Store is clean, has good products that I like. Staff is hit and miss, some are helpful and some want nothing to do with you. The big reason for 2 stars however is not so much the store as is the companies policy when checking out. You cannot purchase something without giving them your phone number. They want your number, address, etc. Cashier said she could not open her till (I was paying cash) without getting a phone number from me. I go into a store to trade money for products, not end up on someones marketing portfolio. I probably will not shop at any tractor supply until this changes.

TSC has good variety, pretty easy to get in and out of, but how in the world can you call yourself a farm store when you dont open til 8 am ?? I should be done here and back home feeding and working by 8.

I come here for wild bird food, bird feeders, bird houses Etc. They have a great selection of all of them

Always friendly and have the perfect cost saving compressed hay bales that my guinea pigs love, best of all the large bales last months!

We did the contactless pickup yesterday, and it couldnt have gone any smoother. The staff was very fast and friendly, we didnt have to leave the truck or even roll down the window. I plan on using this service when I need something.

Online they said they had a log splitter. We drove 1 1/2 hours. They said they didnt have it and wouldnt go look. Very rude and no customer service.

Had a lot of stuff but very pricey. I know they cant change the cost of much though so I dont hold it against them too much.

Was just in the store to get dog food and the manager isn’t friendly at all. He talks to his employees any kind of way by cussing and treating his employees horrible with customers in the store. No employee should by no means be treated this way this could be the reason why there’s a big turnover in employees. If it wasn’t for needing dog food I would not returned to this store.

Wonderful store and great employees. I went to Tractor Supply in search of Flea treatment for my yard. I found exactly what I needed - as well as a few items I was not expecting. Hot spot medicine for my dog, and dog toys!

Super nice people, very helpful. This store has everything, not just tractors! We went for hay for our bunny and also got two early girl tomato plants. (the best tomatoes ever!). This will definitely be our go to supply store!

Workers are friendly and provide great help. I buy my horse feed and goat feed there. Have bought many other items to include T-posts and miscellaneous items. Sometimes they sell out of my horse brand feed there. The prices are pretty good.

Always well stocked with a large variety of products (not JUST for a farm or ranch). Also, ALL of the staff is ALWAYS very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help a customer...I LOVE TRACTOR SUPPLY!!!

Great Store look good. Everything I bought I returned and had no trouble returning what I bought. They had the shirts that I wanted but not the size that I wanted. Blue denim shirts with SNAP buttons but I couldnt find a medium or small. Large was for a 250 lb gorilla and Im not him.

Love the amazing customer service I always receive, from when I walk in to when I walk out. Their associates are always there to make sure you are finding everything you need, if its not on the shelves they will check in the back stock room. Love shopping here!

Good solid store. It has all the essentials in most every department. I feel like the build quality of the products have different levels to choose from than other stores as well as price options. One of my favorite stores to shop at.

Got what I went to get and a few extra things. Every time I go in there I see something I just have to have yeah right. Nice clean store. Knowledgeable helpful employees. Products are high quality. Ill bet if you go in there they have some stuff you didnt know you needed either. Open till 9 at night.

I needed a trailer hitch for my truck last minute. I was able to get what I needed and it was a great price.

They helped us find what we needed. The workers were kind and considerate.

Have always had good service here but tonight the young lady at the register was very rude. She pretended like she didn’t here me when I asked her a question about the product I was looking for. Then when it was time for me to checkout $89.00, she just pointed at the counter she wanted me to go to (the store was dead, so she was chatting with a co-worker). The next time I go there and she’s there, I’m walking straight back out.

This is not a hardware store. Tractor supply does what they do, very well. Dont be upset when they dont have a float valve for your toilet.

I really like the way they have for the vet care program set up somewhere every Sunday. I like how they have supplies for all kinds of animals, not just one or two. I like their prices and most all of the people working there.

I came in today with my husband and child. My husband bought 3 oils and 2 shirts. The little girl at the register hardly even acknowledged us, besides simply checking out ours items. She wouldnt bag our shirts. I had to ask for that, she then did reluctantly. There were two young gentlemen behind us and when they came to the counter they got a smile and greeting. I called to speak with management but they were cleaning the chicken and left me on hold for 15 minutes. I figured it was probably useless to leave a complaint. Not happy with today!

I would rather drive across town to the other Tractor Supply (near Rudy’s BBQ) then shop at this one(near Whitehouse). The only thing the staff said to me was “do you have a phone number on file” and that was it. It seemed like they were too busy talking with other customers who turned out to be family then to help us. It seemed like this TS was ran by a bunch of kids. The TS near Rudy’s BBQ is way better in comparison. The staff are friendly and make sure you get what you shopped for.

Theres always friendly service to help you find just what you need. The store is always organized and never messy.

Has more materials than the one on the loop in Tyler. Its a little far out for me but Id definitely know to check there if Im having trouble finding something.

Had some erosion control issues that needed fixed. Picked an option that included straw with seeds. No luck so far, but Im still trying. Hope to see some green soon. If not Im sure there will be no problem doing an exchange or refund. If Tractor Supply does have solutions to your problems if you dont see the item you need just ask one of the friendly employees.

This store takes great care of there customers !! Had issue with warranty company but then tractor supply took care of my issue no problem !

If you need feed at a reasonable price this is the best place. Walmart cant beat these prices! If you cant get it at this location there is two more locations one on North Tyler and one on westside.

Went here for a lawnmower Blade and they had it for a good price and very friendly employees.

Fine store so long as you know what you need. Finding someone to help you can be challenging, but theres usually at least one knowledgeable person on staff.

I like the convenience of this store but some of the employees are usually just goofing off

We just bought 5 acres & now we have 2 baby calves & 23 baby chicks. They are so nice here & answer all our questions & hel us when we dont understand something.My husband has never raised animals & has a lot of questions. They are very patient with him & answerall,his questions without seeming irradiated! !Thanks

I had some difficulty locating the brand of dog food I needed and 2 employees offered tohelp. They even lifted the 50lb bag and paced it into my cart, without me having to ask.

We live in Canton Texas.We have to drive to Tyler to pick up Show feed for boilers.If you want to support the local Future Farmers of America and 4H children then help them out by carrying the feed they need.The was told it is not profitable.We drive 40miles the other direction for lamb show feed.
