I went there and I must say that location looks incredible the store was nice and clean. The customer service representative was very nice. The shelves were neatly arranged and I found everything I was looking for. Although a bit far away from meIll definitely be returning.

Rudest manager ive ever seen. She makes a scene instead of personally addressing her customers. She should be retrained in communication and Her uneducated ignorance is not becoming of her. hopefully she can learn a more proper and efficient way of communication rather than her display of pure disrespect and ghetto attitude.

Absolutely NO lanudry detergent, NO dish detergent, shelves empty, what a waste of time.

Love the convience of the fast Service and the low prices on the necessity to have a good quality of life

The cashier greeted me when i entered. There appeared to be someone stocking the shelves but the items i needed were not available. This is a very old location i assume because the parking lot is in desperate need of repaving.

This store is getting better. It has cleaned up. They are trying to keep current stock on the shelf. Manager and staff are very friendly.

When me and my family visit this store it is always clean. It is easy to find what we are looking for. the associates try to move as fast as they can when assisting you and they are very friendly..

Very crowded, dirty, and too small for all the products that are crammed into this small store. There is also one cashier with a line stretch back to the back of the store. There is no intercom service so cashier yells across looking for the other cashier. Very unprofessional.

The service was decent. The person who I thought was a security guard was actually a drug dealer With his own cheer Outside the front door. This is very important be sure to lock your vehicle and it’s best to park near the front door

Never have name brand seasoning.always out of what I like.have to go elsewhere for 24 case at reasonable price. No prices on items.prices on shelves says one price then register says another

This was the second time in this store. The clerk was more than accommodating, she lifted heavy items from my cart because I am an elderly man, also with physical disabilities. Seems very courteous and has a good understanding of customer relations. Most people dont have pride in their job. I wished that I had asked her name. But when you go there, youll see it for yourself.

I felt the need and Updated my original post↪Dollar General in Union City.... New management has turned this store around. You are greeted when you walk in, I can usually get through the isles without falling on something, the entire staff can not only answer most of your questions they do so without any attitude. They still keep their shelves stocked, items are priced appropriately and where they are suppose to be. I still refused to give 5 stars because of the usual wait time during ✔ out. I must say it has greatly improved though and it seems they are more to likely to ask for a back up cashier than in previous months.

Didnt feel safe, strange individuals walking around not shopping. Someone tried to break into my car. Never going there alone again.

The store was good but the air conditioning was out. It was a furnace inside. If felt sorry for the teller since it was really a sweat shop there. It was back to old days of hand fans...

The line was so long and it was only one cashier

This store is very unorganized and messy,but the cashiers at the Roosevelt hwy location are very nice and they are doing the best they can.The machines are always broken which is an inconvenience to all the customers that come to this store. This Roosevelt location has a very high turnover and it is unfortunate and inconvenient. The manager at this location need too get it together or he will loose more customers. I wish I could select no stars.Moving forward,this store is in the same way. The shelves are still empty in most places, merchandise all over the floor, and still unorganized and I have noticed that the different elements has started back. I spoke with the manager, Mr. Willie and he advised that nothing will be done, because this store has limited amount of hours that are allocated for employees, which is ridiculous. If you want good employees give them the hours they need to work. It is such a high turnover here, but by this being a predominantly mixed community, I dont think Dollar General cares about this store. It is sad because we spend our money at this store on a daily, but it can be removed because I expect to come to a store that is fully staffed and stocked. I can pull my money away from here even though I dont want to because I live in this area and its convenient. But enough is enough.

The store has been remodeled for awhile now. This location stays stocked, and obviously fair prices. In the evenings, check out can get hectic, but the pace is steady. Their current staff is professional and down to earth people.

Employee talk in about suing the company not professional and customer should not be subject to this conversation got upset because other employee told her to get off her personal phone while at work on the phone. I came in to shop not hear why you are not happy at work.

I am truly dissapointed that Dollar General no longer carry or have FAB laundry detergent. It is wrong that not enough help is in the store. I use to spend 90-$100 per trip. Usually I would visit the store 3-4 times a week. Not anymore!!
