I contacted this business about chair rentals. I was able to contact Yamilee (the owner) through their business number listed. She gave me a quote and asked that I zelle her a down payment. I ask prior to sending the down payment for a invoice. After 4 days of asking for a invoice she never sent one. Her business line went down and was going straight to voicemail for a week. I left on a business trip and had a 3rd party contact her to see if she can confirm my deposit and send a invoice. She didn’t even remember the details to reservations I made with her. The only reason why we were able to speak to her is because we had her direct number from the Zelle payment. After being non responsive for a week she refuse a refund. She never stated her refund policy from the beginning and took over a week to send a unprofessional invoice. After us asking multiple times for it. She always had an excuse and was never at her business or busy.I wouldnt waste any money here.

Soooo expensive and the quality of item are cheap and dirty and old.The store is a mess...

This is a great place!! They have an amazing assortment of party supplies for any occasion. Pictures dont even do the place justice. Whatever kind of party you want to have, whatever theme you have in mind, they will make it your customized reality. The store is like a museum of fun!! Check it out!!

Very professional.. prices are very reasonable.. I rented a couple of stuff from her and I had set a time for delivery but then had to change it for earlier she got back to me right away and got my delivery set up for the time need it she even added xtra stuff just in case I need it them for no extra charges.. her whole staff is very nice. The delivery got there at the exact time I ask for..and honestly I use to rent from rent for parties but I like this place a whole lot better... thanks glamurosa and your team!!!
