Night cashier working the register closest to the door at 9:25pm on 7/28/2021, approximately 5 ft. 4, brunette hair in a ponytail, is very rude and does not give your company a good image. The employees talk about customers right in front of a whole line of ppl and it’s really awkward. This cashier from last night in particular also barks at people and acts like she is annoyed by the presence of customers who are just trying to buy items and get through the day like any other human being. The staff could learn some kindness and basic customer service skills. You don’t have to be over the top friendly, but basic human kindness shouldn’t be so lacking

I enjoy shopping at Family Dollar. Everything is good quality, inexpensive and fits my budget. Sometimes items are out of stock, but they quickly stock up again which is great.

Great selection of every day products, including clothing, cosmetics, home wares, toys, DIY and food. Prices are affordable and usually cheaper than elsewhere. During peak times there are not enough cashiers available and long lines. Customer service by the store staff is a hit and miss.

Store is okay. But have you checked out the app? Its quite funny. They have coupons that save you 50 cents and 25 cents... so my question is... who really is trying to save the money here??? Lol 😆

The store policy is to leave your personal belongings on the floor by the door that includes your wallet your medication and basically everything that you have with you.This is absolutely crazy and illegal things to do and expect from the customers.What they should do is to hire a security guard to the store and not having customers throw in the things on the floor dirty floor pandemic with all the belongings.Considering to Seek attorney for this matter.

They had everything I wanted and the store is very clean not to mention the workers are very pleasant and helpful.

Its a chain store but its very convenient. They have every day items very cheap, its clean, and the employees are courteous and helpful. Heres a tip though: dont go there during the after work hours 6-8pm. The checkout line will literally go around the store. Best time to go is the morning hours 8-10am.

Fantastic selection. Unlike most Dollar stores that confine their wares to $1 buys, these guys keep branded merchandise. Probably best to refer to them as a budget or value store.

Good inventory great prices

The staff and employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. My friends and I were going to purchase some items from the Family Dollar and they continued to harass us for no explainable reason. Telling us that if we werent going to purchase anything we were going to have to leave the store. We did not do anything wrong or do any distributive behaviour in the store to get treated in this manor. We ended up not buying anything because of our treatment: The bald elder man gave us attitude because he accused us of trying to use spray to vandalise. We were just looking for things to use for school. This treatment cannot go unnoticed and should not be tolerated. A customer is a customer no matter their age. Respect should be given and should be necessary. Inappropriate and immature behaviour from grown employees toward young high school students should not be tolerated.

Love this store it has everything you need. Love the outdoor items for spring and summer. Horrible! Horrible cashiers and customer service. So rude!Dont even try to ask a question, you only get dirty looks and no answer.

For the most part the employees are just plain rude. They dont understand customer service they have two doors on the store but they only have one unlocked thats dangerous. And the store is always a mess

For people in the neighborhood, it is a cheap and convenient place to pick up daily necessities and other food items. For whatever one has in mind. Plus the employees are locals and very friendly.

Store has amazing prices and a wide variety but the some workers there are ignorant people. They talked about me in Spanish thinking i was not Hispanic. This is very unprofessional and humiliating. They want customers to buy fromThere they need to show some respect.

Very nice cashiers they are usually very busy when I go and they never show signs of stress or hurriedness they are nice and patient also say their keyword Next!bad thing is that some of their foods and candy dry goods are expired I never notice until im home now on Ill check but they should have to rotate stock regularly customers shouldnt have to check to be sure items arent expired

Horrible customer service. There’s an older man who walks around I guess stocking shelves who is extremely rude. Not once but every time I come here he is so upset that people are shopping here. The line is always extremely long. It’s messy. Cashiers are rude and on their phones. It’s just the worst experience every time I go there. So unfortunate because I live 2 blocks from the store on 48th street in Union City.

Certain employees are terribly rude, the last few times Ive been there they havent had plastic bags so they put my items in garbage bags, a lot of items are expired CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING and the place is usually messy but there are some very nice employees and they have good prices
