Great customer service. I spend a lot of time at this store. Minimum of two times a week. Friendly and helpful customer service no matter the shift. Always enjoy going to shop here. Ive made it my new trend

I been going to Harbor Freight for yrs and never had someone to ASK me for my DL to scan to return a 6.99 multmeter with MY RECEIPT. I dont care either, but usually a ID is when a person DONT come in with a RECEIPT. Her name was MEGAN, and I had to ask to get it b4 making this review. I could have just save digging for my RECEIPT, if ALL IS NEEDED is my ID. Never has happen at any store. You ask for 1 or the other, not both.

Found a lot of wish list items. Staff was busy, but quickly stopped to ask if I needed help. When I could not find something, the same staff member courteously assisted me. I will definitely be a repeat customer when in Tyler. There is not a Harbor Freight in Palestine TX.

This harbor freight is bigger than most, and the staff are friendly. But harbor freight, as a whole, is taking away all the good coupons! No more 20% off a single item, no more get this item free with any purchase. The assistant manager said they are lowering prices on everything and kinda getting away from coupons, except for the ones that are emailed out to customers who have their email enrolled in their system.

This store pretty well stocked. My husband shops for things there often and finding shelves low on products. This store was better than others.

They have just about everything you need. I bought some new tarps. Great product and great buy.also some misc. Stuff. Quick checkout. Great prices.

This is the spot to get everything you need at an affordable price. Ive been going here for years and will continue to go here. Cant go wrong.

First time visiting this place and I was very impressed with not only the selection, but the customer service that was provided to me. The gentlemen that helped me to locate the item was a looking knew exactly where it was, and was eager to help. Megan, the cashier was pleasant and very eager to provide great customer service. Its good place my husband like the store. It does have what he needs. Use to go to Harbor Freight when we lived in California, it was nice that they brought one to Tyler several years back.

Love this place, plenty of man stuff there and good prices too. Got this 3x5 US flag for $6.99 most places would be closer to $20. Yes it is made in China but what isnt? These flags are really made well, last one outlasted the American made flags i was getting.

Great prices, very good selection. Customer service isn’t over the top but adequate. But you don’t really expect that when prices are this low. This pretty good quality for the price.

Manager on duty was not very polite when I asked him for help today. The store needed to be restocked. The only reason I gave them a 3 star was for the nice person that check me out. Im not sure I will return.

Some of the staff is under prepared and they lack of knowledge. The deals are great but the quality is a little better than mediocre. You always get a little more than what you pay for here, tools are cheap here. If its a quick fix that you are looking for, they have the tools but they are not tools you expect to last. They brake easily but you return most of them and they replace them without a problem.

Always have great deals.

Normally I love Harbor Freight, but this morning they did something I couldnt believe. Right now they have a promotion where if you spend $50 or more you can get a little watertight storage box for $5. The cashier had already checked me out and I paid and asked what about the box. He said they would honor the promotion, and tried to ring it up, but it was charging full price. He tried several times and called a blond woman up who I assume was the manager. She told him it had to be on the original ticket so they would not honor the promotion. She wouldnt look or even speak to me with a sorry or anything. This woman needs to be a stocker at Walmart or something where she doesnt have to deal with people, definitely doesnt have the people skills to be a manager.

Great deals, got a heavy duty buffer and polisher in 1 machine for 60$. Cant beat that #chicagoelectric

If you are thinking about buying there tool boxes don’t if your not wanting it. I ordered one a month ago I was told 2-3 week which they have 42 of them in South Carolina warehouse which they will not let you pick them up. Now today I called and was told July 11 before I can get it. And subject to change. Just something to think about.

This store is better than most as far as inventory is concerned. Even with the COVID-19 situation, it still stays relatively well stocked. The weak point is the lack of front end employees at the checkout. Line is usually 5-8 people long with only 1 of the 4 registers open. (Sometimes two).

Harbor Freight Tools is our go to tool store. We always make a special trip to this store when visiting Tyler, Texas. It is always clean and well organized. The prices are so good and we live that soe ials are on things a person really can use and not just fluff. Everyone worker had on a mask and was wearing it properly. The cashier also wore gloves. We felt very safe shopping here. We highly recommend Harbor Freight Tools.

Good value and nice staff but sometimes the website says they carry things that individual stores do not. Ran into that problem today.

Unfortunately they never have what I need in stock even though it shows online but they do and if they have it in stock its not the price described online I much rather go to Lowes or Home Depot

Cheap tools at affordable price . Not always quality tools but they are cheap and good enough for at least one job .

If you need decent quality tool at bargain price, this place is hard to beat... Not everything is a great buy, it is my favorite place to get single use power tools, though that may change with the arrival of Hart at WM. There are some really good quality tools to be had like the predator generators though.
