Do not purchase this wig!!! Nothing like the one on the stand. The front has the worst baby hairs. And missing several braids in the middle to be a ninety to one hundred dollar wig!! So disappointed .

The Owner and Staff Member were beyond courteous and professional. They were both warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Also the store was clean, well stocked and their prices were great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Big store, with variety of products. Fairly priced for the products I purchased. However, I did not find any carts/bag to hold my soon to be purchased products. So I had to jam them in my arm(luckily I left my purse in the car, I say that because if I did have my purse Im sure this one cashier would have been aggressive.) instead of assisting me the taller cashier just stood there staring at me. I only realized she was staring at me after turning around to check one more aisle. Then proceeded to ignore me when I went to the register, prompting the other cashier to assist me. The area is sketchy, I get it. But if you think someone is going to steal you should be physically proactive(walking in the area) or better yet provide some customer service. I know youve been profiled before you actually look like the type to steal. Overall the store has products -Pro, However the customer service is subpar-Con.

This use to be my favorite beauty supply store the employees Ive encountered is very helpful and courteous....Until 1 day the owner was very rude and unprofessional....he decided to reprimand 1 of his worker about being late in front of myself and other customers and also had the audacity to tell her not to speak while he speaking....I hope he apologized to her for his rude behavior and I will not spend any more money here.Totally uncalled for.

This beauty supply store usually has everything you’re looking for unless they run out lol!! All of my years going to beauty supply stores I’ve never had an employee go above and beyond like ANDREW not only did he direct me to every item I was looking for, but you could tell he really cared about customer’s satisfaction while they are in his store. Andrew will make your day trust me, he deserves a raise!👏🏾💯

Honestly if I can give this store no stars I would have.... I purchased something from them and wanted to get a refund back on my purchase... Mind you I purchased the item that same day still had the receipt it was never opened or used the owner wasn’t even trying to accommodate once he gets your money he doesn’t care.... this was my first time shopping at that location and will definitely be my last it’s said that once u buy one thing in that store your not even allowed to get refund even if you just purchased the items so that show you he can careless about your business and if you could be a loyal customer he just wants your money and that’s it... I know one thing that beauty supply store will never get a penny out of me even if I found it on the floor

I give this place 5star because of the servoce, and in union this store is well stock they also own a smaller beauty supply farther down.Many Asias make beauty supplies bin black neighborhoods, many are rude. Thisstore is not part of that many.They are polite, KIND, AND WELL STOCKED.They also have a good wig selectionMake up selection at what I called predominantly black frequent beauty supplies are amazing this one is no different.They have brading hair of all kinds. They have weave packets with theblace front, edge control.I am so happy they made a bigger store so I dont have to go to Irvington, but the one in Irvington has more to choose from.This store is still great, and I love to support my local business.The girls in here are very helpful and polite

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! The worst customer service ever. I purchased a wig and wanted to exchange the color of the wig. Therefore, I immediately went back to the register to let the rude cashier know. Mind you... I didn’t even leave the store yet and was already given a hard time by the cashier. He begin asking if I cut the wig. I informed him that I just brought the wig a few second ago!!!!! He lied to my face and said there is no exchanges! When the sign posted up behind the register and on the receipt states that they do accept exchanges with in 7 days of purchase in good/new condition!!!! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There are way too many beauty supply stores around to be treated this way once they take your hard earned money. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!

This store had what I went to purchase but the store was leaking and pieces of the ceiling was all over the floor. They had a bucket in the middle of the aisle and the carpet smelled like mold. I don’t think I will be returning there.

Great selection of products, great prices. Very helpful staff! Theres a few salons on the block so perfect one stop shop. Also great food places near by so get all your errands done. Will certainly be returning when Im in Union area.

I give them 5 stars!!! I have passed thru Union for years and I was so happy to discover this store. Its very convenient on my route to the GSP. I once needed a specific style/brand wig to wear the same day as the day I shopped and they had it! Also the staff person I worked with was very courteous and when you call in with a question they are very professional. When you are spending and supporting a store, these qualities are important.

Employee need to a little helpful and nicer

This is the first and only beauty supply store that I ever been to that gives discounts for wigs and other beauty supply needs. This was my first time visiting New Jersey from another country, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, layout of the store, and the owners willingness to go out of his way for his customers.

Gave them a 2 star because some customers like myself dont like to be rushed the moment we walk through tha door I understand the workers gotta do what the owner wants and be helpful but owner dear sir we like to walk in and be at peace when we shopping without each and everyone asking if we need help every aisle we turn its nerves wrecking thats something you need to work on not just me but I heard other costumers outside discussing the same matter and you make all this money but why the store so cold no heat I feel for your employees who gotta walk around in jackets. Female workers are so nice tho..

Very Friendly, Product Quality, and Amazing Selection

It a nice beauty supply place.Lots of wigs, make up, hair products, ear rings and convenience in union center.

Previously liked the store was clean and organized. Went in about week/week and half ago. Undergoing revenotions. Putting up high walls in the aisle. It was loud, merchandise every where ( bring in new merchandise and still taking old stuff out its locations due to construction. It was just a mess. Ill see how it is once they finish.

I used to like this store when they first opened and my favorite staff member E was working there. The cashier is extremely rude and not friendly not to mention the owner’s son girlfriend who is a nut case. I don’t think she even works there. Beware
