This is my best tree Dollar store InUnioncity california they have the respect of employees and they are always stock up on all there items and where there is a long line they dont waste no time of getting everyone check out and courtesy a must at the check stand and they have great parking lot and they are around every other business from side to side like the nail shop, Mac Donald restitution, asia food cart,India food cart, UPS store for getting public notoary,rite aid pharmacy store, wells fargo bank, citicorp bank, bank of america, safeway stores, starbucks, T-Mobile phone company, wings shop, unioncity bus line, AC transit bus line, unioncity Bart station,parking lot, manila philippines grocery store great area to take care of business and great to eat and shop

Fairly clean today, and not so crowded as usual! The shelves were pretty well stocked. Found everything I was looking for and got in line. Cashier was pleasant, although on phone answering a question about a return and talking to the customer walking in without a mask on he was on top of it..multi taking at its finest! Props to him for dealing with a rude lady and keeping his calm, just called the manager over who in turn made him look silly by stating I told you we didnt have to tell customers that they didnt have to wear a mask! Instead of sticking up for her employee. Boo to that manager!

Best purchases - go to plastic and oven products. You wont be disappointed.

This dollar store is big, and great selection of current Holiday goodies and what ever else you need (Pintrest) DIY .. I would of loved a Dollar store while I was raising my kids.. but its here for my Grandkid goodies..Go check the Union City one on Decoto.

Terrible Customer Service at the Union City Dollar Tree on Decoto Ave. from Charles on 7/12/2021. Never had a worse experience, even the people behind me in line were upset. Making fun of the customer, not cool, telling me he was not open, then that he was then that wasnt I am loading and unloading my items not realizing he was PUBLICLY RIDICULING ME!!! GO TO ANOTHER DOLLAR TRREDollar Tree is the Best way to stretch your budget! Try the one in Stevenson in Newark for a better experience

I go in for 1 or 2 things and dont bother to get a cart or even a basket and come to the register balancing all the stuff that I just cant resist and it happens every single time. My favorite place to splurge for less than $20 total.

A nasty old man with a stick. At 850 we are close. Not one time did anyone said Hi.Our an I help you find something.3 minutes later lady wr are close.I said watch your tone. He still has a blue plastic stick. I said your website says that your open until 10pm.Again old man said website is wrong. I said that not my problem. I just needed 3 sample things. 1st of all if your close then why is there no one at the door open and closing the door.You wIt to tell me its close after am more than 1/2 way in. I positively love coming here. I have seriously found some awesome deals. In order to really get the good stuff you have to come in every week, or its gone. You can rarely find someone to help you while youre looking though.

They have very good staff and also the prices are reasonable but the manger of the store is so rude. The other employees are ok. Last week I was there to get something the poor girl in the cashier she was struggling helping the customers finding the things they need while she was helping the rest of the customers that were waiting on the line to pay including me. The two manger one was a White lady And the other ( the rude one ) I think she is spanish any way, both were outside of the store smoking talking and laughing. The cashier went and asked them for help but they ignored her and line was super long and it was only one cashier to help.

Carries all the usual Dollar tree fare... good party disposables and plastic / foil containers for getting food to and from a party. Also carries great kitchen tools - measuring cups/ spoons/ spatulas etc.

This is a review to the employee who works at the cashier. Her name is Monica.Where to start. This lady has a nasty attitude and is very rude. She should be re-evaluated and recommended to be fired from her job. She is afterall the face of the dollar tree store front line. i dont know why the supervisors dont micro-manage that attitude of hers. Seriously, if you dont like customers which IS YOUR JOB talk to customers in a FRIENDLY manner, NOT BEING RUDE and INCONSIDERATE!Dont you wish for Google to allow 0 stars? Because i would that rate employee 0 star.

Doing the pandemic you cannot charge a customer for a bag the store consistently charges one line charges $0.10 the other line charges $0.07 you cant take your cart to the car nor can you carry a basket to your car and you cant bring in your own bags and if you say no bag for me Ill carry my things out they rudely move your basket way out of the way so when you come back for your things your items you cant find your basket dont shop at this Dollar Tree

Love the place. So many activity books for toddlers. The selection changes ever other week or so. Have been buying infant books from here.

Literally the worst dollar tree I’ve been to. The people who work there don’t care about their jobs. I will say one person did try to help me when I asked a question but the cashier was the worst. I handed her my cash to pay, and she literally went on her phone texting people while I stood there waiting for her to take the money. I had to make a subtle cough for her to even notice lmao. I work in retail myself, and this is just not it sis :)

The store is a mess, merchandise is not organized or displayed in any logical way, so finding things is difficult. There was only one employee working the entire store and she was busy at the register. When I did get a chance to ask, she didnt seem to know if and/or where what I was looking for. Very frustrating shopping experience, Im only heading back if I have absolutely no other choice.

First off i understand its a dollar store so i shouldnt expect perfection.But when i just buy something i expect it to work.

They have excellent Customer service and the staff makes you feel like family.

This store is always fully equip with everything you need.from food to your pet.most of all the cashiers..I really enjoy shopping at this union city store..

This dollar tree is clean (although it could be cleaner, but Im a neat freak). it has groceries, dishes, toys, hygiene products, paper plates, candles, makeup, hair accessories, seasonal decoration, gift cards,etc. it has what they all have pretty much. its in a small mall off decoto, a main strip, so its located in a convenient area. in the mall itself there are banks, safeway, wing stop, a nail shop, rite aid pharmacy, and other shops.the cashiers are why I give it 3/5 stars. some of them are rude, and surly. they are even more rebellious, mean, and disrespectful when the manager isnt there. when the manager isnt there too the mexican cashiers yell across to each other from one register to the other loudly in spanish while theyre ringing up the customers. it sounds like a damn swap meet instead of a store.
