Worst customer service ever. I had ordered for delivery and I did not receive my order at the time slot I was given. After calling the store multiple times (11 times to be exact) and finally connecting with someone on the call the lady told me they have canceled the delivery for that day. I asked the lady politely why wasn’t I being informed about it she simply hung up on me. And the store had charged my card without attempting to make my delivery. I won’t be shopping here again and I would advise others not to either.

Cleanliness was an issue. Ants running all over the place. Walked out after seeing ants and cobwebs.

I have a good experience in spice house they have customer service, the lady there is very helpful if I have a question she is answers it right away and there samosa is good, i love it, I always loved to drop by there to buy something because there warm welcoming

Good store. When you are calling for inquiry do not answer the phone on the other hand they put the phone on side so no one able to call. It happen on 8/21/20

Great selection

The new young guys who work there now need more training. Instead of helping us put our stuff in the bags, they are busy talking with their friends. They are not helpful at all. My mom goes there regularly and never had complains before. The owners are never there now but they should know about this situation.

The lady working there always has a bad attitude. She threw my vegetables on the ground and damaged them and tried to put them back in the grocery bag as if I didn’t notice. So irresponsible and rude. She should know how hard it is to make money and during covid to NOT pick up food from the ground and put it in my bag.

One of the only places that gave firecrackers during Diwali. It’s a very nice people with good owner. Good options for Indian groceries.

This store sale the expire products they didnt removed expired stuff from shelf because they cheated the customers because they wana sell their expired products

You get a nice variety of Indian vegetables at this place. Samosa is 79 cents each and you get both mint chutney and tamarind chutney. The prices are reasonable.

They have a lot of items on the shelves and floors. Thats a preference for some and maybe not for others. Too many choices too little time.

They have a decent size store for quick grocery shopping if you live in the eden shores area. However it is hard to find the entrance to this store if you follow the google maps instructions . The vegetables seem to be kind of old . Not a bad place if you need to quickly pick up some ethnic spices

Indian spices up to the top

The lady that works there has a really bad attitude. She shouts on customers for no reason. Gives a very bad look.Had a very bad experience. My friends and i used to like going to this store because it’s nearby and has almost everything we need. Now we doubt going here.

Big issue, lots of people park car near the store door, actually there no parking space. Its empty space, Please mark Red or No Parking around the stores door.

It is an Indian grocery store in Union City that I have shopped at for decades. It is one of the very first of its kind among the many others in the south bay that I became aware of, and still shop for Indian and Ayurvedic products every now and then.

Every time u go there, u will find that they r just doing business, no greeting, no smile, they do not care abt d customer. Even the price are different on the product still they go as per their price. I think they are taking advantage of being alone in this area for spices or indian stuff.

Its a decent Indian store near our house, if you go to Costco Hayward this is very close so best to do both at once, they carry most of the items as other Indian stores but would love to see more items added
