Ive been going to these since they were Kinkos, the FedEx Kinkos. Oh about 30 yrs. Always great service always can do what I need to do. Get in and get out.

This was the most unprofessional business I have dealt with! Melissa was extremely dismissive when asked about an order that was delayed and rather lack luster, (my fault on size was thinking larger)When asked about no notification of the store being closed, she was rude and very dismissive. Kevin the manager was very clueless to what was going on. I would have purchased anyway if they were not so rude about things when I asked. I chose to go back in and get the prints, I asked and mentioned maybe letting their customers know that their orders would be delayed, they said it was an emergency evacuation due to a “chemical spill” I’m not going to write them off completely, but really should look into better customer service and procedures in closing the store.

I had 6 important papers to be fax before.the deadline of 5 pm. I got there in time and paid a lot of money to have these papers faxed, but the two employees were holding a conversation and only 5ofbthe 6 papers got faxed!Now I may have to start all over again and not with fax, but fill out a bunch of paperwork and go in person to the place for the paperwork then be on waiting until someone calls me. All because of.one paper not being faxed as a result of employee neglegeance. Im beyond angry right now.

I have come into this office often and they are always super nice and courteous. They tend to have printing orders ready before the scheduled time which has been great! Great company!

I shipped twice within a 2-day period, and now I understand why the negative reviews are valid. In short, the short manager Keith, made gross assumptions regarding the validity of my transactions...even going as far as pulling out his employee handbook, in an effort to somehow certify his stupidity. Overall, the experience was horrible to say the least. With managers like Keith, one can only expect less than or equal to from his subordinates. I will also ensure to follow-up with FedEx Corporate, as encounters such as these shouldnt go undocumented.

Always very friendly staff not only to myself, but to other customers. Willing to help before even being asked to help. The store hours work very well for my schedule because they are open from early in the morning to late in the evening throughout the week. They are also open 7 days a week. Couldnt ask for a better accommodation for a busy person. Best FedEx in town by far. I have used other ones in Tyler and they have terrible attitudes and took very long taking care of me only. Would always recommend.

We have done business with Kinkos (now FedEx) for many years. They have always been great to work with, VERY helpful and superb results! Yesterday they went above and beyond!!! Especially Manager Keith Skender! We had placed a large business card order and when I called after a few days to see if I could pick them up, I was told they had to outsource the printing to give us that great rate we received. I was disappointed as the pickup date was scheduled for 1 day after we were leaving for our annual 3-day Conference for Texas Wineries! The helpful girl I was speaking to told me to wait and see what her manager said. SO Keith Skender said they would print me some quickly and how many did I want: 100, 200 or what?!?!! I was shocked. I picked up 100 cards (see the picture) and there was NO CHARGE! Again, I was shocked and SO appreciative! What wonderful service!!! Thanks again, FedEx (Kinkos!)

At 8:30pm on 8/4/2019 there were still customers faxing and copying papers. I walked in asked for assistance in scanning in a document to email to recipient that wouldnt take 10 minutes and the man refused my service by telling me sorry were closed my machines are turned off come back tomorrow at 7am.Great way to do business even tho you still had customers in the store.

The customer service here is not worthy of one star! Dont expect to receive assistance if you are disabled either.The only employee I had a decent experience with was Addy.It appears to be a numbers game here. In other words this store is all about up selling services. I witnessed an employee tell a customer that their box wasnt sufficient. That she was worried that the customers box would get damaged and possibly the contents. The parcel had electronics in it. So after a little back and forth the customer gave in. She paid for a fed ex box and a packing fee. As soon as the customer left the building the employee threw the box down onto the carpet and against the Wall.They damaged my package too when loading it.Never again will I use fed ex!

Lydia is always the first person to greet you when you walk in from my experiences. She has a smile on her face and is very approachable. Excellent customer service!

I wished there was a zero stars, because they dont deserve one. No help at all. To damn lazy to get out from behind a desk. Some guy finally wandered out after I spent 2 dollars for nothing. He was barely help at all. Finally figured it out from online directions. But it wouldnt print the document...................complete failure............warning do not come here for help or a document printing

Took a document to be faxed to a facility in Canton. Sounds easy right? Three different employees including the Manager could not get document to go though blankly looking at me saying there was no answer yet I called in front of them on my cell allowing them to hear the machine on the other end answer and respond in fax language. Each time a blank stare from the employee and Manager. I may not be a rocket scientist but pretty easy to figure problem was on the FedEx end. If these folks cant send a simple fax, you want to trust them with a major job? Not me, in the 45 minutes I spent here, wasting time, I could have spent a few bucks and driven it. So much for convience.

Chase was great to work with. Its nice to get polite service these days.

I was sending a package to Canada and Brad was helping me and together we were trying to figure everything out for my package and as I was filling out paperwork Karen interjects and tells Brad that I have to fill out somewhere else because they have a line. Karen is very rude because he was assisting a customer. Brad was excellent help on the other hand.

The young lady at the counter was very helpful and kind. Id recommend this FedEx office to anyone.

Horrible service and also incompetent people I took some cameras to there store to ship to Houston and ended up back at my house the very next day when I called about it they told me theyd pick it up Tuesday and never did so I called them again and they said they would pick it up today but didnt so I had to drive back over to the store to fix the problem they couldnt solve
