The transmission in my truck suddenly went bad. I called Lee Myles. The person with whom I spoke politely, and apologetically, made it very clear that the business is woefully shorthanded on staff and it would easily be two weeks before my vehicle would see service. I appreciated the honesty. I heeded the warning and had my vehicle repaired elsewhere. While Lee Myles did not work on my truck, based on the one conversation I had, Lee Myles seems like an honest, trustworthy and reputable business.

I just picked up my car today.I have to get on five stars.The first time I had issues with my transmission and transmission sensor they fixed it and they did not charge me.Second time I bring it there my transmission was slipping going up a small hill.4 days there they fixed it work working good.06/17/2021They did not charge me for it.Friendly and very professional.

I fried the clutch on my 2004 BMW 525i. I had been very particular getting my car maintained and fixed by the dealer, until this experience. This shop had been highly recommended by two people I know. I was told they were honest, they did excellent work and their prices were very fair.Well, both recommendations were good. The owner took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, gave me a price and gave me an estimated time of completion.The car is running great, the clutch feels like its a brand new car, the job was completed as promised and the original price quote was to the penny.In addition, I checked with the dealer and they would have charged me much more for the same work. Would i recommend this shop? YES. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

Save yourself the headache! I took my 1996 ford mustang here for a repair. I am a 25 year old female veteran of the USMC. They didnt give me a call on an up date I had to call them. They could not verify whether or not the last mechanic messed up despite the fact that I had the clutch and flywheel replaced less then 4 months ago! They made me replace my clutch and flywheel again even though it was just a bad bearing! Then when I went to pay the total was 1,083.00$ and I handed him 1,100.00$ he only gave me 6$ back when I know I should have gotten 17$. I didnt say anything because I felt bad the guy was old and I didnt want to make him feel stupid. I just wanted to get out of there, so I went out to my car. I opened my driver door to see mud all over my brand new red Mustang GT floor mats! I could not help I started to cry! I could not believe I just spent over 1,000$ and they could not respect my property. The man was like we will clean it. He went inside and put brake clean on it! MY BRAND NEW FLOOR MATS! BREAK CLEAN! I could not believe it! It smelled so bad and now I have to keep an eye on my floor mats because break clean can eat through them. He made it worse! All I wanted was to get my car fixed and be on my way, This was a nightmare! My floor mats are still stained it is like they didnt even try to clean them. If you want to be respected like a human being should be, dont go here.!

Test drove my car and said that I needed to rebuild transmission for starting $2200....took to different place, just needed transmission fluid... Due to leaking line $200! Unbelievable!

Had my transmission fixed there with a year warranty and within that year the transmission broke again. I had the truck towed back to the same shop so they can get it fixed under the warranty .The truck sat at their shop for more than a week and finally called me that there is nothing wrong with the truck. Later in the week i had a call from them that the truck is fixed and it was not the transmission but the shifter so I owe them $498.00 in parts and labor. If there is anything apart from the reported transmission issue they should let me know but I was not informed until I went to pick up my truck. After all said and done I paid them for an unauthorized job just to go home and my truck cant go on reverse. I had it again towed to the shop. One of them had the chest to tell me to pay another $150.00 because the shifter cable was the problem and they will determine the labor cost later. As Im writing this my truck is still in their shop. They are totally crooks and scam artists.
