Never in my life have I left a review, but I want to do this review. . I was literally almost deaf and they have helped me hear again. My doctor had suggested I get cochlea implants but I thought I would try hearing aids. I discovered Miracle-Ear in Tyler Texas. Let me tell you, I have never had a hearing test so thorough. I ended up getting the most amazing hearing aids which allowed me to finally hear again so I could return to the workforce. The staff that works in that office are absolutely incredible and very friendly. Do yourself a favor, if you need hearing aids go to Miracle-Ear in Tyler Texas. I promise you will be glad you did.

My husband and I followed Claire to Miracle Ear because shes the best! She was always so patient and took such good care of my husband. After he passed away, she changed the settings of his hearing aids to fit my needs and I can now hear better than ever before! Clair stays up to date on the latest technology and I love being able to stream phone calls, music and television audio directly to my hearing aids. She really went the extra mile for me, and Im so thankful for Clair and her caring staff!

I came in looking for hearing aids for my wife. Claire And Rhonda are so knowledge about hearing aids. They were always willing to see us any time we needed help. The hearing aids I am using have brought me into a new era of hearing. The digitizing screen/graph displays the gain in my hearing. Its truly remarkable and noticeable both to me and my wife.The learning curve is augmented by Clairs expertise and experience. Regular appointments are needed to both learn how to use and take care of the devices. An added aspect is using my iPhone to adapt the input volume when necessary. Rhonda showed us my progress in hearing loss that had been recovered.Have them evaluate your hearing and let them show you how they can help.I highly recommend Miracle Ear to help you with your hearing loss.

I recently visited this location for a hearing test. I am relatively young to be concerned about hearing issues so I was a little nervous about what the diagnosis might be. Very nice people with amazing costumer service. Clean facility with snacks and a coffee bar provided in the waiting room. Who doesn’t love that?Calling them and scheduling an appointment was extremely easy. For sure my to go to people regarding hearing expertise.

My Dad is 83 and he had hearing aids but was not using them. Rhonda and Susan met with us and with Claires help he received a complete hearing exam and they took the time to listen to my Dad and they figured out what was wrong and adjusted his hearing aids so they work for him again.On the drive home he comments how loud the turn signal was in my truck...he had never heard that before. Claire Jolly and her staff have always been top notch courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly to us. But this year proved to be the icing on the cake so to speak. We had to make an emergency trip out of state and my husband lost one of his hearing aids this summer and was devastated at the thought of possibly having to purchase a new set or even one for that matter. We got on the phone with Claire and she immediately got the ball rolling and had a brand new aid to replace the lost one. Her office handled all the insurance red tape for us and he was hearing again in a matter of a couple of days!
