I enjoy going to Beltone in Tyler not just because of great service but the fact that the employees are so helpful and always happy and eager to do what it takes to satisfy their customers. Kim Dunigan’s business card notes that she is a Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner, a Senior Master.We visited Kim’s Beltone office in Tyler today. She certainly is all that, plus Kim is skillful, friendly & charming.My 100 yr-young Dad has enjoyed his Beltones for a year+. But like a biological clock, every three months his ears continuously produce enough wax to block the Beltone’s clarity.So today, ( live via a tv-screen ) we watched Kim quickly, carefully & precisely probe-out his ear- wax with her microscopic camera/backhoe.. Simply amazing to see! ...with no pain or invasiveness, while following her gentle & efficient control inside his tiny ear canals, so very close to his eardrum. .When Kim finished, Dad heard with perfect clarity thru his Beltones once again.Thanks to you Kim, Dad & I are looking forward to returning in another three months.

Service and office in Tyler with employs are the greatest ever. How ever price of aids plus batteries are out rages. By the time you get them paid gainfor your heaaring has changed and probably need new ones. Will not pay $6000 again.
