My husband and I have our van at Dominic’s shop right now! We wouldn’t take it anywhere else. I’ve been using this shop for a couple years, and I’m always pleased with their work. When they do a repair…it’s one and done. No going back multiple times for the same issue.

I took my car to get service done. They were able to diagnose and fixed the problem right away. The prices are posted so theres no surprise billing. Theres one place told me that I needed new tires and brakes, because my tire was Dry Rot. I told them I got the Tires from them. Then the guy said its not that Bad!! Some of these chain stores are criminals looking to empty your wallets. Dominick and his Family are very honest. They are in the same location more than 30 yrs and you cant beat their Prices!!

My vehicle was at another auto repair shop for 6 days so they can replace my brake lines. On the 6th day I haven’t heard any updates from them, so I called them and to find out that they haven’t even started or looked at my vehicle because they “didn’t have the proper tools to fix the issue.” I spoke to their corporate office and they said they would get my vehicle towed to where I want it to be towed at no charge. I just wish they could’ve told me they wouldn’t be able to fix it on the first day. Whatever. I got recommended to D&M automotive repair and spoke to DJ. He knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle without even looking at it. Then Dom looked at the vehicle and walked me through what was needed. He and his son made it clear that it would take sometime to fix the issue I was having with my vehicle. DJ said it would take about a week to do the job, but they had it fixed 100% in 3 days. That’s the way to do business. Never over promise and under deliver. Thank you Dom and your team. You have earned my business and I will recommend my family and friends to your location.

Ive been a patron for a little over 5 years. I like that is family run and the owner, Dom makes sure to be fair with pricing. I never have any complaints with the work done on my cars. Its very busy, so sometimes there is a wait.

Amazing staff! They helped me out with a tire issue I was having and the way they treated me and the car was amazing givin that I absolutely love the car I drive, it blew me away when they were done with my car because they even took it for a test drive to make sure that everything was done correctly. Any other shop would have replaced it and just tossed the car to me, I’ll definitely be back for anything I need.

Small family owned business knowledgeable staff very nice.and unlike Mavis when you call about bringing in car they dont tell you to come and then tell you its 1 1/2 hour wait when you get there. Theyll let you know if theyre able to take you right away,or to come a little later when they have time for your car.

Needed an exhaust fix and almost went to this other place, but Dominic was kind enough to squeeze me in so he can take a look and Im very glad that I went to him. The quote he gave me was less than half of what the other guy wouldve charged. I went back the next day to have it fixed, but due to unforeseen circumstances (which is mainly my fault), I had to stay for a little while. Im not the most patient guy and my kids can tell you that, but something about hanging out at Dominics that hours seemed like minutes. Its like the opposite of waiting at the DMV. i know it was my first time there but it has that Cheers feeling.. even though Im the new guy.. I felt so welcome.. not just by Dominic and his crew, but even with the customers. This is definitely now my go-to place for whatever needs fixing with my car. I wish I could give 10 stars but google only allows 5. Keep up the good work Dominic and always a pleasure.

Made contact with the owner via Facebook because I was looking for someone to service my car. He was kind, responsive and very knowledgeable. I brought my car in and he gave me a free assessment. Although i had to take my car to the transmission shop that initially did my rebuild, the owner assured me that he would help me in any way he could. Not only an amazing shop, but honest employees as well. I have plans to go back for my non-transmission related concerns very soon.

One of the best auto repair experiences Ive had. I read the reviews from other end users before calling D&M and right from the phone call it seemed the high reviews were accurate. Dom was kind and took the time to hear of my car and financial situation and made room for me to stop in for a free inspection of the problem. Upon arriving, he and his staff welcomed me and immediately took a look at the problem. Dom took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and what options I had (including inexpensive fixes that could get me by for a while). He even called a couple parts dealers to get the best pricing. Once the job was done, he showed/explained the broken item, then showed/explained the new item on the car and how it all works. The mechanics were friendly, did quality work, and didnt leave a mess behind on the car. Dom seemed to have a genuine interest in caring for his customers and helping them out the best he can. My conversation with him revealed good values, morals, and ethics, business and personal. Hes got my business going forward. 5 stars

