I have used automatic gas for years. New name now Gas and supply. I called on a Saturday expecting to have to leave a voice mail like usual. No voice mail set up or answering service to accept the call.Business hours show 7:30 -5:00 Mon.-Friday. Info when found on internet is 24/7 What’s the deal ?Previous company would arrange delivery on Saturday if needed with no additional charges.Please address this issue for your customers. Their would be no business for you without us as your customer.

I called 4 times still no gas.Gale answers on the 4th call tells me theres no record of any calls.

My wife ordered on Friday, was told no delivery til Monday...Here it is Monday and no gas...Called and get told it will be Wednesday...I call and get after hours answering service and get told if I want gas now its an additional $150. for emergency delivery....you going to reimburse me for what now will be 2 days of lost income because you require someone home at time of delivery? You can rest assured Ill be all over social media with this...
