Absolute terrible experience, not once but twice. Sent out a package for Christmas and it showed delivered but didn’t deliver for roughly two weeks due to a mistake on their end and package never showed tracking number. Was just a mystery.Then recently sent my husband a package, I did not decide to do two day delivery, but I was informed it would be there in 2 days. I then inform him when to drive to the UPS pick up location which is two hours from where he is working. He arrives and no package is there. I then contact UPS Tyler, they apologize for their mistake and inform me that the packages will be there the following week. Not only have the packages switched delivery dates 2-3 times but one package is lost in route with an invalid tracking number.Then when you call to check on what is going on, you get nothing but complete disrespect and attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience, time after time with them.
I went to the UPS Store on August 4, 2021. I mailed some Vitamins to my Sister in rural TYLER. Paid for services. As of August 14th, no package delivered. I called the UPS STORE on OLD BULLARD RD., to inquire about my package. They claimed it was delivered on August 13th.They acted carefree and nonchalant regarding my item.I have called and called, and gotten nowhere. It seems to be a lot of juveniles working there, but they are full fleged adults.I recently had surgery and didnt want to go out there. I misplaced the tracking #. I do have a bank statement where they withdrew my $.These Vitamins cost me $95.00 for 3 months worth. I will never go to this UPS again. Sorry service. Useless.

Tried to sent a hunting scope in for repairs and they refused…claim they needed a “special “ license…I call BS….I had it packed and boxed..just needed a label….went to FedEx… they were great

