This place definitely has amazing ice cream. I love the unique flavors. You can tell the ice cream is freshly made. Love all the topping options provided. This place is pricey but definitely worth it.

Workers were nice but not informed or educated on the app waited for 11 minutes fir them to try to figure out how to give me my birthday reward. Ended up asking cant you just type the birthday amount offmauall she also stated just as she did with the app I dont know how, wont be back. Will use munchies always great customer service there.

Place is trash and over priced.. my flavor of choosing didn’t taste like it was suppose to be.. better off going to Braums or Dairy Queen .. should’ve known better..

Went in today and was immediately welcomed with great service from the tall hispanic man with curly hair (wish I had gotten his name). He was very kind and asked me how my day was doing as he mixed the candies into my ice cream. Definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

Friendly service and great ice cream.

I was there not too long ago, maybe a day or two. and there was this woman who was harassing this young Hispanic male. The young man kept his composure and tried to keep her from freaking out. She ended up complaining to the manager saying that he was rude and incompetent at his job. But I suggest otherwise.

I came into this marble slab a few weeks ago and was not to happy. I have come in before this and got great service from the lovely ladies that work there but when I came in on that day there was this tall and wide hispanic guy that served me. There was this lovely hispanic lady in front of me and he gave her excellent service than he came to me (a white woman) and was very rude and unwelcoming to me. He acted like he really didnt want to take my order. While he was making my icecream this employee from the back came came and checked me out and had excellent customer service. The guy makinging my ice cream then went to help the hispanic family behind me and then all of a sudden was miraculously possessed with good customer service. I feel as those the state that this country is in stuff like this should NOTTTTT be excepted and if i was the boss i would not allow this under my watch!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another thing I noticed while I was there is that he was also very rude and pushy with his coworkers and it looked like it created a hostile work environment. I have never had such a bad experience like this with marble slab before and was very taken back. This place has great ice cream and it is such a shame how one employee can turn it into a negative experience.

My fiancée and I went in to what appeared to be an empty store (mind you the store was still open). While we were reading the menu and trying to look at the flavour options, three people came to the front and we were immediately bombarded (by all three) with questions about what we wanted. It was as if we were being rushed to order without time to figure out what we actually wanted. The entire staff working at that time was unwelcoming. My fiancée went in to ask them for a bowl for my cone, and was given dirty looks by the person manning the counter. We sat in our car to eat our ice cream and watched all three staff members disappear to the back until someone came back to the front after another customer entered.

The ice cream is great! Place is clean...but the staff there arent the most welcoming... Almost seems like they loathe working there... never break a smile...I bought a quart of ice cream to-go... Got home to find out it was half empty...They didnt pack the ice cream down when they filled it... pretty disappointing

Third times the charm, haven’t been able to have the banana split. bananas were bruised... first time they were out of bananas second time they were still green. Maybe Next time I’m bringing my own banana from home :)All their ice cream is still delicious thou!

The ice cream is good, but the hours are never consistent or right. The people arent super nice either. Im just tired of driving up, and it not being open even though they say they are.

I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the ice cream. The service is a bit slow normally because one person runs the front area but of all the times Ive visited this establishment I have gotten exactly what i desired. This is truly a great place to stop and share in a great experience.

I LOVE marble slab. Has always been a favorite of mine but today, I am disappointed. I was NOT greeted when we walked in; she rolled her eyes and asked us what we wanted rudely. It was 8 minutes till close so she was annoyed. Name being Lilyssa. I asked for a 1 scoop and she did half of what it’s supposed to be. When I asked for toppings, she rolled her eyes and poured bit scooped toppings because they didn’t have spoons. My boyfriend orders his. He did the same, 1 scoop, she mixed his toppings and put it in a kids cup. Didn’t ask if he wanted a cone, he did. And threw away the extra ice cream that didn’t fit because he ordered a 1 scoop not a kids. They were rude and I will not be back, this ice cream is WAY to expensive to not get what I’m asking and paying for, and to be treated crappy, it was not closing time. Actually I will be back to a marble slab, just not this location. I’ll wait till I’m on another town.

This staff here are very SORRY, I asked for a waffle cone and the black lady told me nope we dont have any. My husband said told her thats the whole reason we came here, because I wanted a waffle cone. He noticed they had a bowl and asked if i wanted that.After we sat down she offered to make a waffle cone to other people.

If you post youre open until 10 PM, you shouldnt have 90% of the options put up at 9:30 PM. Not to mention being treated like youre coming in after hours.

I am the new General Manager at this location and highly recommend the product to anyone. I used to work for Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins at all three locations for Tyler, Kilgore and Nacogdoches. Nothing beats the quality and customer service like Marble Slab! I am so excited to meet new people and give such great product. My goal is to get more people to come visit us, so please spread the word!! I am willing to do anything and everything to make sure that our customers leave happy.
