When ever I go to pick up my T-Mobile Tuesday Goodies they are always out but I can see each other passing expressions to say we ran of it always . Me and my boyfriend Went to get the Blanket . The guy said ran out of it . But the girl was about to say to get it from inside.What’s the point of getting T-Mobile every Tuesday if you don’t serve us what you market .

Terrible overpriced cell service and then wants to continue to harass me after terminating my business relationship with T-Mobile and being refunded 80 dollars T-Mobile keeps sending me a bill and threatened to take it to collections

This is a real T-Mobile store. You no longer have to drive to Santa Rosa to get your questions answered or receive amazing deals. It operates just like any T-Mobile store. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service.

I wish I didnt have to write this review. I called ahead to make sure I could come in to get a mobile hotspot. I showed up 30 mins later to find out the promo plan I wanted expired upon arrival. If I had known that I would have just ordered online and got what I wanted. Never was even offered a simple apology for the miscommunication.

Everyones super helpful and kind. Appreciate the gentlemen working there named Rolando went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted 💯
