Atwoods was slightly more inexpensive than Tractor Supply. That is completely inaccurate.

Took chainsaw chain to be sharpened.....4 days later went to pick up chain and they hadnt done anything......THEY DIDNT CALL ME OR NOTHING....WHAT KIND OF DAMN PLACE IS THAT!!!!!!!

Disgusting. Went in for dog food, couldn’t find what I wanted becase it was scattered around randomly. Asked 2 cashiers and they were rude and said well there should be someone in that area, they can help you. Came back and said no one was there, and the cashier rolled her eyes and said ok I’ll find them and called on a radio. While I was asking her he phone rang and she picked it up and let it hang without even saying anything.

They need to have their shelves organized better. This store is very messy but their customer service is pretty good.

Employees were not able to help with prices, or knowledge of product. Employees passed the buck so to speak or responded as though I bothered them. Is not a store I will frequently come to.

The store itself is great! Lots of cool finds that you wont find at other stores. Ive always enjoyed shopping here. I would givev5 stars but this trip the staff seemed focused on everything but the customers.

If a zero was available-would receive that rating. Staff unfriendly and not helpful especially as a senior female needing assistance with large items. Walked out without buying and will not be back. Very few customers on a busy day at most stores---might be a reason.

Wanted a hay ring. They had 2 that were put together and said they didnt have time to take one apart. Manager said to pay for it and come back later in the week and pick it up. Had lots of employees walking around doing nothing. We said no thanks. We would find one somewhere else that has time for their customers. When we were leaving there was 2 of the same ones sitting on lot already taken apart. They did not have a clue.

One lady in particular who works around the food for couple months now will completely stop what shes doing & walk you over to what youre looking for. If she cant find it, which is rare but on occasion, shell find someone that can. Unsure of name but she should be recognized! Told couple friends, now we all head for her if we need help! Nice job!

Went there today and had two guys that worked there by the front door smoking cigars using fowl language in front of my kids. I go there weekly but I wont be back since yall hire such trashy people as employees

Didnt have any reasonably priced boots! However, I bought a smoked sausage that was good.

I just recently went to this atwoods and it is actually better equipped with merchandise than the Tyler atwoods...

So this company is my favorite place to shop, however this store was out of far too many items! Left & had only spent 19.62, had to do a double take. This is by far the cheapest I have ever left this store.

Very easy to get in and out quickly. They are good about keeping stock on the floor. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. There are too often raffles for guns or other kinds of beggars set up by the doorway. I guess they are allowing people to do their community service there instead of picking up trash on the roadside.

Found what I needed but the front end help need to learn some courtesy. Walked up to register girl said she was close and sent us to the other register got to the other register and the first girl was swaping with the second girl who then said go back to first register little conversation at the first register would have saved me a lot of back and forth

They really dont have much to choose from as for their selection of merchandise but they are still an Atwoods. And if they sold groceries, it would be the only place my boyfriend would ever be shopping at.

As usual they had 95% of what I was looking for and at a pretty good price.

A friend wanted clothes and wanted to go to Atwoods. I was shocked as I walked the isles at the variety of merchandise they carry. They even have a gun shop. A HUGE selection of clothes. Ill definitely be shopping Atwoods in the future. :-)

The items I needed were easy to find. They just need a to decide if something is hay or straw a bit better at the checkouts.

The place was very cool. They had a variety of things for farming or whatever. They have a clothing area but I didnt check. They have a gun and ammo area which I dont check. The prices were alright in my view. So check it out

I bought batteries here for several. although I got things worked out, I have been so frustrated withe battery dept. No more 60 months and the 60 months dont last near 60 months.... One lasted exactly 3 years and the other was lasted 2 years and 9 months.Had to go to store and show all my paper work cause the lady said they didnt sell 60 months. Got there and she was nice enough to prorate the months for both batteries. So I was going to get a 36 month, only basically had 12 and 24 months. only 12 months for the battery I needed. Ugh! If it goes out in 12 months, free replacement. Gotta find another battery place. Their batteries are have gone downhill!

I came into this store today intending to buy a pressure washer and a man named Lester helped me. He was very dry and unpleasant to deal with. I would expect a better attitude out of retail employees and greeted with a smile at the very least. Not one of the employees acted like they wanted to be there. Will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere. We are ALL going through hard times with covid right now and a smile and good attitude goes a long way. I do not feel welcome at this store.

Place was dirty, floors were not swept, was looking for specific item and ask for customer service. No one to be found to help.Found product but didnt have free battery. Found out that even if they did it doesnt come with battery charger thats an additional$99.

Lots of things to check out & a few that I had to purchase. Good help today from Colin?(sp) who knew about the chainsaw I purchased.

Did not have any song bird food (seed) for wild birds.

Needed a blade for my Stihl pole saw and the gentleman working in that area of the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Told him what size, etc and he quickly retrieved it for me.