There is NO OTHER place to go to for automotive repairs. The service is excellent and the staff is responsive. The prices are fair and the no nonsense is refreshing. I have had my Maserati and my Porsche serviced here several times. I chose to have The team at D&M service my cars because they tell you the TRUTH as to what you need, not what the dealer needs to make...BIG DIFFERENCE. GREAT, HONEST, RELIABLE, service here! Its is almost impossible to find more honest and good mechanic like Dom. I know them since 2003 and first started going with small repairs and later i found out that he can be trusted, will go out of his way to help you and not rip you off and for last couple years he is our primary mechanic for our cars and we have 6 cars. Now he takes care of all the repairs from small to big ones and i know that when i get my car back it will run good and be fixed the way it should because Dom stands behind his work. Highly recommend this shop to anybody.

I think that they are awesome!!!Had an issue with my 03 F250 6.0 Diesel.Took it to them, right off they knew what the problem was. They repaired my truck and I was on my way. Did I mention that They are in New Jersey and I live in West Virginia.Their staff is VERY knowledgeable and courteous.I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Very helpful and friendly.After a non-stop 1000 mile trip my car was having issues wobbling when it got over 55 mph. I was recommended by a friend to go here. I was immediately greeted and asked what my cars issue was. It was raised up and they took a look at it. After a while of looking at it, they werent able to find an issue with it. So Dominick took it out for a drive with me. Of course my car didnt want to act up while he was watching. We drove back to the shop and he told me to stop by when it starts acting up again. He didnt want to guess what was wrong with my car and have me waste money on parts I might not need. The day was free of charge. Ill be coming back when my car needs to be fixed up. :)

I tried out D&M Automotive yesterday based on reviews I had seen online. I needed to have the tire pressure checked on my 23 foot Class C RV as I suspected a slow leak in one of the tires. I didn’t have an appointment but Dominic, the owner, set one of his sons to work on it right away. It turned out that there were 3 screws or nails, 2 in one tire, and one in another. Dominic explained in great detail how these leaks would be patched so that I wouldn’t have to worry that they would fail on a 3,000 mile trip I had planned. The whole process took about two hours but he only charged me for one hour labor and materials. I will definitely use D&M Automotive again.

Came here thinking I had to get a tire replaced, the owner (I think) told me he was going to check it out just to make sure. Ended up telling me that I didnt need to get a new tire and suggested they just patch it up instead. Got it done in 15 minutes max and only charged me 10$. I really feel like they care about costumer here and I will definitely come back here when I need to

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Only paid for oil change, tire rotation was free and they even road tested it. They also checked out my windshield wiper fluid leak and gave me the part number so I could order it myself and come back to have it replaced.The owner is up front and honest about everything and the prices are cheap.This is definitely the first place I will go if Im having car trouble.

I have a ‘99 Benz and have been going all the way to Brooklyn for a LONG time because my mechanic there only works on Benz and knows them inside out. Dominic was recommended by a local friend because I had something wrong with rear suspension and didn’t have time to go through the whole Brooklyn thing. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! Found my new home for auto repair! This shop did a FANTASTIC job, with all Benz parts at a dealer-killing price. Came to find out the shop is at TOTAL repair shop (far from just tires and suspension); just in time as my daughter is starting to drive and has a 2010 Benz that will need some TLC, no doubt.Thank you Dominic, wife and Sons!!

Stopped by for a quick change of my o2 sensor. Dom and his son were awesome at assessing the problem, seeing how I had a stripped sensor that was hard to take off. They removed the sensor and got the new one installed.I had a second sensor to install on the opposite side in bank 1 that required a different fitting from the one that I had, seeing how I purchased two of the same sensors from auto zone. Instead of wasting time trying to wait for the correct part, they just rewired the new sensor to the old connector. Quick thinking, works great and more than fair price. I just found my new home for auto work.Thanks
