I cannot imagine wearing hearing devices without the support of Coy Weems at the Hearing Center at Eyecare Associates. This morning for example, I accompanied my husband for an eye appointment. It was a very early appointment and we live 50 miles away. We encountered Coy in the parking lot. I didnt have an appointment with him, but he invited me in to have a quick checkup and device cleaning. How thoughtful of him to accommodate my time/travel distance. And in the first place, he put me in the proper device for my hearing loss so that the occasional cleaning or tweak is all I ever need. Thank you, Coy!

I set up a quick-notice appointment to check the functionality and performance of my hearing aids after using the devices for a full year. Coy was very responsive to my request and was able to check the devices and show me some additional cleaning tips using a can of pressurized air to remove some trapped moisture that significantly improved the performance of the hearing aids. We could not get the hearing aids to work to my expectations and I received a full refund. The particular aids I chose had issues but the organization stood behind their product. Coy tried very hard but I think that the manufacturer released them to soon.