Great customer service! Very quick and was very helpful in explaining the label requirements for returning an extended battery for my phone. Employee was wearing her mask appropriately (covering nose and mouth) as was I! At this time, when we are all trying to keep contact down and stay healthy, she offered great comfort. Thank you for requiring your employees to wear masks! I will be back.
Not only where they 7 dollars more than Usps, they wanted me to buy a new box because mine wasn’t good enough! I try and give this place business and it’s just terrible. My box had logos that “ violated their code“ understandably so let’s cover it with some colored tape?! Nope not good enough. And I’m told this after I’ve been standing there through all the questions address name price I even had to give them my drivers license. I do not recommend this location unless you want to over pay and buy one of there boxes!
They charge $2.16 for a shipping label print out That has been paid for by a client. SCAM. GO TO FED EX BETTER. And the fat white girl there wants to argue with you! Sarcastic and rude.
Exceptionally patient workers! I walked in with about twenty Amazon returns, and they were very patient as I pulled up each of the scanning bar codes on my phone. I was in and out of the store about four times with all my boxes. They were very kind and helpful as I tried to keep all my boxes snd return codes straight:)
They need to post that some services had different hours somewhere then rest of store
I have used this store many times over the years, mostly for my business and they always come through for me. Especially since Amanda has taken over as manager, my business cards or other printing needs are done promptly and professionally. I always get a great price, quoted in advance. As for the other workers, I have always had a pleasant experience. I will continue to use them for all of my printing needs and the one on the Loop 323 is really awesome too. Very nice folks!
10/27/2020 I was supposed to receive a very expensive package. I got a notification that it was dropped in front of my garage. I look outside and no package to be found. I have cameras all around my house so the driver cant say he/she delivered it to me. I called the customer service and they sent a link to my email to file a claim. For some reason the website is not working right. Hmm imagine that. I wish the driver would do his/her job and deliver to the correct address. I will be using FedEx for now on.....
Says Delivery attempted today at 9:28 PM got the notification at 8:19 two cars in the drive way and you have the nerve to say that a attempt was made an HOUR before it hit even 9
So happy to have this store nearby. They are so good a packing my artwork and some crazy oversized woodworking projects. My most recent was a 5 ft long wall art sign, cursive writing and semi fragile. They created a box, packed it well and had reasonable pricing to get it shipped! Beat any other way I searched by far. Excellent staff!
Things went fine during the installation of the base. They wanted to know if I wanted the old mattress on the bed. I told them No, that I had a new mattress. I had it on a dolly and moved it to the bedroom door. I told them this is the new mattress. The older guy moved it into the bedroom and placed it on the floor at the end of the bed. The younger guy was already into the truck starting the motor. I stopped the other guy as he was walking to the truck. I asked him if they were going to help me with the mattress and he said nope.When I bought this mattress I was promised that if I had the new mattress the ones who installed the base would undo the mattress and place on the bed. No such luck.I do hope you all would get your directions straight. If this promise was made in order for me to buy your product that is a sorry way to do business. Please correct whoever was wrong in this transaction.
After my father passed I had some art to ship to Washington state. The crew walked me through exactly how they would pack and protect the art. Days later the boxes exactly how they described it would. In perfect condition to be enjoyed for years to come. Thank you for delivering on the promise.
Fast competent staff. If you need 1 copy or a thousand they do it fast and efficiently. You can also rent a mailbox with a street address. Use a computer. Make your own copies. Or just ask them to do it and they gladly will. Value price for executive service.
Matt @ UPS on Old Bullard Rd did an outstanding job of customizing a business card for me. He incorporated all the categories that I wanted included on it. He texted me a draft & I requested that he change the background color from orange to blue. It exceeded my expectations and I really appreciate the outstanding result that Matt achieved. I highly recommend this store & Matt for custom work.
I have been using The UPS Store on Bullard Road for over seven years and have always had excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, cheerful, helpful, and very efficient in handling my shipping and my Notary needs. I use this store on a regular basis and would highly recommend this store to anyone. And for me, absolutely, this store earns a Five Stars!
Customer service is terrible. They are really nothing more than a drop box. Don’t expect them to help with anything else. If your package is late they send you to UPS and UPS will refer you right back to the drop location. The other location on the loop is equally as bad. Need UPS supplies ... out of luck. They just happen not to carry them, but they will sell you something similar. What a joke!
The guy who helped me mail my package was not the issue, he was great and helped me quickly. However there was a woman who was being abnormally loud, telling some story about a stripper. This was alarming and unprofessional. Then when we were leaving and my fiancé is trying to shut the door. The door is one of those automatic ones, but is not labeled as such, and so he was just trying to make sure it shut. Well this same woman decided to yell at him 3 times that the door will shut on its own and she was very rude about it.
I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE USING THIS STORE (Sep 9, 2019)This is the most unprofessional store I have ever been to, and the most incompetent people I have ever seen. I literally can not believe they recieve a paycheck. Every Package I have ever mailed from this location has either been destroyed or delivered to the wrong address. (The lady at this location that works there even insisted several times that my packages were going to get messed up or destroyed.)
Customer service is not that great from majority of workers. Ridiculous shipping quotes (took two weeks to mail an envelope two states away for a price of 13$). Sometimes I think they intentionally try to give me the highest crappiest shipping rate and label it as economy. As far as shipping dates, theyre pretty consistent and reliable.
I use this store on a regular basis to ship a variety of packages and have NEVER had a single issue. They even helped me send care packages to a deployed friend of mine. The associates are patient, courteous, and great at their job. They make shipping easy.
Place is a joke. Utter waste of time if you need to do business with UPS. And just in case any of you out there are under the misrepresentation that this is a UPS store, let me provide you with a direct quote from whatever keyholder was on duty this afternoon, 08/07/2018, at about 16:00, that may clear up any misunderstanding and also give more credence and hopefully life to the very sad reviews this place has earned.I was told, and I quote, This is NOT a UPS store. Were just a an independently owned franchise and we dont offer most of UPSs services. If you need to do business with UPS, you need to go to a UPS location. We dont even have access to their computers. Theres just nothing we can do.Well, I wish THAT had been printed on the website.I had written instructions FROM UPS that if I couldnt make a home pick up, that ANY UPS Store location would be able to take care of it if I gave them the paper. Of course, that was a not true. Sure is strange that the one on Hwy. 64 has never one time had an issue with it.Furthermore, I didnt appreciate the way the child at the counter passive/aggressively slammed my package down on his little scale when he was forced to at least try and do his job. Yea, I noticed that, and the only reason I gave him a punk pass on it was because I was in an urgent time crunch situation or else I would have corrected the situation right there.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!If youre reading this, then you already have Google and know there are plenty of places within a roughly 1 mile area that will appreciate your business and have a much higher customer service ethic.
The staff is incredibly lazy and rude, we use UPS for the shipping of our business but wont be anymore. They literally look like they are all drugged out. Told the girl at the counter that my shipping printer broke so she asked me to email it and finally after her being in the back doing God knows what when 2 other staff members were upfront. Finally, when miss thang came back my husband had to speak up and say hey can you check that email. Like he was just hanging out still in the store for no reason but to just hang out. We have a business to run and if we treated our customers that way, wed be out of business. Sorry, that they arent happy to be there but if a business is to be ran properly, customer service is ESSENTIAL.
I had good service once, but every other time the employees have been apathetic and I feel awkward asking for help. I also feel like the prices are unusually high. I hate the USPS, but it seriously cuts shipping prices and even times to go there instead of this UPS store.
I dont understand the complaints about rudeness. I go there occasionally to ship things off for work. Not once have I got anything short of excellent service. A couple days ago they even carried something in for me and took pains to make sure they knew what was needed to pack everything properly. I highly recommend, they make shipping headache free for me.
Despite my tight timeline, this bunch was very helpful, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind - they are my “go to” shipping stop ...

I visited this location on 6/28/2018. I had 8 boxes of computers and testing material. I went into the store and asked if they had a cart. I was given a dolly, and I headed back to my car. I unloaded the bigger boxes on the dolly, and I ran out of room for two of the smaller boxes. I decided to carry the other two and use my other hand for the dolly. I had everything about half way across the parking lot and lost it, but got everything stacked again and off I go. I stuggled getting the dolly over the curve, and I had to unstack some items to make it work. I then get it stacked back up and had to open the door for myself to find the man inside leaning gainst the counter watching. I have been to this location before, and he was the same way. He has dark hair and on the shorter side. I visited the store at 5:17 pm, so if UPS wants to do anything about it they could. I think I will just stick with FedEx going forward.
