We rent from united all over America an this location is the worse location by far. I called this morning to ask when my equipment would be delivered they said between 9 an 10. 10 o clock came an no delivery. I called an same guy lied an said I told you between 10 an 11. But that doesnt even matter. When we reserved this a week ago we said deliver by 10. Total bs an unprofessional!

Called about renting an air compressor Because mine is down for maintenance. They didn’t have one available but spent 20-30 min asking their technician questions and calling their vendors to help me solve my maintenance issues. Definitely went the extra mile to help me even though they were not going to be making any money off of it. Great service!
